I wanted to sincerely thank my chiropractor Clifton who is respectful and polite towards all of his patients. He has been noting but help and guidance throughout my journey with LifeSmart. Amazing team!

I was in a car accident in November and my insurance sent me to Lifemark. Let me tell you I was in some uncomfortable pain walking in. I was greeted with kindness by the staff and promptly introduced to Clifton Pho. He assessed my injuries accurately, created a plan that worked for me and was easy to follow. With Clifton’s guidance and encouragement I learned about different ways to help my affected areas. Simple exercises yes, but gradually increased in weight/time/intervals of different exercises and even supplied me with the tools to perform some exercises. I wouldn’t have known where to start without the help of Clifton, definitely not had such a speedy recovery. From correcting my form to properly target certain muscles to creating an actual program I could follow at home and adapt to my fitness needs. He listened to my mental struggles, and was there for me if I needed anything. I can't stress it enough, if you listen and actively follow the advice he gives you then you too will make a full and healthy recovery. Thanks again for everything Clifton and I will be seeing you again!

I started going to Lifemark Lake Beaumaris in December 2022 for work conditioning – I have long COVID and I have been off from work for almost 1½ years. The receptionists are so kind and helpful – I wish I knew all of their names. Brittany is so patient and answers my questions – she is a delight to speak to in person or over the phone.

I have been working with James (physiotherapist) to improve my physical functioning. James is very knowledgeable and it is evident when he is speaking with me. He is very patient, understanding and supportive.

I had the opportunity to work with Alicia (physiotherapist) twice, and I felt like I had known her for a long time. I enjoyed talking with her, especially hearing her Dad jokes.

When doing my exercises, I work with kinesiologists Jolene and Devan. They are very patient and let me complete the exercises at my own pace. I appreciate that they always check in with me to see if I need a rest break. They are very supportive and encouraging.

I have been working with Sydney OT to manage my fatigue and energy levels. Sydney is very knowledgeable about ways to improve/manage energy levels. She is very understanding and supportive.

I feel so lucky to have the assistance and support from all of these fabulous people! Thank you for all that you do!

I have been going here for over a year now and I have always had a good experience. Ivy is a wonderful massage therapist and would recommend her to anyone. At the reception, Sarah is very helpful in setting up my appointments and makes the process smooth and easy.

This place has been great. I was T-boned a few months back and have whiplash and have been seeing Stephany for physio and she has been incredible, super helpful and supportive. Ivy for massage is hands down A+

I called to inquire about massages and Kristin was quite helpful. She was prompt and knowledgeable. Kristin informed me of the different services offered and the benefits of getting massages. Other clinics I have contacted do not seem to care as much about their clients as this clinic.

Was having problems with pinched nerves in shoulder and having a dull throbbing pain down left arm that was constantly there.tried everything from chiro to massage and accupuncture.nothing worked until I started seeing Alicia for physio and IMS treatments were discussed.we started IMS right away and six treatments later I feel great and pain free.highly recommended

Spoke to Kristin and she was very knowledgeable about the different services and treatments and helped me choose the right one for my needs.

My mom was in a motor vehicle accident recently, so she's seeing Shirley (for physio) and James (for vertigo). They're both amazing and so patient with my mom.

If you are looking for a clinic that is professional, clean, and provides multiple therapy care options Lifemark Lake Beaumaris is the place to go. Due to the therapy care that I'm in need of, I have had the opportunity to be treated by several different health practitioners at the clinic and can honestly say that all staff here from reception, PT, massues, etc are exceptional. Shirley and herc colleagues help me feel support every step of my recovery journey.

Dr Alicia was awesome. Tips she gave me benefitted me right after first visit. Thank you for everything, appreciate it.

I started to see Brinda sometime in June 2022 due to a car accident. My neck and lower back was effected. She has done such an Amazing job. I don't have that much pain anymore. Brenda is a great physio therapist. Thank you for helping me through a hard time.

After being in my first car accident, I was anxious and unsure of what recovery looked like. However all of my therapists at this location were remarkable! Not to mention the whole team always being welcoming, professional and polite! My therapist Brinda is fantastic. She's helped me go from a high pain, low mobility injury to low pain, high mobility condition! And all done with a smile and very pleasant attitude.

