I'm very disappointed with this store. It was a good store. Now they sell low quality furniture for high price. The customer service is horrible and disrespectful. I want recommend them at all.

I always love to shop in this Leon's. Had to buy a bed frame and happy with the putchase. The staff was super helpful especially Namrata, she addressed all of questions and concerns!

First and last time I buy in Leons. I know they don’t have inventory so it is all win for them and won’t build anything til you order (so they never lose money), but I bought a set of chairs for my kitchen. Got 2 the first week, 3 MONTHS LATER waiting for the rest of the set. Waiting for vietnam to build and ship the2 chairs. It’s a ioke.

I Bought a dishwasher on Saturday was told it was in stock. I paid for it but was told there was a $50 delivery charge. I told them I had my truck there and could just load it. They then told me it was located at a different store 50 km away. I then asked if I got it to be delivered when would that be, they said 1 to 2 business days. I decided to go get it myself. Then on Sunday I installed it.all connections were correct. I turned it on and a code for leakage came up it was poring water from the centre of the machine. I shut everything off and called Leon’s. They told me because I installed it myself I would have to contact the manufacturer. (which are not open on Sunday). Now I am going to have to deal with them. First and last time dealing with Leon’s.

Arianne from Leon’s was a great help to us, for getting our problem with our TV fixed. Samsung on the other hand was not. Technician that was sent out from Leon’s customer service, Arianne was great helping us out. High five to Leon’s for your help. Now that’s service at its best.

This store has a large choice for furniture and provides good service. Special mention about RAJ. He is a really helpful person and also helps with getting good prices. Also available to talk during off work hours. Great willingness to help. Highly recommend him.

We had a new GE washing Machine delivered on May 18.1.5 hours after delivery I phoned Leon's to inform them that the machine was faulty. Their customer service was basically non existent. Today July 15 my machine was finally replaced. 58 days or so with a broken machine. I warn you now if you buy a broken product from them expect a gong show to get it replaced.

Durgendra (DK) had excellent product knowledge, walked us through the process letting us know the difference in different fabrics, the leather quality. The sales process was knowledge driven was not looking just to get a sale… I will definitely say go see Durgendra when you go to cross iron mills Leon’s he will provide fabulous customer service

I'd love to give an overall good review because there was a lot of positives in the experience of shopping at this location as well. To start off we bought a bed over a year ago and they made the process very easy with fast delivery shortly after they did a great job. I feel that the downside of the next part is more of a logistical error however I wish communication was more clear.

After the bed arrived one of the storage drawers was destroyed, they gave us the email to send photos to and started the process of getting it replaced. Fast forward just over a year later and finally the replacement drawer arrives. I went to pick it up and the box looked like it had zero attempt of safe travel.it was completely destroyed allowing you to see right through it, the replacement drawer was super dirty and had a few good marks from the year long journey.and it was also missing the handle, however the super helpful staff were quick to get a replacement from the floor model on display which I really do appreciate.

Like I said I would love to give this a big positive review and blame poor logistics but even during the pandemic anyone is able to order something from the deepest corner of the earth and receive it in a month.literally a 55 gallon drum of lube takes 4 weeks to get from Shenzhen but a drawer from Vietnam took over 12 months.

Edit: After checking several other reviews as maybe a side note to the owner replying, maybe there should be a strong consideration for quality control on products delivered to the store before shipping them to the customer. We're making a large purchase and commitment fully trusting an intact product to arrive on delivery. It's not the best thing to just receive big ticket items and push them out the door collecting peoples money and not checking them at the time for defects or damages.

Just a thought.

I feel cheated. I don’t want to mention any names here but I have just spent close to $6k at Leon’s and the commitments made at the time of sale changed as soon as my stuff got delivered. Fortunately I waited for my first order to get delivered before placing another order which is even more. Highly disappointed because of false commitments and unethical practices.
Just another heads up that the warranty these guys sell for $300-400 is worthless. Don’t waste your hard earned money here.

We had an accident with an accent chair and needed to replace it quite fast. I use the chat option on the website and was asking about time line on some chairs. I was so glad I did there was 3 chairs we loved but 1 was not available to August due to the shortage. But the gentleman suggested a couple they had in stock and it turned out that they were the other ones we were looking at. So we bought one and we had i delivered 2 days later. The delivery team was also very polite and courteous. I would not hesitate to buy from Leon's again in the future. Great furniture at a great price but customer service that is second to none right from the chat and or store staff right to the drivers that deliver. Thank you Leon's for being 1000 stars out of 5. They even send out such a nice card to thank you for your purchase.

I want to give zero stars, but not possible. We bought a defective range, and I let them about that in 48 hours, and they do not want to take it back and give us money back. I never experienced something like that with any store in Canada. Do not buy from Leon

All good except the dining table we wanted is out of stock.
The sectional couch we wanted is too expensive and there is no diacoubt so we went to competitor instead which gave us a very good deal and it is currently on stock.

We have bought sets of dining chairs in here instead, they have stock on those but the discount (refund) will be issued once they deliver the chairs.

Our family had a great experience with Karan at this location. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with us as we tried to decide on new home furniture. Probably the best experience we've ever had at a furniture store. I would 100% recommend Leon's Crossiron location and sales representative Karan to anyone looking for new furniture.

There was a bit of a mix up with my furniture order and Muniza was wonderful at getting it straightened out for me. She was extremely patient and professional throughout the process and helped me tremendously. I am quite happy now.

