I recently switched from Massage Addict to here! Hidden gem, rates are better and Eunice is a very a talented masseuse. Whether you can’t handle traditional massage like my wife. Or you’re more like me and need that deep tissue. Eunice has excellent control and insight to get to the root of your aches pains and injuries. From someone who has been getting massages for 18 years my recommendations don’t come easily. I highly recommend you check out Eunice @lifemark Kingsway.

After my accident, I was hurting— not just physically but also mentally. I believe everything happens for a reason, and am so happy to have met all the staff at Lifemark - Kingsway. Debbie at the front desk always has a smile on and is very pleasant. My physiotherapist is Preet— There aren’t enough words to express how much she has done to help me— she is very knowledgeable and technical and she takes her time with you. She is not only good at her job but she’s a good person and that is very hard to come by these days. Last, I have seen both massage therapists and they really target all your problem areas and resolve your issues. You can tell that this isn’t just a job to these people, it’s their career and livelihoods and really all they want to do is help you and make a difference where they can. This place has become a safe space for me! Do not hesitate going here, I promise you will be taken care of from your first session through till your last! 10/10 would 100% recommend them to all my friends and family — and I will!

Geoff and his staff are very professional and provide the best of care to their clients. Was involved in an auto accident recently and they really did their best to get me back on my feet. Also gave some good advice on stretching and exercises to do at home. If I have any aches and pains in the future, I now know where to get treatment. Thanks for all your help.

I was referred to Lifemark after I was involved in a motor vehicle accident, and I was amazed how helpful and accommodating they all were. The receptionists were extremely friendly. Geoff is super knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. I saw him weekly for a few months, and he helped my recovery immensely. I saw Ninoska for massage, and she was awesome, too- I looked so forward to her hot stone treatments! Every time I left my appts at Lifemark, I felt better than when I went in. I’d happily go back if/when needed, and I’d refer them to anyone!

Kay-Ann is very helpful and friendly. I appreciate the time she takes to show me my physio exercises and her encouragement towards my progress. Thank you!

I get required perfect professional treatment; I want to say thanks for identifying my point of injuries and making short my healing time.the front desk service is also home type; too. Harry was a knowledgeable and caring physiotherapist with whom I had the pleasure of working. He took every concern seriously, and was thorough with his examination and treatments. Kind and personable, I was lucky to have him as my physiotherapist!

The first time I was there the guys was also amazing I called right away in the same week when I had another separate issue and made an appointment to see him.only to find out he want there but I was assured the director of the clinic would take great care of my himself.
When I met him and expressed my disappointment the amazing guy was not there. In a defensive manner he told me the guy wasn’t reliable and had two other jobs etc etc.information I didn’t need
I told the director I usually get traction for the issue I had in which he told me he did not use traction and made up excuses why. (I have had traction for years when this problem resurfaces and it has always worked)
So he told me he was going this abs he was more comfortable doing it etc. Everything he did contradicted

Well needless to say. It so do anything for me and the pain never went away.
I called and complained and asked for a refund and no one called me back. So here is my experience and my one star review.
I usually have gone to pleasant-view Pysio on 51 Ave and 110 st and it’s always nice I just wanted to save gas because lifemark is much closer.but it wasn’t worth it I should of gone to Pv and filled

Best experience I have had with physiotherapy. Staff there are very friendly. I never had to wait for my appointment like most places

I've been seeing Harry at Lifemark Kingsway for approximately 3 - 4 mths. I was diagnosed with Frozen Shoulder and I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed with Harry's knowledge and treatment. He is very professional and personable. I am finally seeing some progress after having to switch physio clinics as I was not seeing results from my first clinic. I sure am glad that I found Harry at Lifemark! All the staff at Lifemark Kingsway are pleasant and helpful!

I worked with Harry and Geoffrey in the fall of 2021 after a whiplash injury following a motor vehicle accident. Both physiotherapists were kind, understanding, and honest about how to improve my condition and ways I could implement exercises into my own routine to keep my health up. The front desk staff were also very accommodating and flexible with scheduling when any issues came up. If you experience an injury following a motor vehicle accident, I would strongly recommend the staff at Lifemark Kingsway to help you get back on track and start the journey to recovery, even if it takes time to do so. Should any issues arise, I will definitely be coming back to here to seek out the wonderful expertise of the team here!

Great staff all around! I received great help from my physiotherapist Udit Gaur at the Lifemark Kingsway location. I found him to be very professional and knowledgeable as I could easily share my problems. Thanks to him, I was able to recover fairly quickly from patellofemoral syndrome (runner's knee) and resume my favorite activities. If I need physical therapy in the future, I will leave it to Lifemark Kingsway and recommend anyone to do the same.

I had a torn ankle ligament and went to Kelsey for physiotherapy. She was excellent and I was back to my usual mobility and activites in no time thanks to her! I highly recommend Lifemark Kingsway location. Everyone I have encountered there has been very accommodating and welcoming. Their transition through covid has been outstanding, with not only making sure to stay in contact throughout the uncertainties but also doing everything they can to keep their clients and therapists safe. I would specifically recommend Mohamad Waseem for his outstanding care. He makes sure to go above and beyond during my time there, making sure to take his time and ensure he has provided the best care, I also enjoy the conversation and that he always has a great attitude. I had my car accident on Nov. 30th, 2019. Lifemark Physiotherapy Kingsway is my clinic for my physio & some massages started January 02- October 21st, 2020. My physiotherapist Hardeep Singh Virdi is very great & reliable staff @ this clinic. During my session with him he gave & helped me to do some exercises and put hot packed gel on my lower back that helped me felt good after my session. The tingling of my hand tip fingers were gone. He gave me some equipments like ball, hot packed & some copies of exercises to do it at home. Ninoska Arce my massage therapist here was very good too. As my experienced here @ Lifemark Physiotherapy Kingsway is really awesome. All staff are nice, my physiotherapist & massage therapist are very accountable & reliable. The clinic is clean. I needed treatment regarding my right side of my neck. Waseem was really helpful and really helped my neck. He was very gentle.

