Definitely not coming back to this clinic I been waiting for almost 2hrs I was came frist for the walk-in to other patient I guess they serve frist the people have a account already since I’m a new walk-in here, should be Frist came per serve right and worst thing only 1 reason per visit unbelievable

They need to fire these receptionists, they’re all philippines and Indians, letting their people in Before anybody else… even though we were waiting for an hour. It’s unfair and unethical. It’s been happening every time we’re there. When you talk to them about it, they give you rude and unpleasant response. Everybody should be treated equal and with respect which this place lacks!

I have a very clear treatment in place with my family doctor and I need medication within 72 hours, my family doctor was closed, I was denied treatment saying there is no way he would prescribe antivirals needed one dose and a swab… he seems to know better than my neurologist, rheumatologist and immunologist…

Friendly reception, they are always willing to help and are very accommodating. The doctors are great (we're with Dr. Mohammad), and take time listening to you. Appointment wait times are long though because of the same reason.

Just phone to set an appointment but the receptionist is so rude and no consideration. According to her because my last visit is 2018 it means am no longer consider a patient to their clinic. I tried to reason out to her but her narrow mind is close. I asked her what will I do then but she said she can’t do anything. She can reactive my file if she wanted to or consider me as a new patient but she just don’t want to do her job properly. I know for sure there’s another way out for this situation rather than just completely close all option. I don’t recommend this clinic at all. So disappointed.

My son has been to the doctor Muhamed many times with a warts problem now when I called to make an appointment the lady told me they don't take my son because is not his family doctor. So disappointed (he has been before being not the first time).

The staff is amazing, Excellent service, amazing physicians. In this pandemic where everyone is trying to throw their frustration out, you guys are doing amazing job.fly high FRONT LINERS, HEALTHCARE WORKERS, you are doing amazing job, keep it up.

This is a very well maintained and clean office. They are safe and respect your space. Doctor Mohamed Was very professional and knows a lot about what he’s talking about. All the doctors I’ve had dr Mohammed is the best one so far.

The only reason I continue to use this clinic is because Dr Bhanji is still at this location. She is a wonderful doctor but the front end staff are negligent, rude, absentminded, and very unprofessional.

My wife and I have been going to this clinic for a few years. She has a cat bite and her hand is swelling up but now this clinic refuses to take walk-ins. They were going to make an appointment for her for 7 days from now.

Great staff and super service for our little man who needed a few stitches on hit head today - we walked in and they tended to us right away. Very thankful.

I have been to this clinic for the past years and the doctors amazing and the stuff are so nice and always fit me in as needed

This clinic is amazing. Dr. Mohamed and the nurses are fantastic. My husband and I started seeing Dr. Mohamed and he has now become our family doctor for both our children. He is fantastic with children. They also have a pediatrician that comes in every Wednesday. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this clinic. I highly recommend them.

I’ve had the same family doctor for 17 years and I can no longer get there due to transportation issues and they are refusing to give me my medical file of 17 years.

The receptionist that took my phone call was rude, she asked if I could hold and before I even answered she had already put me on hold. She just picked up the phone said hello, I said hello and then she hung up the phone after I just waited 10 minutes to speak to someone. So unprofessional and rude.

Best walk in clinic I have ever been to. People there are so friendly and nice, and as an anxious person this clinic makes you feel so comfortable and help you calm your nerves. I would definitely recommend the family doctors here.

The doctors here are extremely efficient, and show they truly have a passion for healthcare. The clinic sometimes is very busy but the ladies in the front desk are always very nice and accommodating.

Wait times are always ridiculous. The doctors go on lunch but they don't tell you that. Even with appointment you are waiting 45 plus minutes for a two minute appointment.

I really like my family doctor (Dr. Bhanji) and unfortunately she moved to this clinic and here is the problems began - now I always have to wait at least 40 minutes from my appointment time.

Seen doctor Mohamed a year ago for him to tell me my finger that I know I broke was broken he told Me it was noting, switched to doctor kibra 10% the doctor mohaned will ever be I'm sorry but this guy needs to go back to school.

Been with my family doctor for few years, and then doctor relocated to this ppace! IT THE WORSE CLINIC SO FAR!
Stuff is undertrained, disturbed and unqualified.
The onky reason i went there is not to desterb real doctors in emergency clinic with my broken leg issue, just wasted my time! Awefull and PAINFULL experience

Doctors are arrogant rude and dismissive. I have been here more than once and they seem bothered when you ask questions.

They misdiagnosed my child gave her two types of medication including oral antibiotics when they didn’t know what it was. Took her to her paediatrician it was only a cream that she needed.

I would rather have a longer wait time to see a doctor that knows what they’re doing and wants to help you!

Excellent Staff, i have never ever problem coming here, excellent physicians. Evereyone has own experience, can not judge them just on few bad experiences!

I’ve been seeing my doctor for over two years when she recently moved to the Lessard Clinic. Went in for a routine appointment to follow up with some bloodwork I had done for an ongoing condition, not only did they help me 40 minutes late, they also stuck me with a doctor I’d never seen before. She seemed completely new, confused, and out of it. She also started asking me a bunch of personal questions when all I was there for was bloodwork follow up. Very bizarre, disorganized, and made the patient experience very awkward and uncomfortable. Even if your doctor is good I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Booked an appointment a week in advance. Got there 10 minutes early just to be told i have to wait a bit longer than usual as they are busy. Which is typical for doctors. However, after an hour and a half wait i walked out without getting to see a doctor. What is the point of making appointments if the front desk will just prioritize based on who walked through the door. The doctors are good there but still not worth 1.5 hour wait. Wont be coming back.

Yhe place stinks and the MOAs are lacking slow and pathetic employees. I've only went long with friends to their appointments and 4 times, been disgusted with how dirty and how uncaring the staff are.
