I caught Lethbridge Toyota sharing my information, and the person I spoke with on the phone regarding the matter seemed amused by my concern, and maintained an exaggerated level of cheerful when I said I would be taking my business elsewhere. I was thinking of buying a new vehicle here, but you couldn’t pay me to do business at Lethbridge Toyota after this experience, and they clearly didn’t value my business at all. UPDATE… less than 5 minutes after posting this, I got a call from the dealership. NOW they want to make it right. Too bad they didn’t address the issue when I called them initially.

We had a great experience buying a new RAV4, Scott was very professional & listened to what we wanted in a vehicle.

I drove from Calgary to purchase a car from Lethbridge Toyota. I was disappointed to learn that the previously agreed to pre-purchase service was not completed (tire rotation with 1 weeks notice), and the car had a burnt out headlight (found after we drove home in dark).

Further, the salesman (Adnan) had previously assured me that the car had a "great set of summer tires" (in addition to the current winter tires on the vehicle. When I got home I found that one tire (buried in the back of the hatch) has a destroyed sidewall, and is unusable. I now have to buy another set which will cost over $1000.

I love Toyota, and have had only great experiences in Calgary. I was surprised to feel I was taken advantage of at this dealership.

The car is fine. I certainly feel they understated the cigarette damage to the interior.

It was only after I signed the agreement that they disclosed that all 4 brakes had 1mm left. Thankfully an easy fix for me, but still cost $400 to buy parts on rockauto.

Also, they added a $90 fee to the "out the door" price we negotiated. My wife and I drove 300kms round-trip so we went going to die on that hill (although maybe we should with needing new tires)

Had a great experience trading in here. Scott went the extra mile to make sure I knew what I was getting and answering any questions I had. Since I was buying a used vehicle their full disclosure policy went a long way in making me feel confident in my decision. Rahim and Matt were also great to work with during the process and everyone worked to make it a painless experience.
Where other dealerships failed to listen to what I wanted in a vehicle, or tried to obfuscate their pricing through trade in value the staff at Toyota were on the same page with me the whole way and encouraged me to take my time and shop extensively before making a decision. This isn’t the kind of service you can take for granted anymore, but that everyone should know and appreciate when they see it.

Lethbridge Toyota was great in all aspects of the recent purchase of my 2023 Venza! Reid and Logan ensured all details and questions were handled with expertise.

John at the quick lube helped me out so much and went above and beyond what he had to do to get me out of a bad situation. I had this new to me vehicle and I came in with an issue of Rusted on plate bolts and he found a way to get them out without damaging the car, when no one else could. He is extremely professional, works very hard and best of all always has a smile on his face. Now I regularly do all my maintenance for my vehicles at Lethbridge Toyota (and) their Quick Lube because of him. He gets it done, and done right. Management if you are reading this, he deserves a raise!

I had Toyota install brakes on my 2013 Lexus last April, but to my surprise and not my permission they installed aftermarket parts. I was charged $1800.00 for the brakes, this is more than Lexus quoted me last week for OEM parts and labour. I had Toyota do the work after I insisted on OEM parts and was assured they only use OEM parts. This makes sense, because they are a dealer. I do not like the fact they did a bait and switch and charged me for it. Beware if you have this dealer provide service for your Toyota or Lexus and make sure they install genuine parts and not cheaper aftermarket parts. Very dishonest in my opinion.

I bought a pre-owned vehicle from them, and it was a pleasure working with Reid and the rest of the team. They answered all my questions and went the extra mile for us to ensure we were happy with the vehicle.

The entire team went above and beyond to rectify a problem caused by another garage timely and within budget. Great experience from the service team, as well as the advisors. Going so far as to contact the previous shop to handle the situation for me. Ernesto was great to work with, and the parts team got me a great deal on the parts installed.

Everyone who helped me was friendly and kind. The people at Toyota made buying a car an easy process. Will definitely go back.

These guys really took care of me. I have been a service customer for well over a decade (See Mike for all your waterpump needs!), and Alexandria just helped me into a new 2022 Tundra. She was friendly and very knowledgeable. Gave me a great test drive, showcasing all the improvements made in last 15 years. She made the process stress free and enjoyable. Could not be happier!

My experience at Lethbridge Toyota has been phenomenal! The product advisor I worked with, Jeremy, was helpful while looking at used vehicles and openly disclosed all of the information about each vehicle. Ultimately we ended up driving away with a new Highlander. Jeremy has been so helpful in explaining each feature that I’ve had questions about even after leaving the dealership. I’ve felt completely supported through the whole process. Each member of the Toyota team was quick to answer all of my questions and concerns.

