Arjay and Chrystal and the GM are very easy to transact with. They are very accommodating and even we came at Mitsubishi at 4pm they have extended to complete our documents. I recently purchased an Outlander 2024 GT variant from the Lethbridge Mitsubishi dealership, and all the staff here were friendly and took care of it professionally until the car was delivered.  Especially, the sales representative Arjay was really helpful, and he patiently answered all the questions that I had before the car was delivered to my home. He has been really helpful in making sure that all the agreed add-ons are provided and helped us all along the way. One of the agreed add-ons will be installed after a week due to the Christmas and New Year holidays. Overall, I am really happy to own the Outlander GT from this dealership, and I praise the sales, management, and finance team for their support during the whole process. I look forward to having a great service experience with their service team in the future.

We are very happy with the service that they provide. Arjay is the salesperson that assists us, he is very accommodating and friendly. Very satisfied with the vehicle that we acquired!

Having an increasingly hard time with a 2019 chevy malibu. Every week since my purchase, another compromised part or deficiency has revealed itself. After multiple visits to the shop, there has been 0 follow up from my salesman Johnny Eh, or any other staff. This week's issue is a gear shift sensor fail. I have now a lot of historical data to show these fails on a 30,000 dollar purchase. I do not love my car, I am upset with how I have been treated like a fool for purchasing from them. I will reduce my stars as these issues continue to present themselves.

Last month my car was met with an accident and written off. A dealer I had dealt with previously had sold the car I was interested in from under me. I then visited Lethbridge Mitsubishi, I was greeted by a sales manager of the store named Peter To. He had quickly offered help to me and showed me a few cars that will meet my needs. He listened very carefully to my needs and was very attentive. I had picked a car, and drove away the next day. Thank you, Mr To and the Lethbridge Mitsubishi team in a very nicely handled, little pressure process. I will be sure to recommend Lethbridge Mitsubishi to my family and friends in the future.

I am writing you today because my 4 attempts to resolve my issue have not been responded to and/or resolved. Most recently I was told that you would call me back on Wednesday March 15th to discuss further.

I've attempted to contact the New Mitsubishi Dealership and yourself regarding a vehicle claim due to damage caused by service at your location.

I have requested the service department / Service Manager Tamara to review my paperwork from a certified licensed mechanic and this was not even considered and she denied. I have found Tamara especially difficult to deal with on a customer service level in my attempts to discuss/resolve my issue and not responding or calling me back.

I have exclusively had all services performed by Mitsubishi (my trusted dealer) since 2016. I have had no issues in dealings with Mitsubishi until now.

Please advise on what the process is for your company regarding vehicle claims and what I can provide to you/your dealership to have this issue resolved.

I am willing to work with you and your team to resolve this issue but would prefer all correspondence from here on out to be done via email.
They call themselves the new Mitsubishi but they operate the same old way. Their service dept caused an engine failure in a car but wont take responsibility or even respond.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Peter To. He helped me get the right vehicle and understand my financing. My sales guy was good but Peter went above and beyond.

Recently purchased a 2023 Eclipse Cross. I have to say this was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I've ever made. Brendan Biggar was our sales consultant and I never felt pressured and he was thorough in explaining all the differences and features. Highly recommend Brendan and Lethbridge Mitsubishi for a vehicle purchase!

Continues to live up to its locally known bad reputation. Cant get a decent quote. Parts staff arnt friendly and they push you to do un needed repairs.and won't tell you anything unless you pay to put it up on the hoist. Regret ever buying a Mitsubishi.

I had an issue with a vehicle. The GM, and the rest of the staff went out of their way to resolve it. They were very friendly and knowledgeable, I don't know what I would have done without them!

On a WHIM, I decided to look into the idea of getting in to some new wheels. I wasn’t sure if it was even going to be an option. Not only did Brendan and the team make it possible, but they made it Impossible not to drive home in a Brand new 2022 Mitsubishi RVR! I drove to Lethbridge only to “look” at a RVR.but just had to take it home that same day. All the staff here were great throughout the purchasing process, but Brendan made the experience a great one! Super friendly, responsive and very helpful! I may be from Medicine Hat, but Lethbridge Mitsubishi has my business from now on! 5 Stars!

I bought a 2022 Mitsubishi RVR IN November 2021 from Mitsubishi Lethbridge from salesman Johnny Ablaka. I love the vehicle so much! I get 34 + MPG. It has a CVT TRANS which I absolutely love. Pulls mountain highways no problem without shifting! The salesman was amazing! I’m so pleased with my purchase!

We were treated with respect, and we were able to drive away with the vehicle we needed and wanted. Everyone was patient and understanding, and they made things work for us! 10/10 would recommend. They weren’t pushy and they didn’t make promises they couldn’t fulfill.

