Lifemark Physiotherapy Chestermere

If you are looking for a hands on physiotherapist, Chestermere Lifemark is NOT the place for you. I did my WCB treatment here and it was an awful experience. Over my 8 weeks of physio I saw my physiotherapist a handful of times and it was for max 10minutes (besides the first session). The physiotherapist seemed to have multiple clients booked at the same time as she was always with busy other clients and had her assistant look after me majority of the time. After my 8 weeks and on my last session I expected the physiotherapist to come talk to me, but she never came. Not only that, but my injury was misdiagnosed and I am now having to go for more physio at a different place. I believe if the physiotherapist had more time for patients rather than multiple at a time, the treatment would have been better, and my injury wouldn’t have been misdiagnosed. I felt very dismissed and will not return again due to how I was treated.

Amazing place, every time I walk in I’m greeted by the receptionist.with great staff especially mahdieh and Sarah they’ve both worked together to heal my lower back, there’s a great difference now as I can finally move more better and comfortably, I highly recommend this clinic and would come again

Nam Shykes is a magician! Tough to find Physio Therapists who are willing to use their hands to accomplish Active Release Therapy. It's the only therapy that works for my injuries. My lower lumbar was beyond stiff for nearly a year. Hamstrings and glutes also. I've visited multiple clinics with no relief. Booked a massage with him not expecting much and Nam fixed me in couple visits. Big strong therapist and very knowledgeable.