After a car accident James became my physiotherapist. He is a wonderful man and the whole team at beaumarus is wonderful. Just as I was to be released I had another accident and James again became my carer. I have thoroughly appreciated his care along with the rest of the team. Always greeted by name. I highly Recommend them.

I have been going to see James Murphy for over a year. I was in a motor vehicle accident. He is an extreamly great physiotherapist. He is very knowledgeable and is very patient. He takes approximately half hour with each client. You definitely don't feel rushed during your appointment. I would highly recommend, him. The rest of the staff are very pleasant as well.

I was referred by my friend to come to this clinic for a work injury. I called the clinic to inquire and Kristin was patient and kind to answer my questions and book me for an assessment. Unfortunately my therapist is no longer working at Lake Beaumaris, but I would highly recommend this place for their customer service, cleanliness and knowledge.

Honestly Ivy Alido is one of the best massage Therapist I have been to. Very knowledgeable and Professional. She provided excellent service. She was able to work out my problems quickly. My back feels so much better after seeing her. I am grateful to her. "I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. "

Amazing place, Amazing staff. They treat you more as a friend than a patient especially Brinda who was my therapist for my recovery. The way I was after the vehicle collision barely being able to move read concentrate pretty much doing any of my daily tasks was super hard. I thought and got told therapy would be a lot longer, but through Brinda’s jokes, advise and therapy, I feel back to my pre accident self which I am very grateful for. Thanks a lot to Brinda and also thanks towards the staff. 100% recommend this place to anybody who is injured and is looking for a place to recover. (No place or therapist better) ?

I been going to see Angela sale past couple months for my TMJ/Massage and she is a Rock Star. I would give her more then 5 stars! I had a lot of TMJ/Massage therapist and never had that much result but then she came along with her dedication and work knowledge she is giving me a better life quality. Thank you Angela, keep up the good work. If you need massage therapist she’s your girl!

I have been treated by Angela a couple of times and she does a great job. She is thorough and attentive with just the right amount of pressure. I would recommend seeing her regardless of your condition or needs; she'll have your best interest in mind with an effective and pleasant treatment.

Probably one of the best healthcare experiences I've had, despite unfortunate circumstances. James was great at dealing with compounding issues (vestibular, nerve, neck and back whiplash) and really trying to maximize time as well as treatment options. I never felt like I was regressing or had a wasted session. Would absolutely recommend for those that had major vehicle accidents or are suffering from a myriad of injuries from military service. Great for active duty/vets.

I suffer from chronic back and neck pain from multiple MVA's. Saw Angela for the first time, and oh boy did she ever get in there and fix me. Lots of knots were removed that day and my muscles and movements in my neck haven't been better. I highly recommend seeing Angela as she is remarkably knowledgeable and understanding of your pain.

Having been in an MVA earlier this summer, I was directed to seek treatment at Lifemark Physio Lake Beaumaris. I'm pleased to review that the staff I have dealt with treat patients with respect and kindness. The clinic is well kept and I have witnessed the on going disinfecting of surfaces prior to the next patient.

I have seen Jayden and Cathrine for Physio treatment for the past 6 weeks. They both genuinely put effort and care into their sessions as they explain the activities for recovery in detail and how it will help your personal situation. Jayden has provided me a scalable strengthening program that is easy to follow and has proven effective. No fluff.

My massage therapist Angela, has been great in our sessions - I am the type of individual who likes to understand the benefits of each treatment and she is patient to explain what she's doing and why it will aid in the healing process. I look forward to seeing her as she always introduces new methods to maintain my joints and muscles. There is never a boring session with her, I highly recommend her as she is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and authentic in approach.

I have had numerous appointments with Angela after being involved in a MVA. She is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in the many facets of treating injuries during recovery. Her professionalism is appreciated. I will continue to receive services from her on an on-going basis. Thank you Angela!

I have been seeing Angela for massage for some time now.she has a talent for hitting spots I don't even realize need work. Angela has a knowledge of how to work a muscle just right.

Great environment as soon as you walk in the door from the front end staff to all the physios. I have worked with a couple therapists and they are passionate and dedicated to help you reach your goals. The massage therapists are also the best around! Great clinic and would recommend to everyone!
