Love this store! Love the women that run this place, there are incredibly knowledgeable and kind.

The store is lovely, lots of variety. But the young staff seemed abrupt, no conversation at the counter, just get the transaction done and over with so they can carry on what ever conversation they where having in the back. The one lady who asked if I needed help looked me up and down to obviously assess my shoplifting threat level.really unpleasant experience

Love the store but the owner, wow. Maybe should consider a business where she doesn't have to deal with People face to face

Pros: It's a nice small store with a good selection of knick knacks/rocks etc. Display is set up nice.
Cons: Staff are NOT friendly, NOT customer service oriented, I found both ladies quite rude to be honest.

Unfortunately in my opinion many things were quite overpriced compared to many of the other metaphysical stores I’ve been too, but does have good/ok variety of items. I remember 1 staff was very friendly and energetic, but not sure if they still work there since that was a while ago.

I love this store! Just walking in makes my happy. The aroma is amazing! Huge selection of giftware that changes all the time. I have suffered from migraines for years and I finally found a solution, thanks to Lifeforce. I have always found the staff to be kind and knowledgeable. I used to shop at Nutters and find Lifeforce have competitive prices.

RMWB has policies in place that state 'wearing a mask is mandatory. ' FortMcMurray is in a state of emergency due to increasing cases of Covid-19. The store has little respect for community, or visitor safety. Multiple employees not wearing masks, no social distancing what so ever. And, they allow too many people in store at once. A sign is displayed on their door indicating all patrons must wear a mask. It seems to me they must not take health and safety seriously! Hope the city does the right thing, and shuts them down. I will be reporting them to every news station possible.

Nice store overall. However only until you realize no one is wearing masks and not interested in customer service. Only in making you feel shame for caring for your health.

And the owner, wow.you have some karma coming your way after hearing you bad mouth local YMM business. Won’t be shopping at your store ever again.

Can't thank the staff and owner enough. After suffering for weeks with what 2 doctors said was gout I found this store. The owner and staff were so knowledgeable, they set me up with a foot soak and some natural therapeutics, the results were insane. The very next day I could walk again. I am forever grateful, keep up the excellent work. I took before and after pictures if anyone wants to see how Lifeforce Healing centre HEALED me.

This used to be my favorite store but recently their behavior and attitudes have been incredibly off-putting. A retail businesses focus should be on customer satisfaction, and it is not. I have supported them for years even though their prices are higher than average. Sadly, I do not feel the respect and appreciation is mutual so I will have to take my business elsewhere.

Great products! Many are pricey! But what makes it a terrible experience is the negative energy from the staff employees. I thought the idea of a healing centre was suppose to be a place to feel calm and welcome, not the opposite. Wish we had another place in town to purchase these items and felt open arms, sadly not the only one who says this because many people I've mentioned the store too have said the same thing as me, No good energy in there.

Not a bad place but the prices are much much more then online. I am all for shopping local, and I do shop here when I can. However, I cannot pay 54$ for children vitamins that are 23$ on Amazon. When asked to meet me at least half way, they did little to nothing. W

it makes sense, shop local, bit I fear you will find MUCH better deals online.

I don't buy into some stuff, but the staff was friendly. They shoowed me some samples of product's i was interested in buying.

I work out of town and couldn't make the 8 o'clock closing time. The lovely lady stayed open for me. What great service and energy. Remarkable place. Love and light!

Initial impression is great. Some of the staff are pleasant but there is a sense of entitlement within the owners. Had a hand put up in my face to shush me while talking about a product lol
