I am so grateful that I can actually fit appropriately into the bras at this store as I have a really small rib cage and large cup size. These bras save my back literally! The woman who helped me was absolutely amazing. Whatever she gets paid, it should be doubled:) She was so professional and I felt so comfortable without pressure. So well trained in the bras and how to fit. Amazing service that I am so grateful exists. I bought three bras when there and will be back when I need new ones. So great️️

I've literally never been able to find a bra that actually fits me, or anyone knowledgeable enough to point me in the right direction. The saleswoman was so incredibly helpful, and for the first time in my life I feel like a bra supports me and is the right size. She was very specific to my breast shape and knew exactly what would best support me, and was so friendly. Definitely a 5* experience, more pricey but totally worth it

Visited West Ed for the first time and was very excited to happen upon this store only to have some very pretentious staff attempt to tell me that I needed their assistance, even though I came in asking for a specific, brand, style and size. When looking at the product, I realized that they have a ridiculous markup on pricing. I am an Elomi wearer and anywhere across Canada, the range for their bras is $79-$89, even brand new colours. This store was selling a style that sells for $80 everywhere else for $149! Absolutely ridiculous. The staff interaction alone was enough to make me not come back, but pricing was absolute theft.

I had a fantastic experience at Les Saisons Lingerie. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The selection is amazing for someone if my size. I will be going back very soon!

Great store with excellent service. They carry a large selection of beautiful bras for those of us ladies that don’t fit the cookie cutter stuff offered at La Senza and Victoria’s Secret. The owner is awesome every time I go in. I highly recommend.

Don't expect any kind of customer service! Even with defects. If you step out of the store its your problem. Absolutely the worst customer service my wife has ever had to deal with.

If I could give this store 10 stars I would. I'm very busy and vie struggled finding bras forever. Michelle was incredibly knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed and was so attentive to me as a customer. She has my business for as long as she's at Les Saisons Lingerie!

Spent hundreds of $$$ on bras. One item fit well for 2-3 months and then gaped and was unwearable. Expensive cup less lace fit, but lace was deteriorating in just 8 short months. Was told it was normal and they couldn’t do anything except take pics and ask the manufacturer. Very kind and helpful when you’re BUYING… not at all when you have issues. Will reach out to the manufacturer myself … very very disappointed ️ buyer beware

I've never purchased expensive bras before and was scared of these higher end stores. Emily today treated me and my friend with respect and I had the best experience. I got the correct bra sizes and tried on a variety of styles. Emily was super patient and fun to shop with. Came out with 1 bra and will definitely be returning!?

I have been shopping here since I realized that one size fits all bra stores do not work for me. I absolutely love this place and have referred many friends and family over the years!

Shannon fitted me perfectly for a bra and bralette today. She was professional and friendly. She knew exactly what I wanted and made sure I was 100% happy. Will definitely be going back.

Went in for a fitting, and the associate gave me three different bras to try on. I did, and showed her how each wasn't quite right (too big here, digs in there, etc.)
After three, she just said, "Well, I guess we don't have a cup size small enough for you. " I'm a B cup.

Tell me you don't want to deal with me without telling me you don't want to deal with me.

I’m new to the area and went in yesterday as I was in the mall shopping. No appointment! Michelle was so great. I needed to be fitted and she just needed to look at me to know my size! No measuring needed! She came back with perfect size and options for me to try. Very polite, professional and multi tasking at the same time with another customer. I hate shopping for bras and enjoyed this experience very much! Have ordered other items as well. Thanks so much Michelle and staff.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Where do I begin? The staff barely acknowledged my friend and I, when we were eventually asked if we needed help, my friend told her the size she was looking for. The lady look at her in judgment and walked away. Never said to words to me and I was willing to pay cash for at minimum 2 bras. I left with none. I tried to on, was never asked how they worked. While waiting for my friend to finish turning on bras. I heard the two girls gossiping about customers and US! How unbelievably unprofessional and rude. YOU DEAL WITH BODY IMAGE! I will never recommend this store to anyway. I’d also like to note that while leaving the store, I said thank you and all I got was “mhm” with a glare. So I responded with “maybe don’t gossip on your customers and you’ll actually make sales”. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had while bra shopping. I will NOT be coming back

Great selection in a variety of sizes, plus the staff is very helpful, even when they are busy and I didn't have an appointment. They sized me very quickly and gave me options. One of my pieces was forgotten about after I paid for it, but when I called the store manager hand delivered it to my door. Overall a very good experience and I'm so happy with my new pieces.

The girls that were working on August 2nd stood there gossiping behind the till while we were in the store. One of them was very obviously profiling us and treated us like we had no clue about our bra sizes, yet I had previously bought bras from this store since it’s the only physical store in Edmonton with my size. I used to recommend this store and had converted multiple family members and friends to this store but I definitely won’t be anymore, they too will not be returning. The girls and their behaviour was very unprofessional, one of my friends who was there with me realized they were actually gossiping about us and ended up letting them know how unprofessional it is to be huddled up behind the till gossiping about customers.
A store that’s supposed to be classy but also intimate, should have classy people, or should be hiring ladies who are older and capable of being mature.

