Getting jabbed is never fun but the staff do their best and I am grateful for that. I love socialized public health care for all!

Honestly great place to go to get testing done whether it's blood or other samples. Everyone is very friendly and professional, and they are quick so wait times aren't too long.

I was there this week, once a month like clockwork. So it really matters that the staff are so genuine, caring and skilled. You could almost say getting labwork is a pleasure.

What do you want me to say? It's a hospital lab, I went for a blood test. The nurse was friendly.

Quick in and out, friendly doctor, the admin desk was less than friendly. Also gave me back my papers because “things get lost around here”

The ladies who work here are very friendly, efficient, and excellent at their jobs. The only poor experience I've ever had was with somebody who was learning, left my arm feeling like hamburger even after I'd asked her to be more gentle when removing vials. As far as the facility itself goes it almost feels like an afterthought, it's dated, the waiting room feels improvised and the restrooms for the lab seem to also be for the dialysis ward. With there only being three of them you'll likely end up waiting for a patient to finish their business before you can produce a sample. Otherwise the space is fairly uninviting, so it's best to bring something to occupy yourself with.

Mostly well trained but the odd one is horrible at giving needles. Plan on making an appointment as walk ins will take a very long time

I drove all the way from Calgary to Lethbridge, to give samples for blood and urine tests. Two days later the person who took my samples at Lethbridge called me to inform me that they took my blood samples in wrong test tube, which made my samples unusable for the tests I required, and that I would have to give my blood samples again. They asked me to drive down to Lethbridge again and couldn't arrange anything for me in Calgary, and I had to drive to Okotoks after two days to give my blood samples again.
What a waste of a 450km drive.

Nurse was very good and it was painless!

No waiting, although I could have scheduled my appointment!