We had the pleasure of working with Leons to purchase all of our appliances for our new home. The pricing was competitive and we were always kept in the loop about when our appliances arrived. If there were any issues, Stuart the manager had the best communication and customer service. Appliances have been working great and we would definitely be purchasing again from Leons as it was such a good experience

Worst customer service ever! Had a delivery get delayed for 4 weeks and then they decide to cancel the delivery the day it was suppose to arrive and say it's going to be another 1 or 2 weeks. I had to pay double the money to book and arrange delivery! The manager I talked to had no clue what she was doing or how to do her job! Will NEVER go back to Leon's again.do not recommend this store to anyone.absolute garbage and garbage customer service. They wouldn't even do anything for all the delays and wasted money. Don't trust there delivery department!

We called to see about a couch that was on sale. The lady we spoke to said we could order it online as they had 4 in stock and it would be held for us and we could come in and pick it up the fallowing day. Now keep in mind she said there were 4 in stock at this location and us ordering online would hold one of these for us. The next day I get a call from Leon's telling me they had no stock at there location and we would have to drive to the south location which is way out of the way for us. I explained what I was told and asked to speak to a manager. The lady I was speaking too would not allow me to speak to a manager and took it upon herself to put me on hold, then come back and tell me she spoke to the manager and they cant do anything for us. Needless to say this is just another company that wants you to purchase something from them but seem to forget about customer service. Very very disappointed!

UPDATE

Well this was very unexpected, Stuart from the Balzac location called me personally already and tried his best to fix the problem. He gave me a couple options which were great and really showed that he does care about customers. I have left reviews for other business based on experience and never have I had someone be so on the ball to try and come to a solution. Very happy with how this played out and we will be getting our item today as we were supposed to. Great job Stuart!

My daughter and I came here after stopping at a few other furniture stores and ended up purchasing a arm chair, a rug and some pillows. Trae, the salesperson who helped us, was very knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy or making us feel like we were being pressured to buy anything. It was the Cadillac of furniture shopping experiences, 10/10 would highly recommend.

I ordered a couch on September 11th, the day I ordered it they said it would take 2 weeks. When October came along and I still had no couch I contacted them asking where the couch was, they told me that it was going to take another 2 weeks. Yet again, it was November with no couch. So, I contacted them November 19th asking what was going on with my order, and all they told me was that it was going to arrive the 29th of November. It still has not gotten here after almost 3 months. I can understand that things are going to be tougher during covid times, but I would've appreciated being told the truth about what is happening with my order. We've asked them to tell us exactly when they estimated it would arrive, but each time they would just say in 2 weeks instead of the accurate date.

The store is beautiful and amazing. So nice and clean I wish took pictures. But what’s even more amazing is the Manager who helped me out, Pretee! Please forgive me if I misspelled your name.

She was so professional from beginning to end, walked me through the store and helped me make an awesome purchase. Everyone there is so nice and no pressure on sales!

We were initially very impressed with the service we received at this Leon's location. The sales people were friendly and helpful, they delivered our furniture on time, the people that delivered our furniture were great, everything was exceptional until we paid off the balance owing on our furniture. My husband went into the store to pay off the balance but they accidentally overcharged us by $200 (I believe they transposed a couple of the numbers). We didn't notice until the next day when we looked in our account. We went to the store today to get our money back but they told us they couldn't do anything because they couldn't see the payment on their system until 48 hours has passed. They said we have to call Desjardins to have them credit us the money. This was a mistake made by the Leon's staff when they took our money so I do not understand why they wouldn't be able to issue us a credit on the same machine that they took our payment with. We showed them our receipt that showed the total amount that we paid and we could have also shown them our bank account transactions so why can't they calculate how much we overpaid and give us back our money? Now we are forced to follow up with the credit company and wait for a check in the mail? Really not impressed. Could have been 5 stars but now I'm giving only 2.

We bought a LG top load washing machine from Leon’s at the cross iron location and had the machine delivered to us a few weeks later. The sales agent failed to mention that the machine did not come with the water pipes. After contacting the store they apologized that they should of made us aware of that and that we can now purchase them for 20$ each pipe. After using the machine, I was not happy to how it washed the clothes, the clothes came out with stains still on. I called within a day or so to see if I could either return or exchange the machine but was told they cannot do anything for me. So basically I am stuck with the machine. I would absolutely not recommend getting any kind of appliance from Leon’s since they have a zero return policy. I would rather go purchase from the home Depot next time since they have some return policy even if it’s 48 hours.

Very satisfied with the service I received purchasing memory foam pillows and a sofa. The staff were very friendly and showing me options for my purchase. I felt like it was in their very best interest to ensure I purchase the right item. I never felt they were doing any hard selling. A very happy and satisfied customer here and would love to come back if a new furniture is needed.

Terrible staff.went for 5 appliance wanted some one that was knowledgeable was more interested on her phone couldn't answer our questions said we had a budget. Staff needs to be better trained. When people go to Leon's we expect service decided to go to home depot they have awesome staff and great prices. We were also told Leon's doesn't offer delivery I know for a fact that was wrong. Sad

I came into the Crossiron location about a week ago looking for a new sofa for my basement.
Already not in the greatest mood from previous altercation at work Matthew was able to cheer me up and put a smile on my face, he was able to show me a range of sofas listing in my price range and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I am definitely coming here to buy other furniture from this store. Wasn’t going to write review but this man need to be recognized for his outstanding exceptional customer service.

The Sales associates himanshu baskota took great care, it was a great customer experience with him. He was as transparent and professional as much as possible, which means a lot to a customer who may not understand the process.
