I have had ALL my services completed at Lexus of Calgary since 2012. Al is the service manager and he has done all he can to make sure my car (s) are handled professionally and in a timely manner. Also the Lexus is way better than other luxurious brands in terms of maintenance. I would highly recommend using Lexus of Calgary to all my family and friends.

My wife specifically asked me to comment on the top notch service she received on Friday and again on Monday. From initial greeting to leaving, she was very impressed. The vehicle was cleaned, even things moved around inside to get it clean rather than working around items. When she picked the vehicle up outside, the concierge had warmed it up and even turned on the steering wheel heat. The large to the very small things were thought of and we thank you for always providing the high level of service to us. We have never had a bad experience!

I bought my Lexus NX @ Lexus of Calgary and I've never gotten better service from another Dealer/ Brand! They made me feel that I am very important to them.
For After Sales experience, even their Marketing Department made me feel the same way by asking for the feedback on what they can do better to make my experience more pleasant after four months of buying the NX. Kudos to them. I feel like I will be returning and recommending this dealer to friends and family!

UPDATE 2:
Purchased an extension cord to use the block heater 2 days ago. I had asked specifically if it was working and was assured it was (since this was to be my winter vehicle). When I went to plug it in, sparks flew from the point where the plug attaches to the cord and the plug simply fell off. It appears to have been attached with tape - it doesn't even appear the wire was frayed - it's a clean break. It looks like somebody literally taped a cleanly broken connection together. I can't believe it.

UPDATE changing from 4.5 stars to 2:
First, one of the few requests I made of Lexus before the purchase of the used car was for a windshield chip in the middle of the windshield to be repaired. When I picked up the car, it did indeed appeared to be repaired. They had volunteered that they could fix it, as I had been concerned that chip could easily turn into a crack as the winter set in. Sure enough, at the first cold snap, I heard a crack while driving the car.in front of my eyes, the sealed chip had a foot long crack going both left and right from the middle of the windshield directly from the original chip. In the next 5 minutes as I drove, the crack spread across the entire windshield. I sent a polite message explaining what happened and asking if this was done in-house or if they used an external service (since most external services have a warranty against just this sort of thing). No, meaningful reply was given as they simply reiterated they had repaired the chip. I would have been better off going to an windshield place and paying 25$ to have the chip fixed properly than now have a completely cracked windshield at the first temperature drop.

2nd, one of the rear lights is out. It will light up if the brake is pushed, but is otherwise off. Now this was something I had checked at the dealership, and in fact, had noticed, but then when I asked the salesperson to repeat the test, they pushed the brakes, and I thus thought I imagined the condition. I was very cursory about this as they assured me all lights were working (I specifically asked if they had checked).

3rd, from the moment I first test drove the car, I thought I noticed a bit of a rough ride at highway speeds. So much so, that I pulled off the highway then wanted to try to get to speed again in an industrial park. In the park, I couldn't go quite as fast, so it seemed like maybe it was just the rough road on Deerfoot. The salesperson assured me she could have the alignment checked. I agreed, and when I picked it up, she assured me the alignment was fine and had been rechecked. She suggested it may be the fairly "new" tires - I don't know who put these on, I assumed it was Lexus - they aren't new but are in pretty good condition.

It only took my drive home to know something wasn't right. A very stressful realization. Fortunately, a couple of weeks later, I had winter tires installed. The tech installing them said he had trouble balancing these rims, but he had managed to do it. I had told him about the problems, and he assured me the balance had been way off, and he hoped it might help the problem. Sure enough, the rumble was fixed. The problem was solved, but it's sad to know that Lexus service department was willing to ignore the problem and allegedly checked the alignment but apparently not the wheel balance. Simple problem - simple fix, but they didn't bother, and if they drove it even once, they surely would have known the problem was there.

On a fourth more trivial note - yet so obvious, the window wipers are completely worn out and leave a streaky mess.

I should have been much more rigorous in my testing, but was relying on the word of what I thought would be a very reputable dealership. I was wrong - and the AMVIC checklist they give you is clearly not worth anything - very simple things were missed, and potentially deeper problems ignored.

I still found the sales people pleasant and the experience good, but the service department - buyer beware!

