Hey you guys were great we were just picking up the chainsaw parts service was good guys were nice knew what they were talking about we're going to keep going back
Purchased a KTM EXC-F 500 SixDays from Ashton (Spelling?). The whole experience was absolutely seamless and amazing. I had already been approved at another dealership. That dealer let me down big time, so I called LHC to see if they wanted a new customer. Ashton had the finance company contacted within minuets and the deal swapped to the new bike and LHC. I drove from interior BC to get this bike and deal with LHC. The feeling of mutual respect when spending tens of thousands of dollars is what you'll get from LHC. Sales along with parts department started me an account so I can call and have all my parts and accessories ordered and shipped easily. Picking out boots, gloves, and a new helmet was made fun and easy by the parts workers. While I was trying on a million different boots the salesman took my son to check out some bikes which was awesome! Seems like they thought of everything, thus locking in a customer. Get out, find a dealer like these guys that works for you and makes your buying experience like mine was.
Update: LHC must lock down an aftermarket seat distributor. The seat on this bike is absolutely brutal. I want a Seat Concepts but woulda liked to get it in the financing cause now I don't have the cash flow to buy it.
Always go here for my sons BMX gear. Every time I have been here someone is more than happy to help out with sizes, best fits. In the picture he is wearing everything from Honda besides his bike and shoes.
Lance, Cody, Ace, David and the rest of the parts team are top notch. Out of any of the OEM dealers I use for parts. Lethbridge Honda stocks the most parts. Communication throughout the parts & delivery process order is always on point. Thanks to the team I can order parts and expect them to arrive on time every time.
Needed snowblower parts. Ordered by phone from out of town. Parts person was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Online payment process was simple, parts arrived before promised and I received a text to let me know they had arrived. Very good experience.
Great dealership and very helpful. They didn't have the battery I needed but pointed me to All-Tra Battery who did. Very nice Honda + collection overhead.
Fantastic. Had unfixable bad flat on a road trip from the USA to Canada. On my Goldwing. Got towed to Lethbridge and the next morning shop had a new tire, they discounted it, and the shop took us in and out a new tire on immediately for a very fair price.
Don’t deal with “Carey”. I called about a bike, couldn’t get me off the phone quick enough. Guess they aren’t too keen on making 30k on a gold wing, that’s okay I’ll go to Calgary. If I could post negative stars I would. Stay far away from these guys. Zero service capability.
I sent an email asking if a particular brand of helmet, colour and size could be ordered. I had a prompt, friendly email back from the accessory/parts manager Cody who told me he did not have stock of that helmet nor his supplier but then he went above my expectations by saying he had checked around and found a dealer who had the exact one I was looking for and then he included their phone number! All of this extra work just to help me because it was not a sale for Lethbridge Honda. So thank you Cody for going above and beyond it was very much appreciated:)
Ordered a fan kit for my bike from here because I was told 7-10 days, it is now 21 days later with no fan kit and still no estimated day of arrival. Called up to get a refund because I can now buy one in town that is in stock. Parts manager refuses to refund me my money. They refunded my friend for his fan kit 30 minutes before I called but would not refund mine! Poor attitued and customer service from the parts manager. The lack of customer service, and the way that this was handled will ensure that I personally will never shop there again and for sure will never recommend them to anyone.
If you've got cash in hand and you're looking for a dealership to call and buy a bike on the spot.this is %100 not the place to do it. Go to literally any other Honda dealer. They'll joke about "Calgary" being a bad word. Followed up with a "we won't sell you the bike because you live in Calgary" They'll try to back pedal a bit and claim it's a Honda Corporate rule, yet the next sentence is "why would we sell a bike to someone who won't service it here or buy parts here" After speaking to several other Honda dealers; they all had a good laugh and were more then willing to sell a bike to me. Also after having spoke with Honda Motorcycles Canada, this is definitely not a rule. Being a person that buys a new bike every 1-2 years; I've dealt with a lot of different dealers in different cities and have never seen something that unprofessional. Would not recommend spending your money here.
Needed to get an out of province inspection done on a bike before my in transit permit expired, and the service department got me in and out the door with time to spare. Quick, friendly and knowledgeable service!
20 minutes waiting on hold to talk to service department and nothing. And when you walk in person to the store be prepared to spend a good half hour to start.
Very happy with costumer service. BUT I was gonna purchase Stihl (almost 60cc) chainsaw and they would like to charge me 30 bucks for PDI FEE. Express equipment out of yyc has exactly same fee $5, Forest garden lawn equipment $8 on exactly same chainsaw. So got exactly same deal on 60cc stihl chainsaw at Picture Butte with NO FEE (Tax extra only). Yes, they will set up and fuel up saw for you.unfortunately you lost costumer, only because some hungry fee
The guys were super friendly and seemed to know what they were talking about. The problem I had was on arrival to drop my snowmobile off to get worked on I was told that they would do a 1 hour diagnosis for $120 dollars and then they call and discuss what they have found and if you would like to continue from there. They stated that it would take a day or two to get to the sled. Two days after dropping the sled off I received a text with the work order. I went in that day to discuss my options, after deciding to take my sled and do the work myself they informed me that I owed $688 for the diagnosis. I stated that I never received a call after the first hour and I should only be charged the $120. They said they were already giving me a discount on the diagnosis and that they put over 9 hours into it. So in order to get my sled back I paid the $688. Wasn’t impressed.
From the parts guys to the salesman everybody at Lethbridge Honda are more than happy to help you out. If you need to get sorted they will sort you out. And if they can get you a good deal they will. What more do you want when you're traveling or preparing for that next trip.
