Very happy with my new car purchase with Lexus of Royal Oak! Not only was the car amazing but the over-all service as well. Shoutout and a big THANK YOU to my sales advisor, Alvin who was very welcoming since day one. He was knowledgeable and was very patient with all our questions. He was definitely a one-call away and I can see his compassion and genuinity towards his clients. Such an honest man. Highly recommendable person! Even though we did not make our purchase from Royal Oak, our sales person, Kevin Neil earned our trust, respect and future business (providing the dealership actually has stock or can get stock). Lack of stock and the ability for the dealership to get stock was the only reason we did not make a purchase. Otherwise Kevin was informative, knowledgeable, personable and respectful to our wants and needs. There is no pressure from Kevin, yet you feel compelled to give him your business. We will always go back to Kevin for any possible future vehicle needs. On a side note, we ended up purchasing from a competitor and Kevin was still genuinely happy for us that we found what we wanted. Thanks Kevin. Stay in touch.

Our service advisor, Samantha Lamb, was in constant contact and provided recommendations on what our vehicle needed without any pressure. Since we bought the new car from this location, we have been always satisfied with the services received- Ricky helping on choosing and buying the car, and the insurance plan; the owner’s son helping on choosing the lucky plate number; regular oil changes and car maintenances have all been well managed. My experience purchasing my 2022 Lexus NX-Series 450H+ F Sport at Lexus Royal Oak was absolutely fantastic! I very Highly recommend them and I absolutely looove my Hybrid - it's so stunning and luxurious - I'm really at a loss for enough words to do this vehicle justice! I first entered the dealership with my 'car salesman' filter on, but it was completely unnecessary at Lexus Royal Oak. I was greeted right away by Adrian and felt instantly comfortable. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, down-to-earth, and honest. He is the kind of person who genuinely wants to make his customers very happy and will do everything in his power to make that happen. Adrian really takes the time to get to know you and your individual needs and what is in your best interest, rather than his own. Upon picking up my Lexus with my husband, we met Alex in Financial Services. I can't say enough good things about him also! Alex too is super smart, very kind and genuine. Like Adrian, Alex also went above and beyond to make sure that I was very happy, took the time to get to know us as people and ensured that I got everything I needed and wanted. The icing on the cake was as we were leaving: Adrian gave me a beautiful Lexus gift bag and Alex ordered in yet another gift - a beautiful, custom name embroidered chair for our beloved dogs, Bowser and Peach. I can't wait to go back to Lexus Royal Oak for my first service appointment where I will enjoy more complimentary Rosso Coffee at their Gourmet Barista and get pampered with a complimentary pedicure at their in-house salon. I love this place - they treat you both like family and like royalty - truly the best of both worlds!:)

We bought 2 Lexus from this dealership knowing the quality of the vehicles and service will be provided won’t let us down, as I’m a person loves cars and I pay great attention to details which brought me to Lexus, and we are right about this decision. Eddie at parts, Samantha and Andy at the service department are amazing persons to deal with. Just one more thing, I wish my dash cams can be plugged back in after services in case I forget too:)

Added note for Calgarians shopping around for lexus:

Lexus of Royal Oak is a very good place to talk with about the price, when we were buying Lx570, we asked few dealerships in Alberta, this dealership was trying their best to match the price with others, plus you will get VIP service and you are supporting local business:) why not?

Last but not least, the ES we bought brand new from here, no other dealerships could match their price, great saving for us!

Went to this dealership with my parents to look at the UX250h as they are in the market for a new vehicle. The salesperson (S-K. Y) did not seem interested in assisting at all from the initial greet. When asked about the UX, first response was that they didn't have any and it will be a 2 months wait. Even when I said we only wanted to look and test drive the car, he said they only have a demo and it wasn't for sale. Please beware that for the test drive, they ask for your own personal car keys for them to hold on to because they presume that customers coming in for test drives are there to steal their cars so they want something as a collateral. Once you have agreed to hand over your keys, there's no guarantee that they will keep your belongings safe, the key was just inside the desk drawer of a salesperson's office. There are also no written guarantee that they will not look through the contents of your vehicle while you are away on the test drive. This is in addition to collecting our personal information and contact numbers. We have visited many other dealerships in town and this was the first we've heard of this policy. I asked to speak with the sales manager and was told that the alternative was to test drive their car without the key and cautioned us about shutting of the car during the test drive as that would leave us stranded. I have owned Lexus before and visited other Lexus dealerships, this is by far the worst and most disappointing one. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend anyone to visit this dealership, there was certainly no "customer service" to speak of, especially when they assume you are a thief to begin with.

