Couple issues were delivered wrong size and version of frame, they gave us the wrong size bag for the take away matress program. They ended up fixing it but a bit of a hassle.

The gentlemen that delivered our new washer from Leon’s were exceptional! They were super polite and efficient especially with the removal of our old stacker (not easy, they were visibly struggling). I wanted to give them a gift! They were excellent. Then one of them took me downstairs to the new washer and explained a few things about install and warranty. Do yourself a favour and order from Leon’s. (Oh and we ordered on a Wednesday and it was delivered that same week on Saturday)

The only problem is the product living set we bought last year have issues finally Leon’s replaced the all thing, we got a different set and today we got the last piece (chair) wait over a month got delivered people left and said any problems get contact Leon’s fair enough we start unpacking and surprise bottom part was ripped now we have wait for a technician to come and fix the problem rather than that we are being very loyalty to Leon’s for many years

Bought sectional sofa on 5th March with liquid protection and on April 15 all threading came off and material quality is very bad, call store and ask them for repair from manufacturer warranty and they sent technician and check and ask me to have patience to get material to fix my sectional sofa. Called July month and still waiting not a good service and no parts available. I don’t recommend to buy from Leon’s and if you plan to buy make sure parts availability or return and exchange policy check first then do shopping with them.

Last year we Bought our couch, dining set and fireplace credenza from here and we love all That we bought. Our salesman Tamer helped us and found the best deals for us. We did have a warranty repair but the repair man came out right after we called and fixed the problem right away! Fast forward to today, we needed a recliner. Tamer helped us find the perfect chair. We wanted as close to the colour of our couch as we could get and he did just that. We are very happy with Tamers continuing excellent service and impressed with how easy he makes it! Thanks Tamer! We will be back when we buy a house and need to furnish it.

Good price on our dishwasher, but the sales lady was so pushy with the extended warranty. Almost threatened to ask for another person before she let off. Oh and nobody answers the phone at this location. South is better for that.

Our sales person, Josephine, was so friendly and amazing to work with! We ordered a number of pieces for our home, but due to supply shortages they were scheduled to arrive at different times. Was completely upfront and ALWAYS contacted us when one of the items arrived to arrange pickup so that the items were not reallocated to a different customer. We have purchased items from different chains and our experiences with this store and Josephine in particular have been second to none! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I bought a sofa on black Friday and I just received it yesterday.unfortunately it is not well made and I called to customer service and they respond with (we will send technician about 2weeks). I'm just wondering when the product is damaged why are you guys selling them? ! And this is not acceptable to deal with customers. She was rude and said i'm not the only one who has same problem.

I went into the store on Boxing Day of all days! The experience was great. A sales associate helped us immediately and narrowed our choice of mattresses to look at to 5 based on my son’s particulars. My son tried them all and we a queen set picked out purchased within an hour! Such Great service. Our sales associate was even able to schedule delivery for within 2 days. Thanks for the wonderful and positive experience. We will be back!

They made me buy the 5 year warranty for 400$ and when I had some problems with the sofas they told me it not covered and they wouldn’t fix it I was miss lead and not happy with what they did with me I will never ever buy anything from them again do not buy warranty for them

I bought a bedroom suite and paid to have it uncrated and set up, a gentleman came ten hours after originally scheduled, by himself for a two man job, so I had to help him uncrate everything and set it up, I, m 71 years old, We paid 280.00 dollars for this job that i had to assist with and Leon, s would not even compensate, will never buy from them again. Plus when I previously bought from the crooks, they delivered my couches and put two holes in the walls, great outfit. Never again and I hope you other people go shop somewhere else also. Disgusting company!

I will strongly advise anyone to not buy anything from Leon furniture at the location in Edmonton Alberta 137 ave and 149 street, staff not experience if anything abs there driver are street boy with bed language and dirty attitude, the way they document is very in professional, u cannot get anywhere it like a zoo with no one know anything at all, bed management period, I even try to talk to there manager abs he become worst of all, I cancel 8000 dollar order and I will never step in there again or anyone I know.

