Has Been a life saver. I never had high hopes for physiotherapy. But she definitely changed my mind. Extremely knowledgeable After a very bad car accident. My Neck and right shoulder was Harmed. My index finger and thumb was numb, lower back Was in very bad shape. After 3 months of physiotherapy i can Happily say that I'm pretty much back to 100%. I thank you very much for your support.

Was just my first visit here. Receptionist was great greeting me. Met my physio therapist, Shannen for first time. She was excellent, explained a lot of things I knew nothing about in regards to my injury. First session was very good.

Got into a minor car accident and was referred here for physio. The team has been amazing to work with and everyone is always extremely friendly. My therapist Shennan has been very helpful and always answered any questions I had, and I was started to feel better after just a couple of sessions! The massage therapist Adelle has also been great to deal with as well

Great service. I have been here a lot of times and the service is fast and all the physio therapist are always smiling that make you comfortable to be here.

The service is amazing. My therapist, Maryelle is very patient and helpful. She makes sure that I get informed of what we're gonna do prior to the session, which makes me feel comfortable and at ease. The staff were friendly and accommodating to your needs and availability. Highly recommended!

Referred by my car insurance All State. Everyone were knowledgeable in what they do. A pleasant place to go specially when assistance, help and services were needed.

I went here for a massage session with Alde, overall experience was awesome everyone was very nice and accommodating. I was taken in on my schedule no long waits. The massage session was very relaxing and my main concern of pain on my back felt relief afterwards, also Alde showed me some stretching and exercises that I can do at home. I highly recommend this place.

Shannen was very friendly and explained everything very well! After just three session i think i can go to the gym after my very painful hand injury. 100% would recommend!

I went to Belmead Physio therapy because I had lots of pain my right hip, knee and shin causing me to lose sleep. They immediately discovered that it was caused by some very tight muscles impacting the joints. After 2 sessions of both massage and exercise there was significant improvement. After 2 additional appointments my pain was received and now I just continue exercise at home. I would very definitely recommend them to friends and family.

After my car accident I received rehabilitation at Belmead Physical Therapy and I just can say I was amazed with the professionalism, efficiency and treatment that I received there by Ben and staff. I’m really looking forward to get more sessions there since I see real results!

If your body is broken, Belmead is the place to be. The staff is both friendly and professional.
My only complaint is about their 300 lb glass door to get into the place.not sure what that's all about? Lol

I have in the past attended Belmead Physical Therapy for massage therapy which was fine so looked into the facility for physiotherapy. The first visit was fine. My second physio appointment was scheduled few weeks later for 8: 00 pm.
I arrived at 7: 50 pm and checked into front desk. I already had
shorts and short sleeve shirt on ready for the session.
The physio therapist called me in at 8: 15 pm and when over past exercises and show me a few more exercises.
The session ended at 8: 35 pm. That was only 20 minutes, not 60
minutes which was booked.
I asked the front desk about charging my insurance company and they said it is charged by the session.
I felt this was cheating the system and also the physiotherapist did
not show much interest in assisting with my physio therapy.
I will not use this company nor the therapist as I felt cheated
and also for charging the insurance company for my session.

I have been goin here for just over a month & the staff are all very friendly. They are always very busy & very professional. I would totally recommend to anyone.

The people here are all wonderful and nice. I've come here for physio after an accident in Feb, and my body has only improved since then. I've also recently started receiving massage therapy here in conjunction with my physio, and my body has been finally been feeling near back to normal, if not better, compared to before my accident. Highly recommend!

When I got into my car accident in December 2017 I had to go to physiotherapy. Georgie was an amazing therapist. He helped me get better in 6 months time. Even today I still do my exercises and stretches he gave me.

Nice, knowledgeable staff and clean environment. Been dealing with back pain for a couple years and after about a solid month and a half of physio I'm finally pain free.

My experience was great. Laudina was very good at what she was doing and my injury is healing well and leg feels great. Would recommend definitely!

Superfriendly staff! Manisha and Ben are very caring and informative! Receptionists always polite. They have been very understand throughout all my trauma with the MVA I was in.highly recommend!

I have found that the staff are excellent in their work and respectful with their clients. I would recommend them to others. It was a friend who recommended them to me and I have been very pleased with them.

Hi. I always like to recommend people/services that are great. Last year 2018 I had two separate occurrences of injury where I had to seek out a physiotherapist's expertise. One was ligament/tendon pain in my elbow and the other was excrutiating muscle pain in the middle of my right side of my back. Both times I sought out the physiotherapists at Belmead Physical Therapy. I was actually quite amazed. They explained what was going on in terms that were simple and understandable and proceeded to give and show me several exercises to do that would heal the issue at hand. In both cases I was able to easily heal the issue with performing simple exercises. On top of that. I didn't even have to pay for the sessions at Belmead Physical Thereapy. The receptionist was more than happy to remind me that I was entitled under Alberta Health Care to certain amount of FREE visits. This I found particularly endearing as I wouldn't have know if they hadn't told me. I don't imagine that I would ever go to a different clinic for future physical needs.

Very helpful, and understanding staff. I have felt relaxed and welcomed every time I walk in to the clinic.

I went to Belmead Physical therapy for
physio for the first time.
I had a back pain and Pandia Hemant was the physiotherapist at the night.
After a brief assessment, he told me that’s a WCB claim so I had to submit a claim or he wouldn’t go any further.
I was going to use my own benefit though my employer but he said I couldn’t do so.
I wasn’t even sure if my back pain would be work related, but he said “although you don’t think that is work-related, it IS. So you can’t use your extended health benefits. ” So I went home untreated at the night.
I phoned their office back very next day, I was told that I could use my benefits if I don’t think it’s work-related. So what Pandia told me was all lies.
The funniest thing was, when I talked about my experience at work, one of my coworkers had the exact same experience at the same clinic with Pandia a year ago.
She said that she filled a survey and complained that Pandia forcibly created a WCB case and didn’t give her other options. (She didn’t file a claim and had been seen elsewhere.)
He obviously has been practicing in the same bad way since then.
They should take bad reviews more seriously.
