Level Up

Had to pawn my snowboard unfortunately but a sudden emergency came about and the male wish I could remember his name but was so nice and very helpful. Please let him know I'm still so thankful for his service. I was there on December 16/2023 around 5pm and forgot his name so I checked the receipt and couldn't find his name or time I was there but if you can figure it out just by the date and approximate time I was there please let him know that he was really and one of the most politefule employee I have dealt with in this industry.

Prices are super hit or miss. Trade in prices are terrible, somehow Gamestop offers better trade in prices which made no sense to me. Great selection of games though and nice staff.

Friendly staff very welcoming the thing is they dont give good deals i walked out of there feeling ripped off sold my ps4 controller and 2 games I understand the games but my controller was in mint condition just dont go there thinking you going to get a good deal on your stuff plus they took a dollar off

A weird smell in the store, i dont know if its the smell of weed or not but its disgusting and stays in your mouth forever

Unfortunately this place has gone downhill.
No longer one of the great places for customer service.
May have the games but not the business savy.
If you're looking for a gaming business to support, I highly recommend anywhere else.

Great place. They've had random components I need, and the staff don't default to the cheap option when it's the same price.

Prices are quite good.

Customer service is great, didn't make me feel as if I was wasting their time for a simple, inexpensive item.

I love this place! The staff is always super helpful and friendly both over the phone and in-person. I've bought plenty of my consoles and games with them and found no issues and they have a great selection of clothing and accessories. If you're looking for your video game needs and would rather support locally, I 100% recommend this place

Local used game and merch shop. They'll buy old games for cheap. Everyone who works there is very helpful and friendly

These guys sell fake products, beware.the fakes they sold me are on the right and the real ones are on the left. Business was so much better when drew worked there, now they can get away with selling fakes.

One employee is fair with trade ins. The other two including the owner are brutal with low ball offers. Then you see your stuff on their shelves marked up beyond price charting prices. I'll only bring items there to trade I cant sell online now

Over the years, I've come to this location quite frequent and I've always been appreciative of the staff that make the experiences fun whenever I trade in my gear towards other gaming products here. They do have a bit of variety in several different departments so its not strictly focused on the exclusivity towards games.

Over time, it took me a while to warm up to the place to understand how they do their trades and what types of deals can be done when purchasing goods here. Overall, I've personally never had any sort of negative experiences and the staff has always helped me out with any sort of inquiries or issues.

One of the things that can be quite a spectacle when shopping here are their promos to used goods which come seasonally. Its nice to be informed on when these are going on to find yourself the best discounts when buying anything there. I would recommend anyone to visit and at least try it once and see for yourself what type of merchandise they offer along with just getting to know the staff. Each to their own have a delightful demeanour and it really makes time pass by when you can chat and talk about gaming related hobbies.

This is absolutely the best gaming store to buy and trade with good prices with consistent stock on new and old games the staff are well trained, honest, fare, knowledgeable and friendly love shoping there.

Man has this place gotten worse over the years, 7-8 years ago this place was a gold mine of amazing video games, great deals amazing staff.

Fast forward to now, horrible small selection of games (overpriced too) everything is ebay prices or above too, staff is friendly but not to pleasant when it comes to bringing in video games in for trade.

Would i recommend you come here to trade video games in or to buy anything?

Absolutely not I'd stay clear of this place because their trade credit is horrible and they are a pain in the butt because they require 2 pieces of id to even look at what you brought in and then do all these unnecessary steps afterwards. So basically a waste of time to bring stuff in. Now for buying video games depends what you're looking for but cant guarantee or say they'll have rare or good games in and if they do its probably overpriced by even eBay standards.

So sad to say but i won't be ever coming back again.

This place. Honestly I got nothing bad everything good, 360 games I got there work great, purchased a ps2 slim but has issues with the controller. They set me up with a wireless one, of course, return of the broken controller and a little extra ontop to get the new one and a ps2-hdmi. Super happy!
I wasn't expecting to like this shop as much as I do. But GIVE it a shot! I went to gamestop this month lol just don't go here instead. Big thanks to the staff who helped me with the silver controller.

Purchased 360 games here, great competitive pricing without feeling like they're attacking your wallet. Thanks again levelup! My only criticism is I don't know where to lock my bike during my visit. I have to change my ONLY criticism. I purchased a ps2 slim there with controller was told very short return period. So I tried it out, the controller X button seems to not work. Fingers crossed we can figure something out

When offering trade in, the offers were terrible, and when we did the trade, they told me I had to pay an extra dollar to do a police check as they could be stolen? If you're suspicious of me, why am I paying for it? It was like $20 credit they offered me. That's as anti consumer as it gets, if you're so concerned you pay for it

Kyle was amazing!

I called asking about a PS1 and he was really friendly and informative, but in store was where he was really shining!

He helped me a ton with answering all my questions with the console, games, etc. Then he showed me some extra games that had just come in so I could have a chance to see the whole selection before they had even hit the floor. Awesome!

He made great jokes, made me have a lot of fun, went out of his way to help me out, all while answering the questions I had. It was an awesome experience and I'll be coming back to Level Up just to see Kyle! Keep up the great work and the man deserves a raise haha!

Great prices, really neat items, games, movies, console, etc. So much to see, and really nice, helpful staff.

I really think this place rips you off for trade ins. Brought a 1TB ps4 and around 8 games. Got offered $120 for it all. Then the guy tried to say that my playstation was glitchy, and wasn't working correctly. Brought the same stuff to EB games, everything worked perfectly, got $260 for everything.

The staff is very knowledgeable very great at giving any recommendations to any system. And if they don’t have what you’re looking for they’ll look it up too see what they can’t do.