Tried to call the office 45 times and I was only able to speak to voicemail. Call was never returned. We picked out three different sections all to be told that "Leon's Warehouse" was out of stock and delivery would be from 6 weeks - 12 weeks.

Got a huge TV for a great price. I didn't need the wall mount I bought so I returned it. They have a strange "Returns" process. First you go to Customer Service where they spend 5 or 6 minutes inputting information in their computer. Then they say "wait 5 minutes then go to the Finance Dept" where they spend another 5 to six minutes inputting more information in their computer before they return your money.

Absolutely thee worst customer service I've ever experienced. Had bought a kitchen table set for just about 2k after protection plan coverage, all done and said get the set putt all but one chair together because the holes don't match the bolts, I get it manufacturer makes mistakes but when the replacement chair arrives not olny did they not send any hardware for the chair but there was two left legs. Now I've come to the customer service office in the store 4 times and now that I've asked to speak with a manager they are going to replace the chair again. I will never buy anything from Leon's again.

I purchased the Gaetano Sofa and Loveseat - Havana Atlantic Blue, I just love it. Quality product and all leather. It is very comfortable. The blue is a beautiful colour.
**This is my second purchase this year and Leon’s is my preferred store for my furniture purchases.

Although there us an enormous sales floor, many items were not in Stock and were delayed 2 - 3 months to order. Our freezer never did arrive and we ended up ordering a different one.

Placed an order for a coffee table. We were originally told it would take 3 months to arrive, but then was promised it by the end of August. A short while later I recieved a call and was told I wouldn't be receiving it within the year. I told the rep that I had already been given 2 different time estimates so I was confused. After being on hold, they said I would get it by the end of September. Now today, I get a phone call (after I requested a call from their online chat feature), stating the manufacturer won't be making the table anymore. I'm beyond upset that they kept giving me the run around and I truly believe they wouldn't of contacted me had I not requested a call. Very poor customer service and I won't be purchasing from them again. Off to find a reliable store to purchase a coffee table from now.

Leon’s offered a no pressure shopping experience. The salesman and delivery team were both great. Due to no fault of their own, the time purchase to delivery was 3 months. We felt more frequent communication during this time would have been appreciated. We were the ones who always phoned to enquire if they had an update. I would continue to shop there.

We ordered a full living room set couch, loveseat, big chair and ottoman. We ordered it in the first week of December and evertime I call they keep giving me at first it was a special order then the dates just keep getting pushed back. First it was gone to be in, in June then July it’s now August and still no word from them. I paid for this furniture on my line of credit in December so I’m being charged for something I don’t Even have. This is ridiculous They better be sending a big Tv for all this waiting. With no contact as to what keeps happening. If you order from Leon’s don’t expect it for a year.

Horrible quality
We purchased a 3 pc sofa set in February 2020 - they delivered it in April 2020. Within 6 months it looked like a 20 year old pc of furniture - the material looks like its covered in dog hair - it isn't and the material is also separating. I called about it, but was told that since we didn't purchase the extra warranty or damage coverage - whatever it is called that we are basically SOL - honestly, when paying this much we shouldn't have to. We should feel confident in where we spend our money and that the Company will support its product and if the product is garbage, the Company should support the customer. This wasn't a small purchase for us - in fact we bought $13,000 worth of furniture that day. I'm incredibly disappointed with Leon's and will not recommend them or go back. I've only posted the picture of our chair but this is happening to all 3 pieces. What a disappointment.

I just want to make people aware not to purchase the insurance through Zucora homes that Leon’s offers with there furniture. Absolutely poor customer service hard to deal with. Since November I’ve had 2 service men come in and inspect my couches with the most recent guy who couldn’t believe how they were put together in the first place. I’ve been going back and forth with this company for months over the phone and emailing listening too there excuses and broken promises. I will be making a complaint to the BBB about this so called scam of a company. They have no problem pushing this insurance on you as if it’s a great deal and it’s like pulling teeth to utilize when needed. 8 Months in to reaching out to this company and I’m still sitting on broken couches. I’ve learnt my lesson and hope this helps another customer in the future.

