If your looking for a dishonest dealer and to pay well above MSRP for fake packages, this place is the one for you.
The only reason I even gave them two stars is because the service department came through for me. Don't trust sales. Do your research and you will find the same vehicle somewhere else with the same options for far less.

I had the most amazing customer service experience from Riley and Rumel at Kia Lethbridge. Riley took time out of his weekend to communicate with me when I was unexpectedly needing to trade in my vehicle. He made the process delightful and eased a lot of the stress. Very knowledgeable and thoughtful. Rumel drove to my location to expedite paperwork. They were fantastic. I am off to a great start with my new Kia because they were amazing.

I purchased a oil change package with my vehicle in 2020. Whenever I go in I ask them to only change my oil but they always find ways to charge me for something else. That was fine because I want my vehicle taken care of. My most recent experience an OIL CHANGE took TWO HOURS. I filed a complaint online and they addressed it by giving me a free oil change. Not at all addressing the issue that affected me. I doubt i will be returning here again despite the savings. They were rude and refused to acknowledge their error. They have no understanding of customer needs.

The whole staff at this place is awesome. I honestly felt like I could never buy a new vehicle with how my credit is and they managed to get me in a 2021. They are very laid back and I didn't feel pressured for even a minute since I walked inside. Huge shout out to Landon, made me feel extremely comfortable amd not pressured, even got my payments lowered. Couldn't thank him enough

Riley was our salesman. What a pleasure. Knowledgeable, confident, and a master of his craft! Evidently he loves his work. Sam did our financing, and what a fine gentleman. Friendly and good and what he does. We’ll be back to KIA Lethbridge.

One star is far too much for Lethbridge Kia. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
I bought my vehicle and extended warranty through Lethbridge Kia - I will advise anyone against using this company.
I brought the vehicle in three times with an over heating issue, I had to walk out after 4 months with a torn apart engine and a non running vehicle with no definite diagnosis. Their best solution was to charge me $22,000 for a used engine to maybe fix the issue, no guarantee.
Today I had to pay a $2,700 bill for their last diagnosis and labour of tearing the engine apart with no definite answer. This was initially approved through warranty but because they couldn't complete the job I had to pay out of pocket. They offered me financing for the bill at 30% interest! I had to move the vehicle today and pay the bill because they threatened to impound the vehicle and put a lien me if I didn't agree to the $22k engine or have it moved.
The customer service is non-existent. Plain rude, no help from any employees or managers, nobody knows what they are doing. Completely incompetent technicians.
The manager Nasir refused to talk to me after I brought the issue to AMVIC.
I can't warn people enough about how bad this company is, and they are owed by Lag Auto Group who owns many dealerships. Be aware!
This company is not apart of the Better Business Bureau, which is apparent in dealing with them.
I don't want this situation to happen to anybody else. Do not buy a Kia and do not buy any vehicle at Lethbridge Kia!

All staff were friendly and knowlegable. Easy to work with and no real pressure. We enjoyed working with our salesman Landon Cronk. He was professional and easy to work with.
