Our experience shopping for a vehicle with Lethbridge Hyundai was the BEST we've ever had! From the moment we walked in the door, Connor sat down with us to find out what we were looking for. We started with a test drive in one model, and when it wasn't exactly what we were looking for, he immediately sourced a new solution for us. The entire team was warm and friendly, from our search to purchase. We also had a personal introduction to the manager of the Service Department as we completed the purchase!
There was no pressure to buy extra products we didn't need, and Connor walked us through every square inch of the vehicle before we left the lot. This is clearly a team that love their jobs and their product.

I just made my first big purchase on a vehicle at this location. Connor was extremely patient, accommodating and, he helped me with finding exactly what I wanted and more. Connor and the rest of the staff at Lethbridge Hyundai made sure I was very taken care of and completely comfortable. They are also very genuine, easygoing and never try and pressure you into anything. I am absolutely loving my car.would 100% recommend going here for all you car needs.

Best dealership ever! I came by almost 6 months ago and it didn’t end up working out. When I came back this month, Connor remembered me and did his best to get me into what I wanted and what I needed. Very unprofessional, bought our vehicle but has been a hassle since day one. From getting to us Undetailed to missing a headrest. To telling us the wrong date for our biweekly payments. Then the amount of times someone said one thing, and another person something completely different. But for sure will not be buying another vehicle from them, has just been an exhausting ordeal.

The complete staff at Lethbridge Hyundai are awesome they take the time to get to know each and every customer and place them in the vehicle of there dreams! Great friendly complete service from start to finish.

After having a horrible experience at another dealership Lethbridge Hyundai was great to deal with. I called and spoke with Connor and he had exactly what I was looking for a brand new 2023 Hyundai Palisade. I am in Edmonton so he sent me pictures, answered all my questions I paid for it and picked it up without ever going to the dealership in person to look at it or sign any paperwork. The vehicle arrived and we couldn't be happier. Even when my wife went to register the vehicle registrations said they need the original bill of sale or the dealership would have to email them directly. I called the dealership, not only did they email the bill of sale in record time they called the registration office and made sure my wife got the vehicle registered and got out OK without any more problems.

These folks are awesome. Connor is a gem on the sales floor. Got me into a new-to-me Sportage this week and was even able to keep his hair looking great after a super speedy test drive ;) Sales manager, Juan, also deserves a big high five for working so hard to get me a decent rate. Also shout out Dave and Jen in the service department for helping me keep my old ride running smooth. This shop has always given me 5 star service from start to finish.

I had the pleasure of working with Juan, he was very accommodating when it came to my questions and and has the best personality. He was a joy to work with. I highly recommend working with Juan.

Only 4 stars mostly because I didn't end up purchasing with them as i went with dealership closer to where I live. However the one sales dude I was dealing with was Riley and he was great. Mostly texted but he was friendly knowledgeable and prompt. If I had be living in Lethbridge probably would have seen him and bought through him. Seems like a good guy.

I recently purchased a new to me truck from Lethbridge Hyundai, everyone that delt with me during my purchase was great! Holly was very friendly and open about everything during my deal! Very straight to the point! Holly introduced me to Jon and Juan and everyone worked together and got me approved for the truck I have always wanted!

This Dealership in Alberta can be worst dealership to deal with, never ever in my life i will go there again or recommended anyone,

The manager and sales person both not transparent to the customers

Called dealership first for availability for vehicle and price, They said price 41,600+ tax and fee top of that what u buy as accessories or warranty package, also asked them 10 time for pricing and got same answer and they said same

Drive all the way 25Km from Town n when i reach there ask for pricing it ends up 62,000

Just ripping of customers and waste of family time, even manager n sales person Connor so rude when i asked break down for pricing and they cannot as they wants extraaaa money for commission

Mike in the service department is a solid dude! My uncle got a flat after arriving in Lethbridge from Edmonton for his wedding, which is tomorrow, and Mike was able to sneak him in very close to their closing time and repaired the tire free of charge as a kind gesture. My uncle literally never met Mike before. People should be more like Mike. Thanks for restoring my faith in humanity, looking to check out Lethbridge Hyundai for my next new vehicle.

