I have Spina Bifida in my lower lumbar and have been dealing with pain for years. I started seeing Olivia a few months ago and have noticed a huge difference in my pain/inflammation levels! I went to a few physio therapists when I was younger for sports injuries but it always seemed like a bit of a farce. But Olivia has made me a believer!

Dr. Michael Robinson has been our go-to chiropractor for many years now. He is very knowledgeable and skilled at making balanced adjustments and goes above and beyond. My posture has greatly improved under his care. I’ve since referred him to my family and friends. Thank you Dr. Mike!

Doctor Robinson, chiropractor, is a excellent doctor and very knowledgeable in his field. On many occasions he has fixed my back issues, from being in none stop pain to being cured and pain free, it was all because of Doctor Robinson.

Jordyn has been amazing. She helped with a chronic knee issue and I’m back enjoying my favourite activities. I highly recommend her professional and thorough care.

The professional staff helped me recover from my broken foot in a good amount of time. Amanda was professional and great to work with on my recovery.

I have been seeing Dr Robinson for almost 2 years now for chronic back pain, as well neck issues as of recent.

He has made such a huge difference in my quality of life, from laying in bed most of my days, to being able to mess around with things I haven't been able to do for more then ten years! He fits me in when I really need extra care and with regular appointments of laser treatments and manual adjustments I am more mobile with fewer days lost to extreme pain.

Dr. Robinson is a wonderful asset to the Lifemark team. He is an amazing Chiropractor! His gentle but extremely effective techniques, his professionalism and his truly caring nature make him an exceptional Chiropractor! I feel very grateful to have found Dr. Robinson.

From the start of my physiotherapy on my right hip, the staff were extremely pleasant, professional and accommodating to my schedule. I have nothing but good things to say about Jordyn and Teagan and the services they provide.

Recently treated with neck and trapezius muscle issues.the Physiotherapist was wonderful - She took the time to review all of my issues and ran thru her own testing to confirm the issues prior to treating me. She was very careful with my limitations and pain and provided me with several exercises to help with my recovery. I could not be happier with the treatment I received at Lifemark.

This clinic is amazing. I've been coming here for Physio and Massage - on and off for over a year and I have been thrilled with the quality of service. All of the staff are professional, knowledgeable, and truly care about you as a person. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Teagen Johnson has been my physiotherapist for 2 years. He has incredible assessment skills and has helped me through two hip surgeries. I am returning to work soon thanks to Teagen! He has been so encouraging and supportive throughout this journey.

I have used both physio and massage services with great results. The staff are friendly, prepared and well trained. I love that they are still maintaining Covid safety protocols to make their clients feel safe and respected.

Great place! After a workplace accident I spent a few months with physiotherapist Kimberly Dice. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very organized. She took the time to understand my injury, understand what I was explaining to her in regards to the injury and understand how it effected me. She tailored a plan to get me back on my feet and working towards some normalcy again. Still a work in progress but she’s made the process much less stressful and put my mind as ease with her approach to said injury. I’m very grateful. The support staff was also always a delight to deal with as well. Highly recommend!

We were in a major accident. When I came to Lifemark the staff was very friendly and helpful. My physiotherapist KIM, is a very kind and knowledgeable lady. She helped me through my rough times. TARA, my massage therapist is also great! I highly recommend Lifemark and the two wonderful ladies that helped me on my road to recovery! ️️

Awesome place to go when in need of treatment from physiotherapy to massage. Reception was awesome so helpful and accommodating for my needs. I had Olivia for physiotherapy for a few months and she was absolutely awesome, so easy to talk to about any issues and very effective treatment was received. I actually look forward to my appointments with the most friendly staff, highly recommend!

Great place! Everything you want at physio with fantastic results! Staff is amazing from reception to physio staff to massage staff! You need to get fixed this is the place to go!

Unfortunately I was not able to get any sort of treatment from this clinic and honestly now I am not interested in it, I was surprised and really off putted by the judgment misinformation and very threatening tone received from the receptionist about charges, she was not at all educational or had a desire to "help" I came in looking for help but after interacting with the receptionist I did not get the impression that that was the goal of the clinic and no longer have a desire to go back.

First time visit.appointment process was very easy and timely.therapist was very informative and helpful.would go back if needed.highly recommend

It's a high turn over place, so it's hard to get a therapist for the long haul. They also have poor hours

I am a young 46 year old who had a Hip replacement lol. The staff of Olivia and Amanda were fabulous to treat me "not as average" as mostly elderly get hip replacements. They were keen to give me strength and give me the best exercises for my abilities as an athelete! Glad to see that they looked at me as an individual and not just another number / hip replacement person. They saw my abilities and worked to improve my personal strength! Thanks ladies for empowering me!

Wonderful experience. My first time going to physio and I couldn't have asked for more. The shoulder is feeling great these days and I have Lifemark to thank.

The physiotherapists were incredibly helpful and treated my arm successfully to get it working again. So grateful for my recovery and it would not have been possible without all the work that Olivia did on it!

I had a great experience at this clinic. First, my treatment starting in BC where I am from and when I came to stay at my daughter's for a month, I needed to continue my physio and she suggested this location.
The staff is very welcoming and were very accommodating for my scheduling needs. I'm not a morning person so being able to come in the late afternoon or early evening was perfect for me.
Amanda was my therapist and she took the time to listen to my needs. It was more like a conversation than a "medical drill".
The facility is clean and relatively quiet (there's a gym upstairs and sometimes weights would be dropped).
There is plenty of parking. Also, this clinic is at the arena so you can always go for a swim after your treatment or grab an ice cream cone at DQ.
I highly recommend this facility if you need any kind of treatment.

This place is big, spacious and the best part is the online booking. Olivia is fantastic - she works hard to make you feel good/better.

Had a phenomenal experience here with the staff and facility. After experiencing a dislocated shoulder with some complications, it was a great comfort to find a therapist that was both knowledgeable and diverse in their skill set. Olivia was a pleasure to see and gave me an incredibly effective treatment over the weeks I saw her. I felt a significant difference in both my mobility and strength in my shoulder. Will definitely come back to her for any need I have!

This facility is excellent! The reception and all the workers are so friendly and polite. Nicholas Kmet my physiotherapist is very professional and actually talks to you and asks how you are as well knowledgeable.very pleased with all th staff and the progress I have made thanks to these people! Through cupping, acupuncture and exercises, Olivia has an infectious personality that helps me through the physio I need. I actually look forward to coming here. Teegen is my therapist. I have found him to be helpful, He takes great care to explain what I have to do, and why I am doing it.
The atmosphere in the facility is friendly, and it is also spacious.

I went to lifemark for Physio from January to February for lower back pain stemming from two previous car accidents and also the day to day demand of my job working with little kiddos. Courtney Robinson is an amazing physiotherapist, she is super knowledgeable and gave me stretches and excersizes that helped strengthen my core, improve my lower back function and help with my day to day life, in just over a month. Courtney was super personable and kind, always taking the time to make sure I felt comfortable and getting what I needed out of my sessions! I’m happy that I’m better but will miss the staff for sure! I highly recommend Lifemark to everyone!

Aurora is a keeper! I've seen my share of massage therapists and Aurora is by far the most knowledgeable and skilled I have found. She obviously cares very deeply about her occupation. She educates me on what she's doing while finding those elusive muscles that other therapists can't find. She also suggests stretches and other options I can do at home to care for my injuries. She makes me feel incredibly comfortable and we carry on a delightful conversation while she works. Lifemark is lucky to have scored Aurora as a massage therapist!