We had pleasant experience with Lexus of Calgary since 2017 and our sales person, Claudia Park, was exceptional. Very pleasant to deal with and always very helpful. Kudos to her! Unfortunately, our experience with the financial manager, Andrew C, was not as positive. He was very unpleasant to deal with and did not provide the level of customer service that we have come to expect from Lexus of Calgary

Pt1-Horrible experience with their service department. Came in for a software update on a faulty head unit on a 14’ is and was told shortly after that a new head unit was needed. Thousands of dollars for a head unit when Lexus has released a software update sounds absurd.

Pt2- Al the service manager here reached out and followed up thoroughly, he was extremely reasonable and provided several different methods to approach my issue regarding my vehicle, thank you Al and team.

The professionalism of your staff and the hospitality is what will really make a customer to earnestly want to come back and shop again. The experience was great from test drive, to negotiations and to pick up arrangements. The attention of your staff to details is amazing and I must say I'm impressed and I want to specifically thank Hussien Kabalan, Donnavan Smith and Danilo Kaeser. You’re doing a great job. Absolutely without any doubt it is indeed a great and wonderful buying experience.

Only used the service department but my experience was great. Getting a spare key took about an hour and they gave a free car wash which was nice. The waiting area is comfortable and the staff pleasant. Would come here again for service.

I came to Lexus of Calgary thinking that they pride themselves on customer satisfaction and provide exceptional customer service but was proven wrong after trying to buy my first brand new car. My initial discussion with the salesman lead to me ordering a white on red lexus is350 which would be arriving mid november, a few days pass and i am told that the car is sold and instead they found one in vaughn Ontario which they can get within two weeks but i would have to pay a delivery charge. I dont understand why i had to pay the delivery charge especially if its not my job to confirm and ensure a sale is done. The salesmen take a charge for doing that job so you would expect them to do it well. Took some time and ended up agreeing to paying $1000 extra for delivery fee for the one in vaughn just to be told that one was sold aswell the next morning. I had told the salesman that i was interested at 2PM the previous day which should have given them ample time to call the dealership in Vaughn Ontario and let them know that the vehicle had been sold. My overall experience with this dealership was horrible and i would not want to return to it for my future car needs. Being the biggest lexus dealership out there you expect exceptional customer service but instead i felt as if all that mattered to them was money rather than customer satisfaction. I would have shrugged it off but i was in desperate need of a vehicle and the salesman knew that too but sitll did not do enough to help me get into a vehicle. It should not have been that hard to buy a new vehicle especially if i was paying the full price and not even getting a single dollar discount on the deal.

I hope they work on their customer service skills and not play around with people, i understand sometimes thinks happen but a mistake happens once, twice whatever? But come up with a solution dont just tell me theres nothing else you could do for me.
Honestly disappointed in Lexus of Calgary as I expected way more from them.

Salesman deserves 5 *, he was really professional, provided exceptionally great service, However the business Manager, Mr C, he did not deserve any *. He was very cold, did not have the basic business attitude. He sighed when we talked about vehicle registration over the phone. We did not have a welcome feeling while we met Mr. C in person. He just handed out a folder and asked for signature and initials without any explanation.

I’ve purchased two different vehicles from Lexus. Staff have always been friendly, helpful, informative and knowledgeable. Prior to visiting the dealership I discussed what I was looking for including the color I wanted, my price range and I was given a great variety of vehicles to choose from. I felt super comfortable and welcomed by the entirety of the staff. Dil, finance and the entire staff made my experience easy and I felt confident that I picked the perfect vehicle for me! Sadly my vehicle was stuck by hail and was completely written off; however, once again the Lexus team came through wirh purchasing my second vehicle! Everything from the color of the car to color of the interior, Dil was able to provide just that! Entire process was easy breezy thankfully I was able to get the exact same SUV but a newer year! Happy and fortunate that I got to work with this great team of people. Since then I’ve actually sent my sister to Lexus and she too was able to find the perfecr car! Dil, Donovan and others went above and beyond to make the overall process as stress free and easy for her. I would highly recommend this dealership.

This was the worst Lexus experience we have ever had, by a long-shot. No one greeted us when we walked in, it was like we were invisible. The folks at the parts store sold us both the wrong windshield wipers AND filters. It was completely unhelpful and a waste of time. Never coming back here.

