Very accommodating for my late schedule, they stayed after hours and got it done.they also called the next morning and informed me that they had found a t4 that I had forgot about. I would have been reassessed, nobody wants that. So for everything thanks so much. I always get a great return at Liberty Tax.

Edna is a blessing! She did both our taxes quickly and got us each a refund. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. We will be back next year.

I was so nervous going in and felt so disorganized. I didn't think we'd be able to finish the two years of tax I was behind in our one appointment. They are so amazing. I'm getting back way more of a refund than I thought I was going to, and all the stress I felt beforehand is now alleviated, and I received so much great advice during the meeting. I am so grateful. Called to get some information from someone I had spoken with earlier but forgot their name and the receptionist was rude and acted like I was stupid. She didn’t even think to ask what my name was to search up my file.

Horrible experience. They were late for our appointment the and woman preparing our taxes was very slow and confused about the process. Not only would it have been free and faster to prepare myself online, but she also lied about the order she sent our returns out. So now despite paying 40x more in taxes last year, my spouse is receiving the carbon credit.

BEST TAX SERVICE EVER. This company has saved me so much money over the years! My husband and I were first time business owners last year and set aside $$ for our taxes and GST throughout the year. When they did our taxes this season, we owed WAY less than expected! They are so personable, insightful and take the time to make sure that you get the best results possible for your unique returns. Would highly recommend getting your taxes done through them!

Honestly a terrible experience but I will say that I filed here in 2021 and it was good, this year was bad. The agent me and my wife sat down with was completely unprepared to do her job, she did not have the know how or the experience to give us the tax return confidence all Canadians should get from these companies. It honestly felt like she did a 5 hour course and than was slapped on a desk and told to go do it. The women didn't know how to get access to my CRA account because I have layered forms of security. She didn't know how to access my RRSP information from CRA, I knew that she could access this information but she claimed she could not. Eventually I just said okay file without it I'm done.

The CRA website stopped working mid process to no fault of hers so we had to leave, the women called me 2 days later and said I know what I'm doing I have your RRSP information. My wife was in school last year and I have foreign income, honestly I'm nervous what else she may have messed up, I'm sorry liberty tax but out taxes are not something you should treat so lightly, it needs to be a professional experience not a hot mess.

Consumer be cautioned.

It Looks like they know what they are doing. Im surprise how much they charge us. $220 for income tax (me and my wife $110 each) not eve an hour there. I never paid that much before. I wonder why.

This was my first time using Liberty Tax, I found them very professional. I was expecting to just drop my information off and return in a week or so to sign (like most tax places I’ve been to) however, they submitted my tax information while I was there and advised me of my expectant return. While submitting my information my advisor explained their process and answered any questions I had. I found the staff I had interacted with to be very pleasant and all around courteous.