Thank God for Les Saisons Lingerie! No exaggeration at all! Within 10 seconds, they “sized” up my 15 year old daughter perfectly. She has a pigeon chest, so her chest bone protrudes and she has been having an awful time finding a bra that fits and is comfortable. I kept thinking she was a C cup and I could get away getting her sports bras or something but nothing worked and she was always in pain. When we walked in a d O explained they had her in the perfect bra immediately and told me without Measuring her that she was much more bustier than we thought. She is a DD/E cup and tiny around. They chose the perfect bra to help her and she feels so much more confident and comfortable and that it gives great support.and she feels beautiful. So worth it for the piece of clothing that is a must! This is a win! Thank you Les Saisons! We will be back or order online!

I was feeling so down hearted with my ill fitting bras from elsewhere, and when I walked in to Les Saisons, staff member Michelle knew what I needed just by looking at me. She took the time to try different styles and brands and I bought 2 perfect fitting, supportive bras that day. I went back today and got equally amazing service from Emily and got another bra and a pair of panties. Both women took time with me and did not make me feel rushed or pressured to purchase, and were committed to ensuring that I was 100% satisfied. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for well structured, great fitting bras with service from women who really care!

The staff was able to fit me with 3 incredible bras that fit perfectly and improve my shape including an amazing sports bra! Bras are an investment in you be willing to pay more for quality.it's totally worth it!

I arrived at Les Saisons for a bra fitting (walk-in) and was promptly greeted by two wonderful ladies (I wish I had gotten their names!) Long story short, I got professionally fitted for the RIGHT bra and RIGHT size, purchased two awesome bras and was out of the store in less than half an hour! I actually had the fitting lady throw out my old bra and wore a new one out of the store. Lol. The lady who did my fitting was quite a bit younger than me but she was so sweet, professional and knowledgeable. Yes, the bras are a little pricey but completely worth it to come away with the proper bra that you’ll love and actually fits! Especially as a bigger chested lady! I have been fitted at one store before and came away with 3 or 4 bras that after wearing for one day realized how ill fitting and uncomfortable they were. I highly recommend shopping here for your perfect bra and am so excited that their website is now up and running for online shopping!

Great size selection but expensive pricing for the quality of the actual bra. I have bought 6 bras from there over the last 3 years and spent almost $1000 on the 6, but each one of them only lasts a few months. 4/6 don't have wires, I have had to mend them constantly either re attaching straps or hand sewing an extender because the hooks broke off. And I hand wash each and every one of them and still they disintegrate. I'd be willing to pay the price if I were sure I was getting a quality product but I can't justify spending so much on bras that don't last.

Terrible customer service. I went in and asked for help since my size has changes since loosing weight. I've always struggled to find something that fits right. The staff member was less than helpfull and very impolite.

Stopped carrying the one brand "Fantasie" I found that fits comfortably and is more affordable than $150-160. Staff offered lots of help to more mature shoppers than myself and when looking for a change room ignored me (one staff helping a customer, one standing around, until I spoke up). No further offer of help during my experience, even in the change room. When asked if they carried other Fantasie brand bras staff said no but no further offer of an alternative bra brand or assistance to find something that would work for me in store.
Paying good money for proper fitting bras and the service just wasn't there. Won't be going back to this location!

Very impressed with the staff here i got for the first time in years my proper size not whatever is the closest I feel so much better, I would recommend any one looking for there true size to go here, they not only cater to women like me with small waist and larger bust but to women of all shapes and sizes you will find your size and may also be shocked at what that size is.

I never write reviews but I just had the best bra buying experience of my life and had to leave a comment. I have been a loyal Victoria Secret customer for many years, but now that I’m in my mid 30’s I no longer like the fit or quality and was looking to start over with a new brand. The staff at Les Saisons quickly figured out my REAL bra size and made the entire bra fitting experience so easy and comfortable. They were friendly and easy to chat with and gave the best customer service I’ve received at any retail store. They just gained a customer for life! Even though the bras are more expensive than what I’m used to paying, I can already tell that the fit, comfort and quality are worth every penny. I cannot recommend this store enough!

These bras can be a bit pricy compared to online, but honestly prices are pretty much on par with other lingerie stores (and with no hidden import fees!). And in my experience, the customer service has been great! I was debating a few bras and returned later to buy them, not realizing it was close to closing. They remained open and I did not feel rushed at all. My most recent experience wasn't even in the store. I live in Northern Alberta and was evacuated due to a wildfire. I only had 1 bra with me and of course a clasp broke while being evacuated. I called the store and they were able to check the system, find my bra info from my last purchase, and make the payment over the phone. Within 2 days I had a new bra which I was confident would fit me! With all the stress I was feeling, getting that bra was such a relief and very much appreciated!

