Levi's Outlet Store

Extremely rude staff. The girl in blonde working there have an attitude. Didn’t allow access to fitting room for some reason. Found out the item didn’t fit, drove all the way to the mall for a return only to get rudely rejected. This store is the epitome of bad customer service. While the quality of Levi’s products is great, the customer service is the worst.

All sales associates are very accomodating especially the Assistant Manager Dennis. They know their product very well. I highly recommended. Keep up the good work guys.

Good shop! Staff were so friendly and helpful. I’m tall so I needed the tall jeans and 2 staff members went on the run for me looking for jeans. And they came back with many pairs and smiles on their faces. Also they had rrrrreally good discounts when I went.

I wish I got the name of the two dudes who always help me out. I think the one guy is a sale manager or some kinda manager atleast (he's a brown dude). Always finds me my size and goes above and beyond. Even when it is busy he has a smile on his face is so nice. I don't know how you guys do it, I would lose it. This is the only place I continue to come back to for jeans because of the staff. Thank you!

Exceptional staff. They guided me to the 502 after learning the 508 was discontinued and I’m set for life now with these Levi’s engineered sweatpants

Polite staff, and a large assortment of all the levi's jeans and apparel one would desire, with some Calgary Levi's shirts thrown in for good measure. The store has basically all Levi's things you would need, except footwear, but you can find that over at Journey's. The store does have better prices for jeans compared to the Levi's store in Chinook, and always has a running deal of "$55 for a pair of jeans, if you buy 2 pairs.basically 2 for $110, any pairs in the store, excluding the clearance stuff) the store also has a great selection of clearance in the back from last season and are discounted a large portion to make the prices very attractive. Overall, you'l; get a great experience with Levi's.

Worst store to do shopping. We were around there for 1 hour none of store associates help us. Even before store close they push to send people out.
They start doing vacuum 8: 45 pm, 15 mins before store close.
I will prefer go some where else.

I am obviously drawn to Levi's because of their sustainable practices and equality initiatives but the fellow working tonight was so kind despite training new employees.

Well here is my one star assessment.
On monday, victoria day, at about 3—4 pm the computer system at that store crashed.
For about 20 minutes, while about 20 people stayed in line, they tried to fix this to no avail.
Staff apologized and atated to leave the merchandise there, with a name attached and one could come and pick it up later.
Now on tuesday i made my long way rom se calgary to the store again to pick up my saves clothes.
As i asked for my clothes the staff could not find anything and again said sorry.
Ow it took me again 2 hours to get there and back home, with only a sorry.
This is the last time i ever attended this store, as customer service sucks.
They lost a long time steady customer, and i hope thye lose a lot more.

Customer service is pretty good, but the deals don't apply to the pants. That's the one thing that caught me off guard. Levi's isn't exactly know for their great t-shirts. So the deals are pointless to me as I only come here for the high quality denim.
