Had an amazing furniture buying experience from south-side location. A big thanks to Jay who provided excellent services and great price for furnitures. He was very knowledgable and humble, also had lots of patience and helped us to choose best product for our dream home.
Jay made really great deal and we couldn’t refuse to buy. Looking forward to get great deal from Jay in future.

Pauline in customer service has been absolutely wonderful! She is pleasant to speak to and she is always so helpful. Claire helped me pick out my new beauty rest mattress. She was knowledgeable about the mattresses. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because there have been times no one answers when I call.

This is your warning that if you decide on purchasing furniture from Leons, make sure you aren't purchasing an extended warranty with Zucora Home. I wish I did my research sooner. They do anything to find a reason not to replace or repair your product. The first time I contacted them by phone, the agent was not helpful. After sending an email to contact a manager, I then received a call from another agent saying they will send a technician to my house as a "courtesy". After waiting over 2 weeks, a technician shows up, takes a few pictures and gave hope that my furniture would be repaired. I wait another 2 weeks and I hear NOTHING. I contact Zucora again, and finally heard back after another week. Guess what. I have wasted my time, energy and money, they will not fix anything! Horrible service. Let this be a lesson to anyone looking to getting an extended warranty, A) read the fine print before contacting the company and B) even if you do, stay far away from this company as they will still find a way to scam you!
Based on my experience, I will never purchase furniture from Leons again.

Do not purchase any furniture or appliances from Leon's south Edmonton. They dont honour their warranty agreements. Bought a microwave from them and had 5 years of warranty on it. It stopped functioning and I had to wait THREE MONTHS for them to come and diagnose it, THREE MONTHS! Only for them to then tell me that they won't replace it or reimburse me the full amount it costs. Instead, they only reimbursed me a portion, which is not consistent with what they promised when I purchased the warranty. Absolute joke of a company. Joke response times, joke customer service. Never again.

Terrible customer service, broken promises, unprofessionalism etc. Go anywhere but here for your furniture and appliance needs. They will sell you faulty products and then not honour their warranty agreements.

I am calling by phone to leons, but no one answering the phone. I need to report my sofa also is damage. I need to report 72 hours.and delivered on Oct 5,2023. No one answering. I am not happy with leons now. I will never ever buy furniture from leons now. Good bye leons.big hole in sofa too and love seat also depressed. From seat.z and I am leaving to Wurope today.

So far not impressed. Canceled part of my order because delivery date was to far away. Still have not received refund on c.c. No one answers phone all day long.well called today about delivery for my sectional, now I'm told another 4 weeks. If you need furniture now don't order from here.

Every time I go in here they never have anything great it's all boring and outdated stuff. I was looking for living room end tables that are in closed and they have nothing. The picture below is just an example of what I was looking, except not rustic, but they still had nothing here.

Worst place ever. Not just shopping for an hour and not being asked once if I wanted or needed help. The help I did get when I asked, who by the way, his name is Basim. I should have ordered it myself since he ordered wrong. I asked for the order to be canceled and refund me. Six weeks later, I go in for my refund, and ask for the person that takes care of complaints. She was off and I was told she would call me the next day. That was 3 weeks ago now and still have not heard a word. I don't remember her name which I'm sure she will be happy about. Needless to say, I will NEVER be going back there again.

I had posted a great review for the Southside Leon's store. That was 3 sofas and 2 years ago! I have since removed it.
The first sofa fell apart almost immediately, with the stitching coming undone. So I upgraded to leather. What could go wrong there? So a thousand dollars more, and the color started lifting within the first 3 months! I have never seen that.ever! Thank goodness I bought insurance. I was gobsmacked when the tech repaired it by spray painting it back on! I worried how the sofa would look like in a year, so i returned it, and now I'm waiting for sofa #3.
I have logged hundreds of phone calls and emails waiting for Leons to either answer the phone, or pick up the line the countless amount of times I was put on hold! Hundreds of hours of my life have been wasted waiting on Leons just to do their job at the bare minimum! I have been lied to, made fun of when they thought i was on hold, now they won't refund my money even though they have the sofa back in hand! They are telling me i have to wait 21 days for a cheque! I have been hung up on, yelled at.the list of bad behavior is endless. Perhaps that's why they go through staff and managers at such an alarming rate!
Trust me when I say.steer clear of this place. They will take your money and provide you with subpar furnishings, leaving you frustrated and disappointed!

We went to look around and actually found a reclining sofa for an amazing price and the matress we wanted as well. Jay, the salesman was great, helpful but not pushy, and didnt hover, and much to our amazement we got a great deal on both. Thank you

1) they ordered the wrong item AND they tried to make us pay the difference.
2) Bought the wrong item we set it up and they said they'll come dissemble when they exchange it. The delivery guys did not know that and they took the new item back. We had to wait for the delivery 2 more Weeks!
3) charged me wrong on flexiti, when to their store 3 time! Still didnt fix it and I'm paying extra for the product i haven't even received!
4) one of our order was a sectional- keep saying the product is in Scarborough, ordered in June and they shipped 1 part of it on August and they said the 2nd part will come in November!

I've never been to Leons before, but we were disappointed at the competitions 'tent sale', so we decided to visit the Leons Furniture Superstore. Wow! Definitely better quality furniture in Leons, way better.

Our sales person Yen was helpful, and went out of her way to explain everything about our products to us. I would reccomend her to my friends and family, she was trustworthy and took into consideration our wants and needs.

My husband and I came to the Leon’s on the East side to find a mattress and Harvey was definitely our guy! He helped us on Customer Appreciation Day find the perfect pillows and let me try out several, to be sure I had one that fit my posture and neck and shoulders. He made everything very easy, from finding what we needed and then the actual purchase. We then came back to buy a new mattress and Harvey knew all the different brands and what support they gave. He was able to get us a fabulous price, load it for us and have us out the door in less time than it takes to go through a Starbucks drive through. I would definitely recommend going to the Leon’s on the East side and ask for Harvey!

Bought a mechanical recliner last year. The mechanical adjusting part broke this year. I contacted the store and I was told the technician would come and check waited 4 weeks then the technician came and checked and told me the part needed to be replaced. When I asked technical what it took him to come and see after 4 weeks he told me the store called him yesterday. And he told me I want to keep calling the store and keep asking ETA.otherwise they don't care. It's been 3 months now it's still not fixed. Every time call the store get the same response part is Ordered. And can't give me an ETA even talked to the assistant manager They even don't come to call whenever you call the store. It's the first time I have bought furniture from leon’s they are worst. If anyone wants to spend money recommend Ashley they are so professional and responsive and provide you with an exact ETA for delivery and Repair. Leon's just want to sell once sold they don't care and respond. Email to customer service too didn't get a satisfactory reply. They just want you to buy and suffer if anything wrong happens.

Not worth buying from there if you want to buy. There are so many other options available I made mistake not looking for reviews before buying from leons.may be I help someone from making mistake I did