I understand everybody is dealing with Covid and that’s unfortunate but not every thing that is wrong with the world is due to covid… Zucora needs to own up to there poor customer service.

They lost a customer of long standing over the refusal to return 48.51 to a bill in order to keep a customer happy. The paid bill was over 1100.00 - will not recommend this place to anyone. Talked to management and upper management, the refusal to work with their customers is horrendous! It is the principle of it all not the money. - In reply to your response: my house was furnished after my divorce only with your furniture. I spent a fortune in your store. In regards to the complete lack of respect and condensending treatment that was recieved by your staff I have absolutely no intention or interest of working with Leons in any way again. I will now be shopping at another store for any and all furniture and household appliance needs.

My mom purchased a sofa and loveseat recliner in August of 2020 as a gift for me, however the experience of shopping with leons was definitely not easy or customer friendly. We waited several months for the furniture to arrive and only had the furniture in our home for a few months before the loveseat completely fell apart. Good thing we paid for the warranty right? Guess not.because prices have significantly inflated with several companies including Leons taking advantage of customers during the pandemic and nearly doubling the price of their products. We were told the repair and parts would be too expensive so we were offered a re-selection at the inflated prices, meaning that we would have to pay almost double the price we originally paid to have something similar to what we purchased in August of 2020, or pick something not to our taste or specifications. We spent 3 hours in the store trying to re-select a new set only to be told that the set we chose was going to cost nearly double, there was no indication from the sales team or customer service team for the limit we had to spend because they knew we would have to pay significantly more for any set we chose. I feel this store and the store manager has handled this situation unfairly and is putting the cost of the issue on the customer. After paying for warranty that should have protected me, I feel like I've been taken advantage of and I've come to the decision that I will never spend my money in this store again, and I will definitely be detering everyone I know from shopping at Leons as well.

The service at the store is always great. We had 2 helpful people who took our orders and made sure everything was to our satisfaction.

The two young delivery men were prompt and courteous. They have delivered to me before and were helpful in setting up the chairs and sofa for me and removing the packaging. I would definitely recommend Leon's to anyone looking to purchase new furniture. 5 stars.

EDIT- yes I know we are in a pandemic, which we were when I purchased the sofa so if you couldn’t give an accurate delivery time in not sure why I was told 4-8 weeks originally.

Bought a reclining sofa on February 23 with the estimated delivery being 4-8 weeks. After about 9 weeks we hadn’t heard anything so decided to call for an update and they said it would be in sometime early may. It’s now may 6 so called today for another update and they said it would be at least another 3-4 weeks.
Completely ridiculous in how long it’s taking and also the lack of communication and no updates. We chose that sofa mainly because it was supposed to be a fairly quick delivery so we would have chosen something else had we known it would’ve taken this long

Recently purchase a new bedroom set from here and finally got the chance to put it together. Handle broke in half off of the nightstand with minimal pressure while trying to tighten it, not overly impressed. However customer service has reached out and offered to replace it but it's gonna take a few weeks

Ordered a TV online put in a delivery date and received confirmation of order. My CC is charged. Delivery date selected comes, no TV. Talk with online chat. Me: Explains issue CS: One moment. Chat times out. 2nd attempt. Explain issue. CS: Oh there's no delivery date set you'll have you call store (was told south store). Call Leons South location. Was told sometimes when people order online they can't fulfill the delivery date and customers get a call when that happens. Did not receive a call. Cool. Next available delivery date might work.oh wait their delivery slots are from 8am -5pm and I have meetings and a site visit to do that day so I can't guarantee I'll be available. I had already moved around my schedule for the original date, you know because I try to plan things. ANYWAYS, I was then told the TV is actually at the North location. Oh Cool. Took me a couple days to find a delivery day would work for me. In that time no representative from Leons North called me. Not sure how their shipping department is set up but is it usually up to customers to track down their orders? I had to call the store 5 times to actually get through to the delivery department to schedule a sate that works. So in short. I have already paid for a TV that may or may not show up.