Lexus Royal Oak is the best experience I have ever had when servicing my vehicle! The amenities are wonderful - complimentary spa service (best manicure ever Nozomi!) and lattes - but it’s so much more! Every staff member is truly happy to be working at Lexus Royal Oak. Lexus of Royal Oak is a beautiful luxury dealership. From the moment you walk through the doors to the VIP Treatment of a Spa during service.

My salesperson Anita was very knowledgeable about the Lexus products and understood my vehicle needs. She was genuine, professional and didn't pressure me. Richard delivered my vehicle and even put the Big Red Bow on my NX to enhance my experience! He was very knowledgeable and thorough about the all the features of my car and patiently explained them to me. The Owner of the dealership, Todd Richardson, even popped by to congratulate me on my purchase! The Business Manager, Alex, was pleasant and fun, and created a relaxed, no pressure atmosphere.

I've had my NX 300 for just over a week now and love it! Overall I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Lexus of Royal Oak to anyone looking for an amazing experience buying their next vehicle.

Very disappointed with Monique Anderson, I had called regarding a pre owned vehicle, (is350) told her I’m from Edmonton and I’m very interested, she had told me “sorry it’s sold” there was no other help offered or anything. The vehicle is in fact still on the website. Just goes to show they kinda hire anyone for there sales and leasing consultant position. Very sad, the higher ups if you’re reading this you need to sit down with Monique and teach her proper manners. The receptionist and anyone else I had talked to was very respectful and nice.

I contacted Logan who works as a sales person to go for a test drive. After he asked the manager he said 2 cars are available for test drive. I made an appointment and stopped by the dealer on that day, but none of the cars were available, they weren’t even in the parking lot.
Just wasted my time. What dishonest people!

From the first day I walked into their facility to the Day I picked up my vehicle; I was amazed by the outstanding customer service, the kindness of all the staff and the professionalism they shared throughout the whole process. My Sales representative Kevin Neil, was amazing and made the process FUN and so easy. We had him running up and down the dealership, to find us exactly what we were looking for; all the while with a smile and with the top of the line professionalism that you'd expect out of a Luxury dealer. The experience from start to finish was excellent. Kevin Neil, our Sales Consultant, was very professional, answered every question and offered an easy / no pressure sales atmosphere. Since we factory ordered our vehicle, a 2021 GX 460 (from Japan) and with Covid, it did take longer than usual for our Lexus to be delivered, but Kevin provided us with every update.
Candice He, the Financial Services Manager, was extremely friendly and clearly explained all the purchasing options, the warranty options and looked after the registration & licencing. Again there was absolutely no pressure at any time
All together it was a pleasant and memorable experience and I would highly recommend Lexus of Royal Oak to anyone

This dealership continuously impresses me; I wish I could give this group more than 5 stars. I have serviced 4 Lexus vehicles here, and recently bought 2 more. Monique was truly outstanding as a sales representative, exploring 3 different crossovers with us until we found what we were looking for. Her attention to detail and responsiveness is excellent, and cares about finding the right solution for her client, not just moving iron. This is exceedingly rare in sales in Calgary, and should be commended.

Stewart and Candice were enormously helpful in putting together the right deal to get us out of existing vehicles and into new ones. We never felt pressured, and the negotiations felt more collaborative than positional. Richard is a true gentleman, and showed us everything about our new vehicles with care and diligence.

I’d be remiss if I didn’t also mention David and Samantha in service. They have stood on their heads for us in the past to find odd tires or get something fixed before heading out of town (usually on unreasonable timelines they nevertheless made work), and demonstrate a commitment to great after-sales service.

If you’re considering a Lexus or need to maintain an existing one, Lexus of Royal Oak is an exemplary dealership full of first class people. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed.

Kevin was my contact person. His customer service is commendable; he showed me kindness and empathy, although still pushing to make a sale. I appreciate him for not being like the other car dealers who just want to sell a vehicle and don't care about their customers once the deal is finalized. I would recommend Lexus of Royal Oak wholeheartedly without any reservation as they go beyond the business goal of making money to also caring for their customers after purchase.
I have given it 5stars because it is only five stars. If they were six or more stars, I would indeed have voted for it.

Definitely, ask for Namitha, the best sales advisor I’ve met after my month-long search for a vehicle and Nick (the pre-owned department manager), they are the best because they are both humble, trustworthy and respectful. Namitha, in particular, is amazing and she makes the entire buying process really enjoyable. When I made a request to have her take some photos of the bottom of the vehicle I was interested in, she took the time to shoot the photos and send them to me in a timely manner. She definitely goes above and beyond for her customers and tries to help as much as possible.