I was shopping around for a new vehicle and wasn't really sure what to look for, the information that the salesman Johnny A provided me to make my decision was a huge help, he answered any questions I had and even gave me a few pointers on what to look for when purchasing a new vehicle. I wish every dealership had a salesman like Johnny. Lethbridge Mitsubishi will be on the top of my list when I decide to buy thanks to Johnny! Update: The manager Stephanie reached out to me to get everything sorted and she went above and beyond to make sure that I was well taken care of. I really appreciate the effort she put in and the time she spent making sure these issues were resolved. She was an outstanding example of how a manager should help in a situation thats been mismanaged by other staff. The service department I dealt with as well was super lovely, and easy to deal with. I would recommend their service department - they were professional and kind.

Disappointing and unprofessional. I bought a vehicle from Johnny A back in October 2021. Initially, the team was helpful. However, part of my purchasing agreement was to fix a broken fog light on my vehicle and deal with some paint/rust chips on the hood. I was told that someone would contact me in a few weeks to set up my appointment to have these addressed and fixed. Welp, is been over 3 months and I have tried calling this office SEVERAL times to have this dealt with. I am constantly told to phone back, or that they will call me back. Also, the salesperson forgot who I am, but remembered my boyfriend who didn't do any purchasing, it seems that whenever I ask my boyfriend to phone I actually get slightly further than when I do. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of professionalism and absolute disregard for my time. The fact I am having to chase down this dealership to honor the purchasing agreement is beyond me. I would never recommend buying a vehicle from here. Sales staff are pushy, the music is set so loud. This has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. I still am waiting to hear back from anyone to resolve this outstanding service. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I was hearing a noise on the front of My vehicle, took it to the dealer, They found that there are some parts that need replacement. They are going to change them for free. Honoring there 10 year warranty. Thank You Lethbridge Mitsubishi.

I bought a car. They hid damage with a for sale sign. I asked for it to be fixed they agreed. Then they gave me the run around for months. Telling me I had to call the manager. I did, and my calls were ignored. Terrible service.

Lethbridge Mitsubishi cleaned house as far as staff a little while back and the experience has definitely improved. We weren’t sure we would ever go back to the dealership after the sales experience we had initially, but all of those people are gone now and service department has been amazing. For example, today we had a problem with the vehicle from the extremely cold temperature and Adam and Courtney went above and beyond to get the vehicle into the shop within half an hour of calling. They had my wife dropped off at work and even returned the vehicle to her office, so she didn’t have to find a ride over after work. Ryan was also awesome when he was working in the service department. The dealership overall is much more professional than it used to be and I trust all of the staff. Kudos to the new GM for cleaning things up!

Only positive experience I've had with a dealership. Volunteered up front ways to save money, super appreciated, very honest with me too. Not very knowledgeable about hybrids other than selling points, come with your own research (as always with dealerships).

Highly recommend! They worked with me. Were very patient, very kind. Helped me find the right vehicle, got me some coffee and fed me cake (they were gifted for charity work), worked with me to find a car matching what features I wanted. My car came with a 10 year warranty. That is separate from the extended packages that are optional. So I feel very happy with my investment. Hope you consider them when looking for a new car. The staff went above and beyond to help me get my car. I am very thankful! Although, I recommend, saving atleast $3000 as a down payment and drive a used vehicle for atleast a year and have a good credit score before shopping with them. They can still help you, but it will save you more by doing this. So you know how to handle a car and to understand your finances. As a first time car buyer. I feel, mitsubishi was the best choice for me.

Bought a second hand car here a year ago. Just been here for my oil change and I do have the lifetime oil change when I bought the car and I did a couple of oil change already for free but now the service person I talked to told me that I was due for service package 2.which I told them I don't need it as I only need to avail of the free oil change. But for some reason they say that you cannot get the free oil change unless you do the service package they are telling me. So ended up not free at all only for 2 oil change. You should tell your customers frankly what should happen on your free oil change. So they know what will happen in the future. Bad experience on after sales service.

Oh boy where do I start! What an amazing dealership, friendly staff and great service. Juan was extremely enjoyable and I have nothing but great things to say. I would recommend this dealership to ANYBODY who is looking for a nice new ride! They take care of their customers and I will go back 100 times. I am in LOVE! Customer service perfection from start to finish. Matt was on the ball from the get go with a plethora of options to choose from, Chad weaved his magic and secured an amazing interest rate for the car loan & Ricky.well.he is the Ringmaster of the show! They catered to my princess wish list demands on a very limited budget! The drivers that brought me a car to test drive were a hoot; as I did not "feel" the initial car, they brought me another make/model out to my door in Black Diamond.and I am now the proud owner of a new car! Heck, working in a customer service industry myself, I want to be apart of this team!

I do not reccomend doing business at this location but if you do proceed with caution if you show interest in getting a vehicle from them they will run a hard credit inquiry against 5 different lenders and also with there dealership. This is of course based on the pre conceived notion that you might make a purchase.

I am currently trying to get these credit authorizations removed as I didnt proceed with a sale as the experience felt very uncomfortable and pressured. This process is a headache as everyone just pushes you off to the side as if they don't care. But I guess they wouldn't care cause its your credit report not there own.
