We purchased our Lexus 2020 RX350 F2 Sport. Right from the first time we were there we had a wonderful experience with Ryan. He was very friendly and showed us as many options as possible, as we were particularly looking for an used vehicle. He showed us this car which was very new to the lot. Even though it was late in the evening, he didn’t hesitate to provide excellent service. We ended up finalizing a deal, in the next few days we met with Andrew in finance. He was a very smart and knowledgeable person, gave us good options for our trade in and was very accommodating in working towards a good interest rate.

I recently purchased a Lexus at the west end location and can't say enough good things about my experience. The customer service, the friendly faces and all the perks! You really are treated special. I am usually intimidated by dealerships but I was instantly greeted by the nicest guy ever- Xerxes! He is kind, super knowledgeable and has a great sense of humour! He went above and beyond to get me exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend asking for him if you go in there! I can't promise that you won't come out with a new Lexus though!

They changed my oil change policy. Life time oil change free is a joke. They put so many conditions there for oil change free. Don't buy car here. DON'T DON'T DON'T

Our experience starting with Lobi our salesman was awesome. The first time we came to the dealership we made it clear we were looking not buying. That didn't matter to him. He answered all questions, pushed my wheelchair to help my husband out, was not pushy. We finally came back and purchased the one we wanted. When we came in for our 1600 km service Lobi came over, said hello, answered some questions we had, was just as helpful as the first time we saw him. Our finance person, whose name I have forgotten came over to say hello. What I do remember is that he is very, very tall and was very helpful as well.
Service department was great. They fitted us in on a day we were in the city so we would not have to make another trip. It was a joy to get into our nice, clean car when we left. Great job!

Seriously, If you are looking for a secure purchase, DON'T go to this dealership. They make you pay for even for THEIR mistakes.
If you have the money to spare, then it's up to you, but I would recommend avoiding them to prevent making the same mistake (dealing with them) I did.

Very good experience when I test drive the 2021 nx300. I live in Calgary and booked the test drive in advance. Chris cleaned the car like new for my test drive. I highly appreciated this because no other dealerships would do this. I can inspect the body without a doubt on rust and scratches. I bought the 2021 nx300 from Chris since he helped me cut the price down and included car delivery to my door.