Ok, so I just tried to buy a 2022 Santa Fe from this dealership. Website had it listed for $49,824 + GST and Fees for financing (stated right in their add). Speak to Connor in sales and his sales manager said the price has jumped to $65,000 before GST and financing.

When asked about the increase I was told it is because they added accessories and a special warranty for tires and rims. Not sure about you but I buy insurance that covers my tires and rims so why would I pay a couple grand extra on a vehicle for the same coverage. Additionally, if it is an added warranty, would I be the person that would have to agree to purchasing the extra warranty?

Can't recommend this dealership at this point as they are seriously gouging customers.

At the end of my conversation, I was told by Connor, "if you can find it cheaper in Calgary, buy it there".

I did go to a dealership in Calgary and acquired the same vehicle for $10,000 cheaper. Yes the other dealership did add some extra fees, but not $15,000 worth.

Unfortunately it's always a bit of a risk as a young female entering a dealership as you can be taken advantage of financially, or be treated in a condescending way. Jon was transparent and we both agreed to cut to the chase in negotiating which I really appreciate. He answered my questions honestly and if he didn’t know an answer he didn’t pretend he did. It was a pleasant experience and Jon pushed and got me the best price on the 4runner I purchased. I went to other dealerships in town with 4Runners and after negotiations I ran searches to see if pricing was fair. Another dealership was above fair market value by $3000 for the make and model I was looking at. The quote from Hyundai was $2000 under market value. Not to say that’s always possible but it was in this case. Jon Davies is the internet sales associate and he was great to work with. I usually sell my vehicles privately but the trade in value they offered was so good I decided it wasn’t worth the hassle of selling privately. Dropped my keys, signed the papers and was in my new vehicle in about 45 mins including cleaning out my trade in. My husband has purchased 4 new Hyundai vehicle from Lethbridge Hyundai over the years. This was my first time and I am glad I stopped in.

Definitely had better experiences with them. My last tire swap got my truck back with the whiper blade removed and a chip in my windshield, which became a crack as I drove away from the shop. I obviously upset someone.

Jon and Steve made my whole buying experience a breeze from start to finish. I was able to contact the dealership from their website after hours, and Jon contacted me before the next business day to set up the appointment. He was able to answer all of my questions, respect my time crunch (I literally bought car on my lunch break!), and he didn’t talk down to me because I was a woman. Steve was a delight to work with, he made the boring paperwork part fly by without talking over my head. From walking through the door to driving off in my new Kona, the whole experience was absolutely dreamy!

Very friendly people, there's a person working in the parts department, he gave me advice about what type of spark plugs I had to get for my santa fe.even when they didn't have them at the store but he wrote on a paper the part number and sent me another place to make sure I get the right ones. We ordered a car through this dealership it took quite a while to get the car. But they did lend us a vehicle while we were waiting for my wife's new baby to arrive. Through the process Tyler kept us informed of the ongoing where abouts of the car. And my wife loves the car! I would recommend these guys to anyone that will listen.

First time purchasing a 2021 Hyundai Palisade from this dealership and the entire sales staff, namely John Davies and Tyler Cade, were excellent to deal with right from the first contact via internet to the delivery, where Kyle Puchinger closed the deal seamlessly. I am absolutely thrilled with my families experience at Lethbridge Hyundai. We bought our Palisade remotely as we live in Calgary. Tyler, sales manager, was honest and very easy to work with on the sales side. Kyle, the finance manager, responded to my enquiries in a timely manner. This is my first car. I didn't have much knowledge about buying used car without any warrenty. The sales man was very nice with good pitch. Very disappointingly within a month
-AC started making very annoying ticking sound; i was told it would cost me over $600
-the driver's side switch for right rear window stopped working, engine cover missing.
6 months later after some research I realised I was ripped off including the upsales.

I came in to look at a used vehicle and ended up buying something brand new! I didn't feel pressured or pushed to buy the new vehicle. I had a budget and was shocked that the salesperson was able to fit my budget with a new Santa Fe. Wow talk about giving me an excellent deal! The dealership treated me really well and communication was fast and easy. Since my purchase I feel like they still treat me like a new customer and not like our transaction is complete and I can go my own way. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. We had a decent ex6with the service department so decided to explore options of getting a new car. We spoke with Karl and did the credit app. After a week of not hearing anything we sent text messages and left voicemails and still no contact. Finally after 3 weeks we got Karl on the phone and was told he would call us back. After not hearing anything we sent a message via there website. Received a call this morning which we returned and was transferred to Karl then to Kyle who bluntly told us they could not help us. The issue is it took 3 weeks that we wasted waiting. The total lack of respect is no way to run a business.

