I have NEVER had a bad experience with this location, the ladies always have a smile on their face and are very pleasant to speak with. I appreciate Joy and Ruby for how they attended to me on my road test day, awesome people in this location.

Asked to email my proof of residency in Alberta, I did. They couldn't receive the email so I was told to come back with a printed copy. Lame.

Had to renew my driver's license. Easy and fast, was in and out in under ten minutes! Friendly staff too.

These Guys Don't Even Have Sense for Advance Driving License Test I went for one and the person marking me on the spots which were legally accurate and he even said if there is no cross walk and someone is crossing the road you can pass through...

Had terrible experience with the driving test and their rental vehicle. Their rental vehicle driver seats are broken and can not extend forward. The examiner (Mike) came 5 mins late to start the exam (I was there 40 mis early) and started hurring up things...

I hope there is 0 stars. I would give that to them. I went there to renew my vehicle registration then I was told that It was never registered before. Then how come I have a copy of my registration? I can even provide a record of my debit transaction...

It was my 2 time doing the class 5 road test I forget the name I believe her name is Barbra she is one of the rudest person ever. She just is a Karen I hate her they make you fail in purposefully don’t go here to do your road test.

Complete waist of time can't get their computer running. Don't waist your time with them, go somewhere where they actually care

Horrible customer service. They are just there to take the money and then forget about customer service. They never pick up the phone, you leave a voicemail and they respond with email, like you guys make so much money, hire more people and answer...

Every time I go in there they make me jump through another hoop just to register my car. Never going back here
