Appreciate the thorough assessment and explanations provided by Monique and her team. Gives you a very clear understanding of your injury and how we are trying to address it. They made full use of the time providing active treatment as compared to my experiences elsewhere. Never waited to get in or during treatment!

Extremely disappointed. From start to finish this overall experience was disappointing. When someone is paying hundreds out of pocket and having to hear the person treating them complain about inflation and personal problems in their life is ridiculous. The assessment was pointless, i was hoping to at least be more educated on the whole process as I was not. She (Monique) was suppose to go over aftercare with me and home stretches which she didn’t because her personal issues seemed more important. After we were done I was left there putting on my shoes as she just went off to her next client. I felt rushed and baffled by the whole experience. Encompass sports therapy is up the street and my overall experience there was a 1000 percent met!

From the minute I walked into this clinic they treated me with so much care. Jenna and Lexi helped me get back on my feet, literally. I had no problem booking appointments, I was never left waiting for long, I would definitely recommend this clinic.

I honestly couldn’t move until Monique dry needled my tight glute. I’ve also recommended her to my husband who is now a regular sports therapy client for professional pickleball. She is so good at what she does and also extremely personable and friendly.

If I could give zero stars I would for this one! I was under treatment with Dr Bita. I went for 4-5 sessions and she left me with my condition worsened by 20 times!

Why it got worsened? Because her way of treating it was so brutal that you will feel pain from her just touching you. She grabs you SO TIGHT that you can never heal. I had inflammation on my thumb and shoulder when I came to her, and she made my whole arm swollen twice the size because she would grab/massage it SO HARD that I screamed and cried too in-front of her!

Upon confronting her about her treatment, she NEVER realized her mistake - in fact, she suggested that I might have neck hernia or never damage! Well, another Lifemark therapist fixed me in 2 sessions - how bad could be my condition?

Please never take an appointment with her. I overheard a man in the bed next to mine, he was in his 40s with good built responding to her that her hands are too tight! Imagine that!

Jenna is the best! She is extremely knowledgeable, and works with your goals to ensure you have the most successful treatment. Could not recommend her enough!

I went through my physio with Drew and Grace this summer, they are such a good team, the physio therapy helped me back to my normal function. They are very helpful and supportive, Staffs are all so friendly and kind! Excellent services!

Jenna is a knowledgeable and compassionate physiotherapist who provided excellent care with sound advice while working through a running injury with my daughter. I really appreciated her ability to connect to younger clients while also providing information to me as the parent. I thought she provided a clear and effective plan to heal the injury that didn’t include extra appointments or unnecessary rehab. We had a great experience with Jenna.

Monique is the absolute best! Went to see her for physio and she was highly knowledgeable, took time to understand my situation and problems, and treated me with a plan that has given me almost immediate results that have lasted. Would highly recommend.

Jonathan worked on my shoulder (rotator cuff problem) and I found that he was very professional as well as the other staff.
