Lethbridge Trophies ( Division of Mirage Laser Designs )

Was just looking around Lethbridge for custom chess medals for a school tournament. Steve helped us out with designing and got it to us on time. He was super generous and you can see how passionate Steve is for his work.

Extremely unprofessional, swearing, arguing fighting. Seems it’s out of characteristic though based on the other reviews. May have just been a bad moment for Steve.

I can assure you it is no accusation I could go into all the details but felt based on your solid reviews it wasn’t warranted as it seemed very out of character. Defending and denying on the public review seems odd in itself as I’m just stating what my poor experience was and also explaining it may have been a bad moment. We’re only human mistakes happen you obviously are doing a great job this was just my extremely poor experience. Yes this was a few years ago as well just to clarify. I as well wish you all the best.

Steve is phenomenal to work with. He knows his products and suppliers so well. He has come through for us in a pinch more than once.

This business provided the best engraving work I have ever had done! The owner is extremely knowledgeable, and creative in ensuring your have the best outcome on your project! He goes over and above for all his customers and I would recommend him to everyone. He worked on short notice to accommodate my needs and was wonderful to work with. He even carry’s YETI products in store if you need a last minute gift! I would give more stars if I could!