TLDR. Leons shipping department is dated and your online order could be missed. Customer service could also use some work. Order from Amazon or Costco and save yourself some time. I would have originally but they didn't have the TV in stock.

This was our first appliance purchase with Leon's. There website was super easy to navigate. We got a new Samsung washer at a really great price. Went through the process, paid and checked out. Five days later our washer showed up at our door. Not an unreasonable amount of time to wait if you ask me. The three men that showed up were fantastic. They brought the washer in, were very respectful and courteous and boy were they quick. We are very happy and impressed by the service from Leon's on all levels. If we have to purchase any more appliances, etc.we will definitely be dealing with them again!

We bought a mattress. The salesman Joe was friendly good to deal with.

We really like the system set up for delivery. You receive a call the day before telling you the time frame your delivery will come. Day of delivery you get a message when you delivery is in the way, it's a great system.

The delivery guy was very friendly and helpful.

I was coming by to pickup my newly ordered refrigerator from Leon's and was pleasantly greeted by an employee by the name of Patil. Having previously gone to IKEA for any furniture needs, to my surprise, all of the questions I had about the product were quickly answered by her without the need to look anything up or refer to anything but her extensive memory. She was very well-spoken and was one of the best front office associates I've encountered, I will gladly return to Leon's over IKEA from this point forward.

This store has the worst customer service, I bought 4 things in the last 2 years there, dining set last year, matress 2-3weeks ago, another mattress 2 weeks ago and a center table today, they cannot get any worse. Last year with my dining set gone in and the salesman sold me something else that cannot even be moved, I changed it to a new set and when they delivered it was damaged, they got it exchange and I never bought there until this time. I bought a matress it was on their flyer and they don’t have it in stock, salesman I was dealing with made me pay for something different over the phone, I went to pick up and it was a thin mattress I said I don’t want it and instead of helping me find another matress he said he doesn’t have the time for me so another sales person sold me the matress, she was pleasant but the same matress agent on sale that weekend and they did exchange it, when I was getting my refund I bought another matress and they couldn’t deliver it which is fine coz I have a truck to pick it up with, today I bought a table and no salesman was willing to help, they let you roam around until they see you’re a potential buyer and then they’ll come but you have to ask someone all the time, paid for it and said I’m gonna pick it up and pls if you can expedite coz I’m on my break, salesman said yes for sure brought me to the dock and when i was there, there people just standing around chatting, they don’t wave hello, they don’t ask you what you want, they just keep talking to each other and this went on for 10min until finally I said I need help, they send me back to the front and said I need my order slip when they have it already, I will never comeback to you guys, when I asked to talk to Barry which is their gm I was told he wasn’t there and I said transfer me to voicemail, the reception said he doesn’t have a voicemail, that’s the type of customer service Leon’s has, you 3x business from me in 3 weeks but I will never do it again!

Ordered something back in November (still haven't recieved it) it was guaranteed to be delivered here on December 20th. On December 21st I called to see where it was because it was a christmas gift. And it should of been here. I spoke to the manager he told me I wouldn't get it until January 2nd and apologized and gave me a $50 discount to make up for the delay. I call today to see where it is, and AGAIN it isnt here but they guarentee it will be here tomorrow! I understand the holidays may of put a delay on things BUT this is commig from ONTARIO. I could of drove to Ontario and back again maybe 10 times! It shouldn't take this long. Even if they were walking with the thing they could of been here by now. NOT once did they contact me to make me aware of the delay or that it wouldn't be here on the expected date. There customers should be there #1 priority, you take care of them durring and AFTER THE SALE! They lack customer service, communication, and leadership. I am disappointed in the poor service I have recieved and am receiving at Leon's. Depending on the outcome of this situation I may rethink where I purchase something from my home again.