I had very high standards looking for a pre-owned vehicle, a car with low mileage, in excellent conditions and with a fair sale price. I was placed in the perfect car. It looked brand new being a used car and once again, Namitha, the sales advisor, handled me very well. She was patience, kind and was truly interested in helping me. She was very understanding and absolutely no pressure at all. She was genuine.

Lexus of Royal Oak sets the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. It is the best dealership I have worked with after having gone to more than ten in a month. Was looking to move back to Lexus after owning a pick up for three years. After doing some research on a number of vehicles I decided Lexus would be my first choice so I called the Service Manager at Royal Oak Lexus who I have known for a number of years and asked him for a referral. He directed me to Kevin Harack to assist me. I found Kevin to be knowledgeable, professional and passionate about Lexus. He took time to answer questions, point out pluses and negatives about a number of vehicles but never rushed me or the process. As a current and previous Lexus owner I found the experience to be professional, informative and honestly quite enjoyable. From the receptionist, the barista, the Service Manager, the finance manager and Kevin and the entire process I felt as though I was important to Royal Oak Lexus which made my purchase decision easy. I have in the past two weeks recommended Royal Oak Lexus to one person and taken another person to the dealership as he is now looking for a new vehicle. Came in to look at a Lexus, even though we didn't end up buying the service we received from Kevin Neil was above and beyond. From the coffee to the test drive it was a great experience. When we are ready Lexus will definitely be our first choice!

I went there today and had the best experience with David at the LEXUS OF ROYAL OAK!
I was a little nerves because of something wrong with my car between the other Auto shop. He was very patient and welcome.

He wrote down what’s going on with a car and explained well!

Thanks so much for all your help David. I am very pleased with your service and will be change the new car with you guys!

State of the art facility and excellent customer service. I didn't think these things mattered so much to me until Natasha generously gave me a tour of the dealership. On the same day, I visited the Toyota, Honda and Audi dealerships nearby and I didn't feel nearly as welcomed compared to Lexus. Very happy with my Lexus and will likely purchase another for my wife. Thank you to the Lexus team!

One 5 Star Comment is not gonna enough for you guys. Even though I left a 5 star comment using my main account, but after the service today there's really nothing I can do but leaving another 5 star comment to thank you. Samantha is very friendly, patient and she even helped with connecting my phone with the loaner. Since I had an accident 2 months ago and I thought there's still some kind of issue that need to be addressed. So my vehicle got to checked by Master Technician Albert, he's great and knowledgeable, very detailed work. He helped me check almost every thing to make sure the car is in good condition. He offered me quite a few advises and let me understand more about my car. Great service and great experience.

Hands down, the best experience purchasing a vehicle. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable! Adrian explained all the details and features during the test drive and was not at all pushy like other sales guys at other dealerships and actually listens to your wants and needs. Dee in the finance department was amazing at explaining the fine print. On the day of delivery, Andy did a phenomenal job at explaining all the further technical stuff that came in the vehicle. Also love that they have a lounge area while you wait with amazing lattes. If you’re looking for a luxury vehicle, this is where you want to buy from.

Special thanks goes out to Austin, Mike, Candice and Andy. You guys were absolutely amazing to work with! My new Lexus was shiny and beautiful for pick-up. Austin and Mike worked with me hand in hand to find the vehicle that would work best for me and found a payment that didn't break the bank. Super accommodating and seamless process. When I arrived to pick up my new vehicle, Andy was extremely thorough in showing me every feature of my new car and was patient with me throughout the process. From the first time I spoke to Dee in financial services on the phone, I knew this was the right dealership for me. I was super leery after a bad experience at another Lexus dealership, and Dee immediately made me feel better. She answered all of my questions with no doubletalk and a great sense of humour that made me feel like a person instead of just another number. She made an appointment for me to come in and meet with Nick in sales, and Nick even called me beforehand to introduce himself. From beginning to end, the entire experience was fantastic and I am so happy with my vehicle, the dealership, and the people who made everything run so smoothly. If you are in the market for a Lexus, go and see Nick, and while you're there make sure to stop in and say hi to Dee!

My wife RX350 2013 only have 26,000 miles. Have excellent services.
However the right rear tire has a slow leaks. I has to take it to Royal Oak
have them to air in numerous times. My wife told me we need air again, the
light come on again. I take to Royal Oak to day Saturday morning, they
put the air in. So I asked if they can check the tire. The service person said
I need to book appointment. I said my wife just has a knee operation, can
they just look at this morning. He said if the mechanic look at is.
Any way, they got it fixed. Thank you. Richard.