If you are a lady that needs a good bra, you need to go here. Michelle and her team have many bras available but you need to try them on for fit. I tried on many and came away with a great bra for a party dress that evening. My bra was ok but with weight loss and gain my size has changed. Go in, be patient and try on. Rude and dismissive service even though I was looking for an specific item with the intention to purchase if found in this store. Will not be stepping foot in this store again.

Staff did not measure me for fit, instead guessed size and brought a limited selection of bras to try. Staff did check in with me several times, but didn't seem to understand what I was asking for in terms of different styles, brands & fit. Despite a huge sale happening in store, I was only bought regular priced items to try. I left without purchasing & received significantly better customer service at Simon's, which I decided to try instead. I've heard so many positives about Les Saisons but left hugely dissapointed.

Took my girlfriend in to get fitted and buy some quality bra's and a swimsuit. Michelle worked with us and the customer service there was beyond top shelf. Pleasant and courteous, brought numerous different styles and fits to find what works the best for my girlfriends size. She took time to explain everything and answer any questions.

Highly recommend the store to anyone looking for quality undergarments. Good things aren't cheap and cheap things aren't good. You get what you pay for and this store is worth every penny and so is Michelle.

It took maybe 10 minutes. Was the only store that carried my size after going to several other store including maternity but no one had 34 H I was too “small” in band to carry for the rest of the stores. The lady that helped me was super helpful and nice too

Was trying to find a bra that fit properly as I have been unable to find any that fit; decided to give this place a try. When I went in, the lady greeted me and asked if I needed any help finding anything. I asked for a bra fitting and explained my issues with my current bra. She did not measure me at all, just looked at me and grabbed a bra for me to try on. She told me that it was just to get a baseline and they would figure out my size from there. The lady just kept bringing me different sizes of bras to try on and still did not measure me. She insisted this one bra fit me after I had said it was too tight in the band and after she adjusted the straps to dig into my shoulders. Said this is how a bra is supposed to fit, all while having a conversation with another customer and paying little attention to my concerns. I was under the impression that a bra should be tight but not to the point of leaving red indents in my skin after wearing it for a few minutes. I have never had a bra fitting that was this poorly done and made to feel insignificant. I decided I wasn't going to get the help I was needing and promptly left the store. Before I left, I thanked the lady for her help and she gave a sneer as she said "you're welcome". I would not recommend this store to anyone looking to actually have a good customer service experience or a body positive experience. I had a better experience at Victoria's Secret, where they measured me first before bringing in a range of styles and sizes based off of my measurements. Thanks to them I finally found a bra that fit and didn't cause me pain.

This store is the only place I trust buying bras at. I will never go back to places like Victoria's Secret ever again. They have a wide range of sizes that no other store can beat. They fit you properly and none of that overbust measurements or adding 4 inches to the band lies other stores have. They didnt even have to break out the measuring tape and immediately knew what size I would be by just looking at me. I seriously recommend this place so much. It makes such a difference wearing a bra that finally fits right even if you have a small ribcage of 30 inches or if you have a large bust and no bras seems to fit just right. It truly is worth the increased price!

I had a really good shopping experience here today.

I was quite nervous to go in as this is my first professional fitting so I didn't really know what to expect.
I originally emailed to ask about booking an appointment and I was replied to promptly by Michelle.
I was able to get in right away.

When I arrived at the store I was immediately greeted by Michelle and another associate - Michelle assessed me and we chatted about what I was looking for - my only request was no padding! As a larger chested lady - this was the last thing I wanted. Michelle brought me a few different styles, some were with padding and she did explain the difference between those and the more sheer ones. She was very honest about what worked and didn't work for my body type.

I didn't have to undress completely or anything, she brought me a bra to start with, and the size was bang on! The bra was so comfortable (fast forward - this was the bra I ended up buying!).

She brought me a few more styles to try - discussed with me which styles worked best for my body, educated me on how it should fit and how to properly care for the garments.

I was ecstatic to see how well the bras fit and I felt very confident leaving the store with 2 new bras.

Michelle was great to work with! I Ioved her energy and her knowledge was so helpful! I really appreciated the time she took to educate me on proper under garments.

I will definitely shop here again, and I would recommend going their if you are in need of a professional fitting.

I went in today because I bought a bra a couple days ago and I tried it on again today, with the tags still on and the band hurt my back. I have been a customer of Les Saisons for a little while now. When I tried to exchange it today, the lady said it has been worn at least once and brought a bra over to show me. I told her I had just tried it on and it hurt my back. She also accused me of taking the tags off and putting them back on. What the hell! I was choked. I have shopped here and a couple times and that’s why I have come back. Now I will not! She then told me I should just buy a band extender. Excuse me? ! I just bought a $125 bra that is brand new and now I have to buy an extender? ! Never returning.