Very unsatisfied with my whole experience at this leons. Now only was I sold a sectional that was missing pieces. I was told the missing peice was in Calgary (3 hour drive away from my place) I was also told that it would be available by my delivery date. Which was scheduled 2 weeks after date of purchase. I was then told that it will not be available to be delivered with the original delivery and will be delivered three weeks later. (still waiting). On the original delivery date I they guys showed up on time in their two hour window. But were missing my dresser. After calling the store they said they were sorry and going to try and have it. Delivered the next day. So we will see if that happens. AJ speedy was the name of my sales person. He was good to deal with. Not to pushy. Some other sales lady tried to steal our business from AJ. She was very unprofessional. So just buyer be aware. I would not buy from the north end leons. Try other stores.

Read a lot of reveiws about this place, yes the sales ppl are nice. But that doesn't cover quality and proffesional way we as customers are treated! So my story is like this: may 29 our new recliner and chair were delivered, within 24 hours the material stretched on all seats? I contacted customer service and the first thing offered was a large discount (did not ask what) I said no and sent pics to be replaced. (don't forget to read your warranty) was told the manufactures would send a replacement. June 5 I called again and asked when? Was told 12 weeks. So I asked where it was coming from? If made in Canada should not take that long?
I also emailed with no response?
Aug 30 asked about status?
No one responded to when after sending emails to manufacture?
So October 3 /2018 I stopped into the store demanded to talk to owner or manager (really protected) no one was there!
So I said you have 24 hours to have the owner or manager to call me about this!
Guess what that afternoon customer service called and said our new. Seats would be here this month well today is 31 of October no call no seats!
So I see in reveiws owner replies but no name probably customer service responding!?
I want to know why this is because shame on you taking pls money when you don't back any thing up.

I dealt with a salesman by the name of Tamer. He offered many benefits and perks to buying with Leon's but when I tried to confirm those details via email, I was lead to believe he actually mis-informed me on just about every benefit Leon's offered. Customer Service refused to confirm those perks over email, and consistently tried to discuss this info over the phone so I would have no record of what was being discussed.

Needless to say, I fortunately cancelled my order before the bed was delivered. This was for a bed and frame from Serta icomfort, which retailed over 5000$. When on the phone to cancel my order, my wife and I actually heard one lady state, " they would no longer email me because I wanted a record of everything being said. " Sounded pretty shady to me so we knew we were doing the right thing by going with another retailer. I couldn't even get a manager to call me.

My brief experience with Leon's was extremely negative, and I would discourage anybody from even buying a pillow from this location.

If there was an option to give zero stars that is what I would select. I am really not happy with the service provided. We ordered a bedroom set for our new house. When they delivered 8 items 6 of them were damaged. So we had to arrange for it to be exchanged. Before getting it exchanged we went in store to examine the pieces again. In store there was no damage but to our surprise again, during the second delivery 1 piece was again damaged. On top of that the delivery guys damaged the wall. When we contacted customer service in the beginning of August they told us that a manager would call to talk to us about the damage to the wall. It has been two weeks now and nothing has been done about it.we called twice and we keep getting someone saying they will call us back. I am quite surprised about this service. I know in the past Leons has been great but now I am 100% disappointed. We need the wall to be fixed or at least get compensated for the damage.

The lack of urgency to get something fixed that was damaged to a brand new house is quite disappointing. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from Leons. I called them again today and yet again they said they will call back! Nice way to run a business! *clap clap*

This is my first time really spending a good chunk of money on furniture. Mattress, bedroom set, and a large couch. Sales rep was pleasant (we chose to come back and buy from him because the other two sales people were very direct and not polite) we did our deal and paid for our stuff, he informed us of many things on the receipt. But did not mention anything about the horrible return policy of this company, as well as their "not give a darn" attitude of customer service via phone. Our bedroom set showed up, we unpacked the heavy parts and found 3 items were severely damaged. (Broken drawer, snapped bed leg, and broken inside brace of dresser) we called for repair, and to have them unpack our stuff before they leave. They said no, they don't even quality check products before they leave facility, as per customer service rep, unless specifically asked to? Anyways, after the headache and broken backs we said we just want to return the whole set. They said no, says we can't, in tiny writing on the back of the receipt. Oh well, we are going to get our stuffed fixed hopefully next week and keep sleeping on the floor or couch, expensive lesson learned, and will avoid these big furniture places forever in the future.