Just bought a IS350 F Sport Series 2. I dealt with Stewart Lum and he was beyond honest, professional and knowledgeable at his job. He took the time to figure out what exactly I was looking for, sourced and ordered the car that fit my wants and budget from other city instead of pushing to sell off their stock inventory. Well i never write reviews but i had to for my car purchase, If you are looking for a great car, great price and great service Royal Oak is the place to go. As a female i did not feel any pressure from anyone to buy the car. I took my time and so did they. They were very professional and nice. If you are looking for a car in the luxury market - the NX 300 sport is it. I cant say enough about the safety features and how great it looks and feels.
I would like to say thank you very much to Andy the delivery coordinator for taking your time with me- as i took notes.

Love my car and Love Lexus of Royal Oak!

Took my Lexus in for a simple tire change (to winter) and an oil change on Saturday. It was not ready when they said it would be, had to wait 1/2 hour, then drove away as they were closing and it was making a horrible noise. I phoned the dealer right away but the sales department told me service department was closed and sales could not help me (although I told them I was worried about the safety of the car) and that I would have to wait until Monday. I got home and found out that they did not tighten the bolts on the tires! Isn't that tire changing 101? I am not sure what damage I did to the car. I will be taking it all the way back to them Monday, then never going back!

We have a large family with 3 kids under 6. That means: booster seats, school back packs, sports gear, and then all of our triathlon stuff. It also means doing anything, anywhere, is loud and limited by how much time they will tolerate sitting still. We visited Lexus of Royal Oak because we love the vehicles. When we arrived we were welcomed by some very authentic and genuine people willing to help (quickly), without any pressure, and with a sincere interest in our family. The atmosphere is super crisp. The show room is clean and bright. It’s hard to pull off an space like that without feeling aseptic, but they do! There is a coffee barista bar, a spa to have your nails done while you wait for service, a lounge (where they turned on Moana and offered my kids juice boxes. I mean come on. I won’t lie, I kind of wanted to bring the staff home with me). When it came down to business Stewart worked like a magician to get everything ready in an awesome Gx to suit our family’s every need, and Dee was our fairy godmother putting the finishing touches on the details. Balloons finished off the day, along with a plush, super soft cuddly blanket and very convenient tote. The staff here set a new bar. And Lexi, the adorable puppy mascot, well she is the cherry on top. We loved our experience. We will be returning clients for sure.

Bought a used RX from Zihao Li at this dealership and the experience was top notch. I saw the listing on their website and contacted Zihao for an appointment and promptly got scheduled in same day after work. Test drove the vehicle, reviewed the Carproof report, inspection report and agreed to a deal right there and then. Total time was only about an hour. After picking up the vehicle, found the wheel well liner was damaged/missing. Took it back, Zihao brought the used sales manager to have a look and agreed to fix free of charge! Second vehicle bought from this dealership, first one from Zihao. Count me as a satisfied customer.

We enjoyed the excellent services at Royal Oak Lexus. The sales representative is very knowledgeable and easy to work with and we ended up buying 2 new vehicles from them.
The building is also state of art design with plenty of vehicles on display.
Overall the staff are very polite and we would definitely recommend anyone to try out this dealership if you are interested to purchase a Lexus.

I'll start off by saying I did not purchase a vehicle from Lexus of Royal Oak. Unfortunately the vehicle I was inquiring about did not have what I was looking for but Alex Richardson was extremely honest and open with the situation. Being from out of town he sent me a personalized video of the vehicle and was extremely courteous in all our communications. I have probably contacted 20-30 auto sales people within the last few weeks and I can easily say Alex was by far the best to deal with. I would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from Alex if they had a vehicle I wanted (which I am very specific about).

Amazing service and atmosphere at Lexus Royal Oak. I used to hate dealing with vehicles, but now I always try to bring the car in so I can indulge in a gourmet coffee and the on-site spa ;)
The car is always clean and the service report is comprehensive, the staff are so friendly and professional, and they even offered me a shuttle service back to Cochrane when the appointment was an all-day one. Best service at a dealership I’ve ever experienced!

Everything was perfect but they run out of Toque which was promised on the email I received.
I wish if they run out then should give out something different which I would of done to keep customer happy.

I wasn't arguing about service at Royal Oak Lexus. I was just disappointed when they run out of a toque they promised and didn't get anything.
I did get a call from Ryan and he said he will send Lexus socks by Canada post. I've told Ryan I will probably revive it for Xmas since Canada post is on strike.

As current Lexus owners, the staff at Lexus of Royal Oak have always been tremendous. When it was time to make a change, Alex Richardson not only help me get in to a new vehicle, he helped my parents purchase their retirement present. From the onset, we knew we were in great hands with Alex. His attention to our needs and wants was evident as he was in full communication even while being in a different province.
