They are now worse than ever. The service department tried to scam my daughter for over $7500 for a repair that was not needed. It's instead a cheap simple fix. Anyone else get told there CAT converter needs replacing? Sounds like they have done this before from reading their texts they sent her. They gave her number to the sales department to try to convince her to sell her jeep to them because they want it and thought they could take advantage of her because they knew she couldn't afford the repair. Of course without asking her permission or consent to get creepy texts from the salesman.

Had an amazing experience buying a truck from Gary Moe Chrysler. Kadin and Casey were super helpful as I was in need of a truck, but could only do the deal over the phone and online from work. They helped me get a great price on the truck, and even threw in some floor liners for a steal of a deal. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new Dodge, Ram or Jeep!

I came to Lethbridge Dodge with my 2018 Jeep wrangler for a " clicking" noise in the dash, upon entering I was greated By Madision, she was very plesent, she pulled up my service history and was able to reccomend serice items that were coming due, I found her to be very knowledgable on the service requirement for my jeep. She took the time to explain each item, putting my mind at ease.

Madision is a great asset to your company She really does have a great personality and treats customers like they mater, its nice to see that customer service is still a thing.

They have a great body shop and mechanics but awful sale tactics. I bought two new trucks off of them and my first transaction went smoothly; however my second one did not. They called me with a promotion on a new truck so I decided to check it out. After saying no to multiple salesmen a manager came and told me that if I didn't sign that day the deal wouldn't be an option even though the promotion ran for another week. Super high pressure sales tactics and definitely don't recommend them to anyone.

Mike H is an awesome Finance manager. He helped me get what I needed from start to finish. He has great customer service. Very personable. Will recommend him to anyone.

The staff are so nice and caring! Always going extra mile making sure things get done what you wanted.

Help me out get back on the road from two broken down vehicles just before Christmas 2021 I’m very thankful.

So short version is while the staff was friendly and personable, there unwillingness to either honor an advertised discount or explain why I was not eligible to receive it has left a bad taste in my mouth and feeling very much like I was lied to. In the end I did get a vehicle I wanted at roughly the MSRP, it was still thousands of dollars more than what was advertised on their website. After many hours of back and forth via the phone and text they where unable to fully explain their pricing. In the end after being confronted with their own website I was told this (the more or less MSRP price) is the price being offered. Obviously with the vehicle shortage it is a sellers market, and I admit I could have walked away and didn't but still this deal has still left a bad taste in my mouth. While the staff was very friendly, I cannot recommend this dealership, and I would suggest going elsewhere.

I don’t think I can ever thank Dakota for what he has done for me! He got me the Jeep I’ve always wanted everything I asked for they did for me, I have had two wonderful experiences with Dakota and I am very thankful for everything he has done for me. Thanks again so much. I’m obsessed with my new Jeep.

Expected to leave our vehicle for service and they determined the problem immediately, corrected it and I was on my way.

Update. It's been a few months and my spouse is not happy with the vehicle she purchased. She has had to bring her vehicle back to be serviced, at least 6 different times, for three separate issues. All were covered by warranty, but each and every time the service department staff insisted it was normal for the vehicle to make sounds or there was no issue. Her sales person had the audacity to say it was her driving style that is making a brand new vehicle have issues.

I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from here. Terrible service department and condescending sales staff. System won't let me put less than one star; I would put zero if I could.

Definitely won't look to Northside Lethbridge dodge for a vehicle anytime soon, if ever. My husband and I visited this location back in April 2021 when we were looking for a new truck. Knowing we would likely have to custom order it in we went looking for a salesman. What we got was Wesley, the sales manager. Not only was he arrogant, rude, ignorant and dismissive he was absolutely incorrect in the information he provided us to the point of telling us other dealerships didn't know what they were talking about. Well turns out it's him who didn't know what he was talking about in the least. When we met him he told us he could spare a few minutes to talk to us about the vehicle we were looking for, lead us into his office where he asked what it was we wanted. After we told him he asked us if we had seen the jeep in the front parking lot. When we replied yes his response was "yea I just sold that jeep for full price, because I could". It was then that he told us we would be looking at waiting a year plus for the truck we wanted to custom order to come in. When we told him another dealership had told us closer to 6 months he laughed and said they had no idea what they were talking about but he would take our name and number and if anything changed he would give us a call. Well that call never came and the jokes on him as we found an excellent dealership that wanted our business, were more then happy to order us a truck and are now the very happy owners of a Dodge Ram 3500 Megacab Laramie, that ultimately took right around 5 months to come in. Not sure what his deal with us was but it definitely wasn't that he was looking to make a deal to sell us a vehicle, oh well we now have one dealership we know not to waste our time with.

My experience with northside dodge has not been good. The shop has very little experience and I was charged $95.00 to be told my brand new vehicle had nothing wrong. In reality the cold weather made the vehicle drive as though it was broken and none of my computer features worked.
I took my vehicle to a different dodge shop and they told me what the issue was AND fixed it without charging me anything.
Chrysler did put out a notice saying there were relay issues but northside dodge still charged me and refused to even try and figure out what the issue was. I was told I had to figure out the problem and they would fix it.im not the mechanic so that was a VERY poor answer.
So happy I went to different Chrysler dealer. Buyer beware, this shop just don't care.

