I struggled a bit to decide how I would rate my experience. I got an augmentation and a "surprise" lift in August. I feel communication/note taking/note review could definitely improve. When I initially had my consult we talked about a mini lift on my one breast. I was not super convinced I was going to get it and we discussed deciding for sure the day of surgery. I also went back and tried on other sizes without meeting with Secretan. Apparently the nurse/employee never noted this visit or the size I was hoping to get. So the day of my surgery I told Secretan I wanted to go up, which was news to him. They didnt have that size, but thank goodness they did get it from the other plastic surgeon's office. I also said I wanted to wait on my lift and do it later if I felt it was necessary when I met with Secretan immediately before surgery. I texted my husband to let him know what I decided before surgery and that I was going back soon. After my surgery the nurse told my husband I had a bilateral lift (!?). He asked why as we decided to wait and she completely ignored the question and started talking about care. When I asked Secretan he did seem sincerely confused as he somehow missed that part of our conversation before and also the fact that the only lift we discussed was the mini on one side, which he confirmed after looking at previous notes. After surgery I was left with large scars I was not expecting AND an extra bill for over $2000 on top of what I had already paid. Dr. Secretan did try to make it right by offering that lift cost as a discount for another surgery.obviously he couldn't take away the scars, but I was definitely hoping that since it was his mistake he would have refunded me for the cost of the lift. But I accepted that and decided to wait until my 6 month mark to make sure I actually wanted this other procedure. In that 6 months the cost for the procedure went up and my discount was reduced to $1000 off of an even smaller procedure than we discussed initially, bringing the smaller surgery almost up to the same cost we discussed months before. In the end I am disappointed with how things are managed/communicated. That being said, as far as my augmentation went, he did a fantastic job. I love the size. When I look at my scars, I definitely feel a little bitter about that side of the situation. The staff is all incredibly kind. But there is absolutely room for improvement. So be loud with exactly what you want and hope their notes/memory match up to your conversations.

I'm currently getting laser hair removal at LPSA and it has been a wonderful experience so far! The staff makes me feel so comfortable. The aesthetic of the office is relaxing! I'm so pleased with the results I've had this far and can't wait to try many more treatments! Just starting to try some of the skin care products and I am very excited to see the results! I have also had a hydra facial which was amazing! My skin felt awesome after! It was a very refreshing treatment! Feel very happy and welcomed whenever I go into the office! Would highly recommend!

I highly recommend booking a “Hydrafacial” with Nicki or any skincare services she offers! Nicki has really helped me improve my skin these last few months and i’ve seen such a huge improvement. I went from having consistent active cystic acne, to almost fully healed clear skin with no active breakouts 3 months later. Her and all the staff at LPSA are super kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. I’m so happy to be comfortable in my own skin again thanks to this amazing place and their services.

I was able to get a few product recommendations from Nicki the last time I was in, and my skin has literally never looked better! She is so knowledgeable and makes you feel so comfortable talking about all things skincare! I have had some stubborn acne in random places on my face for years and nothing has made a difference until I tried the Oxygen Infusion Face Wash! It’s been just under a week using it and I already have noticed that those stubborn spots are gone! Unreal! So happy with my experience here, all of the products are incredible, the staff is so kind and welcoming and the space is beautiful!

I finally bit the bullet and I went to Becky to have my lips filled. She did an outstanding job! Not only did she make me feel comfortable the entire time (as I was super nervous) she also was so easy going and so knowledgeable. She asked plenty of questions about what kind of look I was going for, and tailored the experience to me. She even gave me her personal cell number so that if I had any questions at all, I could message her. It did not matter if it was early in the morning or super late at night, she ALWAYS answered my questions and never made me feel silly about what I was asking. Although I had originally wanted to get my lips done JUST for my wedding, I can guarantee that as soon as the filler starts wearing down, I will be going back for more!
