WOW, I had a session with Kim she was absolutely awesome, I've been struggling with shoulders, neck pain, and a crazy headache for so long. Right after the first session, I felt improvement in my shoulders, and the headache suddenly went. I am very happy that I've finally found my forever massage therapist.

I drove 30 min to my appointment while stuck in traffic, just to be sent home after being 10 min late. I don't think Katarzyna Supa, the therapist, was genuinely trying to help me when she said she wanted to perform a fair assessment. Sending an injured person home knowing you could have helped them even a small bit goes against Lifemark's values and what the company stands for.

I needed help to achieve my goals after a knee replacement, I was very lucky to have Rocco as my physiotherapist to help me progress to where I needed to be. Highly recommend.

I had Renee as my physiotherapist for a painful shoulder injury. She was fantastic to deal with. The rest of the staff were also very pleasant and helpful, and their hours are convenient too. Hopefully I don't have anymore injuries but if I do, this is the place I will choose.

Rene Toxopeus is a outstanding physiotherapist who cares a great deal about her patients - she is very helpful and has led me to a manageable lifestyle after my accident. The staff here are very courteous and friendly too - especially Johanna!

I've gone here for physio with Renee and massage therapy with September. They're amazing!

Massage or physiotherapy, you can't go wrong with Lifemark. The staff is super friendly, capable and knowledgeable. If you are going in for physio, I highly recommend booking with Renne. She's probably the coolest one there. But don't tell the others.

My experience at Lifemark Heritage Hill was amazing! From day 1, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. During my recovery, I saw Tamara (Chiro) and Kat (Physio), and I couldn’t have asked for better therapists - they were both so supportive and encouraging. It is apparent that they genuinely care about you and want to see you get better. The clinic was very flexible with appointment times and made it easy to reschedule when life got in the way. I will always be so thankful for my experience at Lifemark - thank you all for making a very tough situation better!

Update: It has been 4 years since I started my journey of getting better after a car accident. Before this place I tried 4 other massage therapists and 5 other physiotherapists. When I tried to go to Melissa Benoi (physio) and to Tagyn Carsolio (massage), I could not find anyone better than them. Overall this location has great specialists and when my ttherapists are away I'm gladly visiting their colleagues here. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, it's easy to book appointments online and over the phone.

My back and neck problems brought me to this place and also not being able to walk without Tylenol 3.
Physio: after just 3 sessions with Melissa I could walk like a healthy person and had an exercise plan.
Melissa can use a variety of techniques! IMS recommended! Her hands are no joke! If you are a big guy or a tiny lady, her hands are by far the strongest I met. She will get into those muscles and release even if they are being stubborn.

Massage: Tagyn massages neck muscles like nobody in this city (OK, I haven't tried all of the therapists in the city but nobody did that to me before). She is awesome and a great person too!

After suffering a lower back injury and having no luck recovering on my own or through the help of a chiropractor I sought help here. After a few months of physio with Stephen, pain started going away and I now have a path to recovery in sight. Big thanks to all the staff here.

The staff were truly wonderful to see on a regular basis! They knew you by your first name after your first visit. I had a phenomenal experience with Lifemark. Here's hoping I never need physiotherapy again but if I do, I will definitely go back here!

I do not recommend this location at all. The physiotherapist was impatient and did not take the time to try and explain the treatment to me. The physiotherapist gave up on my treatment and sent me home because I had difficulty understanding. Complete lack of professionalism and patient care.

They are caring and they are knowledgeable. They truly are there to help I've been injured and they are still helping me with it everytime I come I know I will have a good experience!

The staff is so helpful and so friendly. I went here for a muscle injury from a car accident and my physiotherapist Stephen was incredible. He was so patient and when I would get worried and overthink he was amazing at keeping me calm and explaining what was going on. He listened to every concern I had and explained all the exercises so I knew what we were doing and how it was helping me heal. I went in terrified my leg would never heal and I would always be in pain but I saw a difference very quickly. I'm thankful to have met such great people during a tough time. They also have the sweetest dog!

I have seen Melissa, Kat and Amber for multiple injuries and they all have been amazing! They are knowledgeable, kind and care for their clients.
The front desk ladies are always great to see first thing aswell, they always greet you with a smile and they are very helpful with any questions and bookings.

I've used lifemarkat heritage on a couple different injuries and have been treated very well. The front line staff are friendly and really helpful. The therapists are very knowledgeable and listen to your concerns I always enjoy my time there laughing and telling jokes.

Amber is an excellent massage therapist and has a great touch for healing and knowing what your body needs for massage.

I came to Lifemark in mid January with something called benign paroxysmal positional vertigo and felt very sick and worried for my future health. The physio lady (sorry, I have forgotten her name) was able to hook up special goggles that took a video of my eyes and she positioned me in the ways that brought on the dizziness. In this way she could positively identify this particular disorder.
She then used some techniques to fix me and gave me some directions to ensure the techniques worked over the next few days. It actually worked and i am now cured of this thing (At least for now as it can reoccur)
I am grateful that she knew what she needed to do to help me and very happy that it actually worked.
