I really recommend this place. They have great service from reception to treatment. I want to especially thank the professional Márcia Machado who was my physio and helped me with the treatment of my pain.

Marcia was kind and understanding. I have positive experience with all clinic staff. Sebastián went above and beyond to accommodate my work schedule.

I've been seeing Marcia fir physiotherapy for about 6 weeks since I was diagnosed osteoarthritis in my hips. She has been key in turning around my fear, decreasing my pain, and increasing my mobility. Marcia is a pleasure to visit, always sends me home with excellent tips, advice, and home exercises, and my pain levels and flexibility ALWAYS improve hugely after a visit. I would recommend Matcia and Lifemark without hesitation.

I've had shoulder pain for a long time and Marcia M.was able to help me very well. She knows exactly how to stretch and loosen the muscles. Although treatment has been painful at some sessions, I feel much better and am confident that she can also help others.

I had some lasting discomfort in my back from poor ergonomics and lack to exercise, to the point the discomfort/pain was impacting my breathing rhythm. Came to Lifemark and was quickly assigned to Marcia. She was able to levitate the pain with one treatment. And I slept well for the first time in two weeks! After three treatments, the discomfort was completely gone! Marcia is extremely attentive with great bedside manner! The entire team is very friendly and welcoming… great atmosphere! Thank you, Marcia and Lifemark!

Monique is such a wonderful physiotherapist! She helps me understand my injury through thorough explanations and applications to exercises. You can really tell she is on your side and wants her clients to feel better! I would certainly recommend her to anyone. She has a nice bedside manner, an intelligent understanding of human kinetics/body mechanics, and her treatments provide a lot of relief.

I have tried so many Physiotherapists in Calgary. Trust me you wont find anyone as good as Sebastian. He is the absolute best out there and you wont regret having him as your regular Physio. And also their other staffs, Tom for massage and Preet for chiropractic are really good too.

Sebastien is a fantastic physio! He seems to fix anything that bothers me in one or two appointments. He does hands on physical work on your muscles combined with needling. I am always amazed by how much better I feel the day after an appointment. I would trust anyone being trained by him and I’ll always refer people here. The clinic is always clean and I feel safe and respected whenever I visit.

Excellent service the only negative was that Doug my physio left for a new job before I completed my visits. Would recommend if you’re looking for treatment

Came in with multiple problems for a massage with Tom. He found and worked on all of them plus a few more I hadn’t mentioned. Left feeling hopeful that I was well on the road to recovery.

I have had a variety of reasons to seek physio treatments and with each one I have been happy with the time taken to assess the specific issue and come up with a treatment plan. I haven't stumped them yet and have had very successful recoveries every time.

I have had pain around my hip for years, and have tried many things but nothing worked. After I saw Sebastian a few times and it improved significantly. He is awesome!

The worst service I ever received, and it stopped at reception. The only thing they helped me with is finding another practice from the same company that actually wanted to help me. Don't even bother w Gulf Canada, go to their Beltline location. (They even have 4 parking spots dedicated to their patients). And the front desk staff are seriously the best I've seen in several businesses.

I have been going here for 5 years now and every practitioner I have has been professional and lovely. The physios are awesome and it doesn't matter who I have seen and the Massage therapist/acupuncturist has been amazing to. They are so friendly. Recently my only downside is after a super awesome friendly receptionist left no one has been as good but still the centre and the work they do is amazing

Don’t waste your time with other clinics. Sebastian will get you the help you need to be on your way again. Excellent, professional, and friendly service.

HALLELUJAH. I finally found relief when I went here. My sister-in-law recommended Sebastian after I was venting my frustrations about how I was jumping from one therapy office to another because the treatment was mediocre and not helping my pain from my car accident injuries. Sebastian does amazing work. He has a genuine interest to heal people, not to keep you stuck with him. He educated me with tools for things I could do at home that really helped. I felt so rejuvenated after every app.

This clinic is absolutely amazing. Everyone there is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, they always have your best interest at heart. Sebastien has done more than just be my physiotherapist, he is a life saver, I am no longer going through each and everyday in pain.

I have to say that Sebastien is absolutely the best physio/needling therapist I’ve ever been to! He’s 100% hands on the entire treatment which I believe has resulted in a huge improvement with my mobility and decreased pain. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He’s also kind, compassionate and very personable!
Honestly.if you have pain - he will do his best to relieve you and then work on healing you. In all the years I’ve been going for Chiro/ Physio, etc. I’ve never had a treatment like this!

I have been receiving amazing therapeutic massage from Tom at this clinic for many years and recently benefited greatly from physio by Sebastien to help recover from joint replacement surgery. The staff are warm and natural in their interactions with clients and it`s a great clinic!

Sebastian has been my physiotherapist for well over 15 years, during this time he has seen me through MANY injuries. His hands on approach makes a huge difference in my battle with chronic pain, helping keep me in a manageable state, or pulling me back when I have taken things too far. I know him and his team are always there to keep me moving!

