I booked an appointment for a tax consultation for 6: 30pm, on the online tool. I needed help understanding my options and had all of my receipts present. I left work early, and drove in from just outside of Crossfield to come speak with a professional about my needs. I got an email confirming my appointment, and when I got there the door was locked. A very disgruntled mam answered the door and just said very rudely without saying hello "drop offs only". I was confused because my appointment was confirmed via email, and I pressed the confirm button and set up an account. He sighed and invited me in, and I clarified that I had an in person interview. He was pompous and arrogant in his response stating "it's way too late in the season for in person appointments". He literally did not care, and took my carefully prepared file I'd put together, and proceeded to try and take my name. He never looked at me once, and obviously had far more important things to do. But if you don't have the care to keep an appointment made, and treat me poorly - than I assume you'll file my taxes with the same care and attention. So we decided to leave and have our taxes prepared by an actual professional that wouldn't treat us poorly.

TERRIBLE customer service! My mother brought in her taxes and asked them to give her a call once they went over them as she has questions and wanted clarification. They did not after them having the taxes for a week. She called to get and update and ended up dealing a with a very hostile and rude receptionist instead of the gentleman who she was suppose to be deal with. Once she finally was able to chat with the gentleman he was immediately rude and told her he dose not have time to deal with people on the phone as he as more important customers to deal with, was dismissive and verbally abusive to her. She then decided that she would take her business elsewhere, once she voiced what she would do he decided to tell her fine but we spent "hours and hours" on them (which is a lie as they breifly looked at them and need more documents) and she had to pay a few $100 if she wanted her documents back. If that is how they do business then I'm baffled as to how they stay in business! My mother called me telling me this and was on the verge of tears as she was so upset as this place and that man treated her this way. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!

Love the service, staff is wonderful and they got me more money back than I expected. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Keep up the great work I will be back next year for sure.

We have been working with the staff at Liberty Tax - Airdrie for a while and so far we have been very satisfied with the attention to detail and meticulousness with which our requirements have been attended to. We definitely recommend Liberty Tax - Airdrie

Amazing service. Paulet is a sweetheart and is very professional. The younger lady with the first desk on the right is great with taxes very professional as well. Will be coming back
