My deck was falling apart and needed to be replaced and I wanted a patio cover. I got a few quotes but Harry from LGM had the best prices and was the most professional. They came in and took out the old deck and built a beautiful new deck. They put up an awesome sun shade that’s covers the whole deck. My backyard has never looked better! I contacted LGM for doing my patio covers and spoke with the Manager Harry, he was open and honest from the getgo.gave me a time line and met it.the patio cover turned out for better than I expected.much appreciated Harry!

They work quickly and make mistakes, so you wait for them to fix it, normally when they can. My advice is never to pay the full amount of money before checking whether it was done properly. I am not satisfied with the installation. It leaks from all sides, the quality of the installation is amateurish.

SUPERB JOB ON MY PATIO DECK! FIVE STAR RATING!
Last summer we decided to have our patio deck (37 feet by 13 feet) covered so that we could use it even during inclement weather. After reviewing numerous web sites of companies that install patio deck covers in Edmonton, we decided to give our contract to LGM Patio Covers. We have not regretted our decision. Harry and his crew did a marvelous job right from the start to finish. We wanted to make sure that the color of the metal posts and beams used matched our existing metal railing. Harry went to great lengths to ensure that we had a perfect match.
Harry and his crew worked relentlessly over three days to ensure that the job was completed on time. He was also kind enough to install fours sets of patio blinds that we ordered from a third party, although this was not included in his original contract. We have had numerous visitors visit us since the patio cover was installed and have had rave reviews from them. Since then, many of them have contacted LGM Patio Covers to have their decks covered. We are extremely confident that Harry and his crew will do an excellent job.

Their communication throughout the entire process was great, and they delivered with the product installation! Avoid this guy. The whole project from start to finish (even though it still needs some fixing) took 5 months - it was a complete mess. He made multiple promises to come work on our deck and not once has he kept his word. For instance, if he tells you he will be working on it the following weekend, expect to be waiting longer. I can understand if something comes up and they may not be able to make it, but he doesn't even give you notice via text or phone call that he can't make it. He shows up weeks to a month later. This has happened a handful of times. The work is nice, however, there are multiple water leaks coming from the glass and he promised he would come fix it but hasn't. As of right now he has blocked our phone calls and we have no way of contacting him. I will now have to try and find someone else to come fix the areas which leaks when it rains/snows. I'm so disappointed that I am having to write this review, seeing that everyone else has had such a good experience. I never take the time to write any reviews, but this was necessary. With our experience, I'd say it was absolutely terrible, and we've caught him lying as well. Disgusting.

Great job done by Harry and his team in installing the patio cover for my patio. Different options were explained by Harry at the beginning. We selected what we liked. The quote was reasonable and timeline was given at the time of the quote. Harry and his team arrived on time and finished the job professionally. My backyard looks even better with the patio cover.
