Always love coming into the store to get what I need for work. Only issue that I have had is when I bought a pair of 5.11 gloves for work back in mid May of last year there was a hole next to the seams (as seen in the photo). I reached out via Facebook messenger and got and got the automated message then I sent the same photo I attached here and the message was “seen” May 26th with no response.

I live in Medicine Hat so it’s not that easy to just come to the store and chat with the staff about my issue hence me reaching out via Facebook Messenger.

Manager and employee were incredibly knowledgeable. Lot of choice in products and no presure from staff

This store has SO MUCH cool stuff in it; with extremely helpful staff! If you have never been in before; I highly recommend that you go check it out; even if it is just to see what they have! It will not disappoint! Purple handcuffs.need I say more? Lol

Friendly staff. Hand sanitizer provided and required. Masks provided, though no required. Had what I needed and was in and out in 3 minutes!

You need work pants, this is the place. My favorite us the 511 apex. Still have my first pair I ever bought from 8 years ago. And I still wear them.
They have other good stuff too