We have the most amazing experience today from Lexus of calgary. Brought our car in for warranty service and was trying to figure out if cargo cover was included or not on the sales floor; Scott France proactively talked to me in a very approachable manner if he could help me, after I explained what the issue was; he took on the ownership without hesitation and making sure the sales person who sold the car to us would look into the matter and we left. Within 10 mins, Les called my cellphone, and we went back to the dealership, these gentlemen showing first class customer service and I was so happy and completely thrilled with their customer centric service attitude. Then, we were looking at the Thule Bike rack and again Lance talked to us in a very approachable manner and very patience to explain and answer all our questions and how could you not buy the parts from him. Amazing dealership and amazing staff, thank You Scott, Les and Lance, we want to say thank you so much for your service and you guys made our day today.

Was in the market looking for a luxury 7-seater and considered RXL as an option. Called the dealer to check on pricing & stock info and was greeted by Oscar, who really provided warm and professional service during the process. Didn't end up purchasing the RXL as the model is a bit outdated compared to its peers and very limited 3rd row headroom, but would still highly recommend the dealer and sales associate (Oscar) for its service quality.

Sales Rep Johnathan was great to work with for my new to me 2015 audi sq5. My only concerns are that the service due light comes on, when started. Johnathan related that he had advised the service dept who have not contacted me to date. I also decided to take a look at the air filter last week and noted that it was beyond filthy. The white filtering was almost coal black causing me to just replace it on my own. Of note is that I purchased the vehicle mid August.

Lexus of Calgary diagnosed and fixed the fault resulting in the engine warning light in the IS250 which I previously bought from the used car department. They fully honored the fact that they had supplied this vehicle and treated me extremely fairly. This was in addition to the normal high standard of client service. The IS350 loaner which they supplied during the repair was an an absolute joy to drive.

I was very impressed with the way that Chelsea and the Lexus team treated me during my service this week. It was going to be a significant service with multiple scheduled maintenance requirements to be addressed and Chelsea worked with me to deliver what I needed while keeping me from spending all that I could have. I was provided a loaner vehicle and was allowed to accommodate my schedule in arranging to pick up my vehicle after servicing. I felt like she and the whole team were working with me. And she did it while making me feel very valued as a customer. I am very happy to deal with Lexus.

They worked around our busy schedule and fit us in to get some maintence complted on our car. They took the time to call and confirm additional items that were found before going ahead and even cleaned the car for us!
Our car drives as good as new and we wont be going anywhere else for service.

I recently purchased a 2020 lexus 450h and have had the best experience ever. From my salesperson Les, to the service manager Al, the finance manager Andrew, and the service rep Chelsea, even the barista (your hot chocolate and scones are awesome), everyone has been excellent to deal with and so nice and friendly and they all treat you like family when you go there. I had purchased an Infiniti before a couple stores down and I can truly say there is a world of difference between the two. I really cant say enough good things about the staff and service level I received at Lexus. I don't think I can purchase another vehicle from anywhere else as the vehicle I purchased is beyond what I had expected. I really could just keep going on and on about them and have only been their client for just over a week. Keep up the great work everyone as you are definitely going above and beyond.

Recently purchased a used 2015 RX350 from Shad. Very easy to work with. Did paperwork research ahead, finally found a time to visit/test-drive in person. Setup appointment, viewed, test drove, negotiated, signed with 90 minutes. Negotiation was painless. Scheduled for another time for pickup, informed them I was in a hurry and they were like "say no more" and I was on my way in a few minutes.

Disappointed with the level of service recently received in the service department. Owned a Hyundai prior to this and received far better service there!
Had an outstanding warranty claim that I needed fixed. They told me it would take 2 full days, so I asked if they could give me a loaner if I dropped the vehicle off there myself. They told me they couldn't as I bought my vehicle used. Was surprised for a larger service they wouldn't provide a loaner.

I asked if I could get a shuttle instead - they told me they couldn't offer shuttle service in the afternoon, only until 10am. I then attempted to rearrange things to have the car dropped off in the morning so I could get a ride with the shuttle. When scheduling the shuttle, I was actually told the shuttle doesn't go to that area of the city on that day! Was pretty surprised they had such tight restrictions - other dealerships would have no issues picking me up in the afternoon or dropping me to any area of the city.