Have bought 5 new personal trucks at Northside since 2013. Over the years their service department has been outstanding. Never have I had to argue about ANYTHING to do with warranty, They have ALWAYS taken care of things needing looked at. Huge shout out to Amanda in the service department. I've been dealing with her for years and her level of service and professionalism is absolutely outstanding. She goes above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. It's people like her that keep customers coming back! Give her a big raise. She deserves it.

The last time I came in for service on my trucking June. The service manager phone me back… (forced) away from coming back to the dealership. He said: If didn’t like the service leave and take your Business to another shop… I have given this dealership a lot Business & they don’t care about their customers. This started with very poor/bad service & manager didn’t want to work with me. If you wanting any work done on vehicle don’t go to Lethbridge Dodge… Go to Murray Chevrolet they will value your Business….

What a great dealership to deal with. Everybody is so friendly and helpful. Had an issue with my truck on a Saturday and took it to Lethbridge Dodge right away. Amanda in the service drive- thru was awesome. She checked me in right away even though they were very busy. While waiting for the mechanic to diagnose what was wrong, I walked to the showroom. Neil, who I bought the truck from, saw me and came over to see if I needed help with anything. Told him I had my truck in for service and he immediately went back to service to check on it. Then I saw Russ and he also came over with a big smile to say "hi" and make sure everything was ok.

Unbelievable I purchased a back up camera 2 weeks ago and did not need it as the camera was not the problem. Went to take the camera back with the receipt and they would not take it because I didn’t have the box. The box was a plain packing box nothing special. Bad enough there’s a 20 percent restocking fee which I was more than willing to pay. Pretty sure 20 Percent would adequately pay for the box.

I highly recommend Neil G! He was a pleasure to work with and helped make the dreams we had in high school come true. As first time buyers, we didn’t have a lot of knowledge on what to do, and he took the time to sit down and answer our questions. He made us feel comfortable with our decision and found a vehicle that was PERFECT for us. Amanda in the service department was very thorough. I went in for a remote starter and she recommended doing a service check up. She told me everything was fine except for the cabin filter and air filter which I had them replace. It was nice to know that the rest of the vehicle was ok. Everything was done in an appropriate time frame.

I had bought a truck from them and I thought they were doing a huge favor for me with how they got me into the truck, to find out now that I totally got messed over. I ended up paying way more for the truck from what I should have payed. So I wouldn't reccomend them to anybody. They are crooked and dont tell you anything just so they can get you into the vehicle of your dreams

Today I bought a 2017 Dodge Ram pickup. For the last couple of days I have been working over the phone and with email dealing with Neil G at Lethbridge Dodge Chrysler. This has been the easiest and most enjoyable purchase of a vehicle that I have experienced. Neil made everything move very smoothly he was terrific. Mike in finance very informative, he explained everything and asked if I had any questions. The truck I purchased was waiting for me it had been washed and cleaned inside, it looked fabulous. It had been thoroughly checked out mechanically so that it was ready for me. I was supplied with the Carfax report and all the copies of the necessary paperwork. My son accompanied me today he had purchased a vehicle 6 months ago, that dealership didn't even come close to the experience that the two of us enjoyed today at Lethbridge Dodge Chrysler. I recommend the dealership for the great selection of product that they have available, their pricing and the way they treat their customers. If you're in the market for a new or a pre-owned vehicle, no matter where you live, take the time and drive to Lethbridge Dodge Chrysler and see for yourself. I have to give them a bad review because they were suppose to give us a price as to how much to install our blue tooth in our Jeep and we have never heard back. I guess it is because we didn't buy our Dodge from them.

My Jeep unfortunately broke down on my road trip to the states and I ended up in Lethbridge. Before I got there I contacted the service department. I spoke to Elena Groten and she was awesome. She totally understood that I was travelling through and would be getting to town late and she made an appointment for me at 8 am the next day. When I got there she was ready for me. By 10 am she had confirmed what was wrong, parts were ordered. She offered me a loaner vehicle. Throughout the day she kept me updated on the progress and confirmed that the 1 part would be in the next day. She was great to work with

A gentleman named Martin was the shuttle car driver. He was great. He drove me to the hotel 2x. He offered to drop me off somewhere for supper. The next day he picked me up at the hotel and when my vehicle wasn't quite ready he asked if I wanted to be dropped off somewhere for lunch. He kept checking to see if all was good - offering me coffee etc. He is super friendly and it really shows that he likes people and enjoys his job.

On the next day Elena was off and Amanda Beddome was in the service area - she was also amazing. She kept me updated, was super friendly, asked me if I needed a coffee or anything like that. She kept checking with the mechanic to see when it would be finished and apologized when it wasn't finished quite when expected.

Overall I have given a 5 star rating. I would give a 10 star if the system allowed it. When I was in the waiting room I also had contact with a few sales people, the receptionist and all were super friendly and took that moment or 2 to ensure my wait was as painless as it could be.if you are ever in need of service in the Lethbridge area pop in and say hi to these people = they are fantastic

Had to take my truck in because the air suspension was shot. The very friendly service rep Alayna mentioned that my warranty had just expired two weeks ago so I was concerned about how much replacing it would be. Alayna assured me she'd pull all the strings she could to get it covered. Just got a call back now saying they will honour my already expired warranty for me. Northside Dodge has always been great to me! From their sales reps, to their service reps, to management and even the great shuttle drivers so I wanted to share this story and say THANK YOU Northside Dodge!