Sebastien is a true credit to the Physiotherapy craft. If you are a Physio and aspire to be a good to great Physio, you need to learn from this man. I had lost faith in the craft due to many pointless experiences with my family, but after a strong recommendation from a trusted medical professional, I gave it a shot. Sebastien has restored my belief that Physiotherapy can be and is a strong and crucial piece of the healing puzzle. Highly recommended!

I've been going to Lifemark at Gulf Canada Square for almost 20 years and have seen Sebastien almost exclusively during that time. I trust him with my physiotherapy health because it feels like he treats my like family. He reaches out in between visits to check on me, reminds me to come in for a visit when I forget and asks about my wife's health as well. I think what keeps me going back to Sebastien and Lifemark at GCS is he accommodates my schedule, goes above and beyond on a service level, spends a lot of time on me, actually understands my problems and usually solves them. I can call him at anytime to discuss and he does his best to fit me in when I have an emergency. I can't imagine going to anyone else to take care of my body.

What can I say about this clinic that everyone else hasn't already said. Sebastien and team are worth more than the 5 stars allowed. I have seen Sebastien personally for atleast 14 years, but knew him through another physio clinic before that. I also worked for him for a while years ago and I will always come back here. It's home. I've always been both super athletic and super prone to injuries my whole life and my first call is always to Sebastien. He's helped me through two car accidents, and many many muscle pulls throughout the years. Anytime im out on the soccer field, or in the gym, I recommend Seb. This isnt just a clinic, with a team of professionals, but also a place that feels like family.

Sebastian is the best physio we have ever had. We are an active family and he keeps us all mobile, healthy and enjoying our activities.

As a young construction worker, and an avid skier and golfer, my body hasn't always been cooperating with my daily habits. I was seeing a Chiro and going to massage therapists to ease the pain, but the pain would always come back. Sebastien didn't proceed to hide the pain temporarily, he assessed where the real problem was, educated me on how the pain got there, and showed me how to prevent it from happening again. Truly the best in the business.

Sebastien has helped me a lot over these last 3 years. I always go to him for my tune ups and any work that needs done. He's my go to guy downtown!

I have seen Sebastien for a number of different issues over the past several years, including a hit-from-behind MVA. Sebastien is very professional and knowledgeable and I always feel comfortable that I am getting excellent care. My various issues have always been resolved with Sebastien's treatment and guidance. I have referred family and friends to Sebastien and will continue to do so.

Sebastian was able to fix my lower back issues only after a few visits. I had tried many others but none were able to alleviate the pain.

Excellent staff and service. I have been going to this physiotherapy group for the past 15+years and have always found them to be excellent. All staff are knowledgeable and because of their passion for their profession, they have been able to keep me moving when I really shouldn't be. Speedier recovery times! IMS and other physio activities keep me playing the sports I love even when I "forget" to do the provided exercises. Sebastien and the team are awesome! I highly recommend them.

Great clinic! Sebastien has been providing me with exceptional physiotherapy services for ~10 years. He is very professional and very customer focused, always listening and understanding the issue first and then drawing from his incredible repertoire of treatment expertise/methods/tools to address the problem. (Examples: ART, IMS, Graston……etc.) Not only is he empathetic, but Sebastien has a genuine interest in his clients’ overall health both physical and mental. I truly thank Sebastien for always “fixing”me, getting me back to health and of course his “homework” assignments. 100% recommend, as he is the BEST!

Best clinic in Calgary! I suffered from a lower back injury for just under two years and tried everything to fix it but nothing worked. I started seeing Sebastian and saw improvements immediately. After visiting him for a couple months I was able to go back to living my life pain free. They have super friendly staff and are always accommodating when scheduling appointments.

You know you are lucky when. You find a team of medical pros that help you with your physical challenges. I started out a few years ago with those aches and pains from sports and avoiding my stretches, until one day when I lifted a heavy object the wrong way which turned bad real quick.within 2 days I couldn't sit in a chair nor stand as it was just too painful, I could walk while dragging my left leg or lay around and that was it.
Sebastian got me in right way, gave me an assessment, followed up with my Dr and my MRI which showed a bulging disk, and set up my treatments. His hands on work on my back muscles, vertebrae, and hip along with heat, and IMS treatments plus adding Thomas for deep tissue massage. Recovery started to show later that week and you bet there was some work for me to do and they were there to keep me going.
I fully recovered, after some time I was able to go back to the gym, running, volleyball, badminton.every so often I go back for a bit of Physio and Massage, its like getting a tune up and leaves me feeling like I got "new hips" that loosen up and move better each time I get that tune up.
I was lucky, I already knew who to go to for help, and it has had a positive effect on my physical health. I couldn't have been luckier.