Ended up having to make my own ride arrangements to drop & pick up the vehicle. When I went to leave the vehicle there - they scheduled me for the wrong day! I told them, after all the run around, this was the day that was agreed upon and my warranty is about to expire so they did fit it in. Luckily they did get it finished on time, but upon pickup they didn't even wash the car (not a huge deal - but would have been nice).

Overall, I expected more from a luxury dealership.

I have had my car for 10 years and continue to follow the maintenance program as recommended. The service continues to get better. There are more checks and balances to improve such as explaining what will be done in the next scheduled service and how much it will cost. A Platinum Detailing was done on my car two weeks ago, which included polishing the exterior and cleaning the interior. I was hoping that the driver's seat belt could be reconditioned, it was stained- my neglect! When I picked up the car it was still stained. Ron, the detail manager told me that he could apply a tougher chemical and to let him know when I would like to return. He did the work personally and the job he did made a dramatic difference. My recommendation is to buy from Lexus of Calgary for two main reasons- you are buying the best mass produced car and secondly with regular maintenance from this dealership you will get a car that will last for many years while being treated with kindness, and professionalism. My mileage is 240,000 and I hope to double it!

Bought my car new at this dealership 5 years ago. Have followed the maintenance program since my purchase at Lexus of Calgary. The service manager, Al Ratani has gone out of his way to help me personally when I had concerns. Spent one hour with me checking out my winter tire problem. We resolved it to my great satisfaction.
Service agents such as Sandeep are so respectful and take the time to inform me of my service.

Mark Cory did the financing. I consider him a friend who I can always drop in and have a talk.

Many loaners available during my repairs- can't use a shuttle as I rely on a car for my job. Really appreciate the little things the service department does for me sometimes at no charge.

If you buy from this dealership you can count on great service and nice people.

As a family we own four Lexus vehicles. I continue to have problems with the Service department - with the VIP service I can never get an appointment when it is convenient even trying to book a month in advance. When that fails I book one of my vehicles in for regular service & get no follow up during the day. I have to follow up & when they tell me my vehicle is ready I show up & it isn’t. Why - we are very busy. I question why they would text me to tell me my vehicle is ready & then make me wait for another hour. Again we are busy I know we have had your car since 7am but we are busy. Very disappointed & will be looking at other Lexus dealers for service in the future. It also makes me wonder why I would purchase another vehicle here.

I had my 2007 Lexus IS350 serviced here yesterday for some warranty work as well as a transmission fluid change. Chelsea B.was my service advisor and was exceptionally polite and took the time to explain things to me. The barista Rebecca made me feel right at home with her charming charisma, bubbly personality, and her amazing coffee making skills. I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely be coming back.

Had a good experience with Shad with the sale of an RX350 F Sport. We were able to negotiate a good price for the trim and accessories we wanted. Overall, made the buying experience comfortable and would recommend buying from him.

Service
The barista bar has a good menu, with a roaring seasonal menu for flavours to either cool you or hear you up. There is 1 massage chair in the lounge next to the nail esthetician’s desk (didn’t use this service so no comment)

Appointments were on time and estimates for turn around were within reason (10-15 mins) and their full clean (exterior and interior) of the car is a nice touch. The loaner car service gives you a nice mid-trim level equivalent of your car. (This is due to availability, I don’t know if they would also give an F sport equivalent for F sport owners). Also, the mark ups on Lexus parts and accessories are not terrible (not the lowest, but not the most expensive as once thought) and I would not mind buying from the dealership.

I was in Calgary for the Stampede and run into some issues. Considering I was from out of town, they treated me like gold. Almost wish I lived locally. Great service.thank you

My wife got an estimate of $950 for a “routine” checkup on her NX SUV. She called Royal Oak Lexus and they confirmed that at her mileage, certain things stated by Lexus Calgary were not necessary and the price was out of whack. She took her vehicle in for the appropriate maintenance for the mileage and time on her vehicle as stated by the official Lexus manual and paid only $650 -a $300 differential.
Make up your own mind as to the rationale, but $300 constitutes more than just a mistake. She posted her experience on the Lexus of Calgary Facebook page and they deleted it.
Do yourself a favour- always get an estimate from Lexus of Calgary, then call Royal Oak.