5 years ago I also had a positive experience at Lethbridge Toyota with another product advisor, Reid. Reid was also very open about all of the used vehicles pasts that we looked at. We did decided to buy from a different dealership at the time because there wasn’t a right fit for our family at Toyota at that time. Reid however was very influential in my vehicle purchasing and had me bring my car seat into the dealership to ensure it would fit, correctly installed in the vehicle that I purchased.

I cannot thank the team at Toyota enough for always being kind and knowledgeable. You truly feel like you’re part of a little community when you shop there. Thank you Lethbridge Toyota!

The car we originally went to see had already been sold……. But sure was a bonus to find a car on the lot that suits us very well.

We had a very good experience at Lethbridge Toyota. Our sales representative was excellent and really went the extra mile for us.

Applied for financing as they were advertising a great deal on a 2021 4Runner. Day after I applied for financing they increased the price by over 5000$. When I asked they said it was the rims and tires that were the extra cost. Even though the ad with the lower price clearly said tires and rims are included and not standard. Also, did the finance application at the end of the day on Friday, was told they would text me with my results. Five o’clock in the evening Saturday and still no text or attempt to reach me with info regarding my application. Was going to travel from BC just due to the original asking price. Guess I saved myself a trip!

Terrible service. Sheena at the counter seemed in a rush for no apparent reason and did not listen to my needs. I asked her to talk to the garagist to explain my car problem (heat shield rattling) and she did not let me to. She checked my car herself quickly and told me to wait while they fix it. In the end, they just removed the heat shield instead of temporarily fixing it as i asked them to, since i am travelling with my car and have no time to wait to order a new piece. They also put my heat shield in the trash and now i realise i could have kept it to fix it myself, wich would have been way more simple and less expensive. Now i have to find a new heat shield and fix that problem during my trip.
They just made my problem worse and i paied for this amateur service. I zero recommend that place. To finish, Sheena told me the body of my car was all rusted and that i needed to replace it wich is completely false. I can’t believe how bad that service was.

Yes and it took several calls to get that « defective » part back in time since i am moving. I fixed it my self in the end (check photos). So my point won’t change.

Bought a car from them and their mechanics either don't know what they're doing or don't care. Left one of my tires lug nuts loose, said the struts needed replacing when they're perfectly fine, and failed to mention that my brackes were so worn that they shouldn't have passed an inspection. The sales representative was nice to work with, but don't trust their mechanics.

We felt that we received a fair value for our trade after initiating the process online. The service we received from both Jeremy and Colby was outstanding. Both were very helpful, yet did not pressure us. They also worked with us in negotiating a win win deal.

Very happy with car buying experience at Lethbridge Toyota. Jeremy listened to my needs very carefully. Called me when the model I wanted to try came in and answered all questions. No high pressure sales like this deal is only available for today. Vehicle price and trade in value were "best price" from dealer which I like as you can leave or buy the car. My wife wanted to see a vehicle colour that was not available in the dealership and Jeremy arranged for one that had been previously purchased to be brought in. Once vehicle was purchased Jeremy went through everything on the car and got me connected to Toyota services. Logan in finance also fully explained extra features like extended warranties and paint protection. Would recommend the buying experience at this dealership. Staff were friendly and easy to talk to.

My experience at Lethbridge Toyota was excellent. We were greeted immediately when we entered the dealership and dealt with friendly and knowledgeable sales and finance members. I was very happy with how the process went and would highly recommend Lethbridge Toyota to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

Very easy to work with. Dealing with the salesman was mostly done through text which works well when your busy. Sales process was quick and painless.

I have dealt with other car dealerships but always come back to Toyota. I particularly appreciate the no-haggle policy as well as the very fair trade-in value I receive. From the first time we walked through the door at Lethbridge Toyota to the time we left driving away in our new truck was a great experience. Scott Smith was very friendly and helped us build the truck we where looking for. We went a totally different path with our new truck as we where looking for a Dodge. Every time we walked in the door Scott would always make time for us, and didn't matter if he was busy or not. There was never any pressure from Scott or anyone at Lethbridge Toyota to make a purchase that day, he wanted us to have the exact truck we where looking for. Once the truck arrived Scott called us to set up a test drive to ensure the truck was built exactly how we wanted it and the truck was exactly what we wanted.

Heinrich was helpful in the financing side of our vehicle purchase. He explained everything to use with all the financing and answered any questions we had. Both Scott and Heinrich have always been friendly and I would highly recommend Lethbridge Toyota for your next vehicle purchase.