Waseem is the best physiotherapist I have ever been too, Thanks to him I am back to my normal regime without any pain. I had this shoulder injury which is way better now and i can go back to the GYM. I can fearlessly do my exercises because i know if i ever got an inch of pain whom to come back to. Thank you so much Waseem.

My TMJ was totally out of control face swollen on 1 side hurting really bad, and Geoff layed his magic healing hands on my face and took most of it away totally recommend there services here.

Got me in quickly, friendly staff, and follows social distancing protocols. I saw immediate progress after my first appointment with Waseem.

I was seriously hurt when I first started and didn't trust anyone including the therapist. But in time the work he was doing was having a positive effect. As hard as it I'm grateful for the help I received and would never go anywhere else if I was hurt again thank you hardeep singh virdi

Had been going for 3 months after a car accident caused bad back and neck pain and headaches. I worked with Sarah for my physio, as well as one appointment with Peter in her absence, and both were great to work with and helped with learning good exercises to help improve my flexibility and pain. I also received massage treatments with Jordyn and I very much liked that her massages were more therapeutic and rehab centered versus other massages I've gotten which never helped any back stiffness I would get. All of the staff members I interacted with were friendly and helpful, and it made coming in for my weekly appointments that much more enjoyable. While I'm still experiencing mild pain here and there, I've seen a lot of improvement and I feel that I received excellent treatment and would recommend to others for physio and/or massage services

The staff here are absolutely wonderful, Emma, Sarah and Brooke have all helped me either over the phone or in person and are always so wonderful and welcoming. Harry has helped me numerous times with my physio needs and I wish I could give him more than 5 stars. Hes incredibly comforting and has helped me so much. 11/10 great experience every time

I only have great things to say about Geoff and the other staff at the clinic. Everyone is always friendly, knowledgeable, and super professional. After every treatment I leave the clinic feeling great, energetic, and so much more solidly grounded and motivated.

Geoff was recommended to me by another health professional and he is now a key part of my rehabilitation team. My situation is complex, after having had a significant fall, but with Geoff's expertise and coaching the transition from my wheelchair to walking again has progressed strongly and steadily. He's patient, attentive, and always willing to answer any of my question. I can highly recommend both Geoff and the clinic.

I had my first visit last year because I had my right hand sore very badly. I did not have insurance and the the receptionist gave 3 free season. My Therapist was Himani Shah who is really helpful and polite. I was fully recovered after 6 seasons.
This time I have cervical pain and having physiotherapy with Garry who is really helpful and polite. I am very satisfied and recommend to all.
The massage therapist (Jordan) is very polite and helpful. She is the best massage therapist that I have ever experience in my life. She knows what she is doing. She is well experienced. I felt awesome in one season. God bless her.

110% satisfied with the outstanding service and experience. Nobody WANTS to need physiotherapy, but when I do need it, Lifemark on Kingsway is the only place I will go. The front desk staff are welcoming and professional, And the facility and equipment are clean and in good condition. I have been working with Geoff for a year now, and I always look forward to seeing him as I know I will get the best care possible, and have great conversations. Who really really helped me. I urge everyone to come here for care and to get physiotherapy asap. I cannot say if the other physiotherapists are any goos but mine is.

Came in with a back injury from work, being helped by Waseem Mohmad and I have to just say from the get go I was treated with respect and kindness, he made me feel comfortable and helped me understand the whys and what’s. I’m still in the healing process but I am super grateful for Waseem because he’s helping me a lot and he puts so much care into his work and that’s admirable.

Waseem is a great therapist. His techniques had helped my father improve a lot with his muscles pain. So I would highly recommend this place to others.

I had to come here because i was in a really bad hit & run. My entire body was hurting and i had a 4 month old baby at the time.
Harry is my physio therapist and he is awesome and very knowledgeable. He always answers my questions as to why we do things and how the muscles work and what happened to my muscles in the car accident. He also took into account that i was Post-partum and how that affected my muscles and body too. That is really thoughtful. The location is convenient for me and i’m 2 months into my treatment and i am starting to feel a lot better physically. We also have fun and joke around and it’s been a great experience overall. I would recommend to anyone in the area, they also have many more locations around edmonton too though!

I LOVE this physio clinic! Waseem has literally saved my shoulders and back. With my fibromyalgia my muscles tighten to the point of Horrific pain and my joints need to be worked on or they suffer the consequences.without Waseem the last month and a half i would totally be screwed curled up in bed and harldly moving right now probably crying in pain. The man is a God send i tell EVERYONE i know about him

Waseem Mohmad has been a terrific physio! I fell down on a icy place and my doctor recommended me for physiotherapy treatment for my shoulder pain. I was seeing no progress in my healing after several days of using home remedies, but soon after I started seeing Waseem, my pain reduced, I had a wider mobility and I was stronger. He was very easy to communicate with he treated me incrementally so as not to risk further damage, he used different techniques and explained what he was doing and what to expect. What I appreciate the most from him is the technical knowledge that allows him to see the issue more holistically and more long-term, than quick-fixes that may result in further issues later on. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. Lifemark clinic is a good place for physio treatment. Front staff always cooperative for making my appointments.

Since after my accident, ive been coming to lifemark physiotherapy and my therapist (Waseem Mohmad) has been very professional on taking care of me. He is very good and very friendly, his work is amazing and after each sessions you will feel better. Also the staff at the front and the massage therapist are very nice and theyre always willing to give time to help you. I would recommend lifemark physiotherapy.