When having an issue with a car bought from Integrity Hyundai, everyone I came into contact with was very polite and initially appeared to be very interested in helping to remedy the situation. However, after spending many hours over multiple days trying to resolve the issue, my final and lasting impression is that all efforts were made with the intent of either resolving the issue at no cost to themselves or by up-selling me into a different car in a profitable manner. Edit: Kind of funny that the response posted below came three years after my original review.

I came into Lethbridge Hyundai and had such great customer service and they told me what I needed to do with my vehicle and didnt try to scam me. Mike the new guy was straight forward and helpful and this is one of the best dealerships that I've ever been to they are fast and professional!

Earlier this fall my wife and I began to look at new-model options to upgrade her into from her 2012 Kia Optima. After test driving everything from a Volvo XC60 to a Kia Sportage, my wife was absolutely in love with the 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe.
We visited FIVE different Hyundai dealerships in an effort to get a balanced idea of what her trade-in was worth, and what we could expect to pay for the 2020 Santa Fe.
Of those 5 Hyundai dealerships, not one was able or willing to offer us what we had determined to be competitive market value for her trade-in, despite multiple rounds of haggling and “I’ll see what I can do’s. ” The pricing we were promised at these other dealerships was also full of extra costs and loopholes, and in some cases, blatantly misleading.

Our buying experienced changed as soon as we got in touch with Jeremy and the team at Lethbridge Hyundai.

Not only did Lethbridge Hyubdai offer us *30%* more for our trade-in than the BEST offer we got anywhere else, they also easily beat the best quote we were offered on the 2020 Santa Fe! All of this without having to spend a full day in the dealership or on the phone haggling.

After finalizing the deal, the specific trim line we wanted to purchase was still being shipped to the dealership, so rather than make us wait for a new vehicle, Jeremy and Danny coordinated for our beautiful brand new 2020 Santa Fe to be delivered to us directly from another dealership.

I could not recommend this dealership any more highly to someone looking to move into a new vehicle.
Aside from the unparalleled buying experience we had, the vehicle itself is phenomenal. We took it on a road trip through the Rockies the very first weekend had it!

Not much Integrity here.

My daughter needed a car for school. Went in and we drove a used Sonata. Got the prices and info and we went home so she could think about it. She texts the salesperson at 7pm to say she will take it at a certain price and with the new tires he offered as well as the extended warranty package. Gets a response "I will make that happen for you" then minutes later "Just talked to my boss done". We went in at 9am the next day to pay for it but the lady that works in finance was not in. They agreed that it was okay if she came back later that they would hold the car. My wife and her go back to pay after lunch and they changed their mind and refused to include the tires. THEN the kicker "We have someone else that is here to buy it". They changed their deal as they got a higher offer. NO INTEGRITY at all! Funny thing is that I have bought two new cars from them and I have recommended them dozens of times. I hope the extra thousand dollars was worth it as I will be telling all my business associates, students and posting this on all social media! Send this to others!

Service staff great. What is it having to check all positives on survey so they get good rating from Hyundai? Service survey wasn't received for a week. Someone upstairs is slacking.

I called this dealership and spoke to sales rep and I told him that I have a quote from another dealership for a Tucson. I told him the price that I was quoted and I asked if he can do better. A day passed and no reply so I emailed the sales rep and still no reply after a week.
It would have been nice if I get a response saying either yes they could do better or no they cannot.
Thanks for nothing.

I usually take all my vehicles to my own mechanic for any work to be done, but decided to give the service dept.at Integrity a try. I was not disappointed! Excellent customer service, and my Tuscon was done in good time. They offered to drive me home at time off drop off and when they called to let me know the service was complete offered to come pick me up. Amazing service and a pleasure to deal with. Will return for any future mechanical work needed on my Hyundai.
