Lifemark physio helped me immensely. I broke my kneecap and the doctors told me it would be about 6 months to a year before I would be able to get back into training or any physical activity. Through the help of Sajad I am now back to training and living a normal active life after not even 3 months. I really appreciate all of Sajads help in my rehabilitation and his ability to get me back training asap. Definitely recommend!

Pranita is absolutely the best. She has help me out tremendously with my shoulder injury so I can get back to swimming. I would very highly recommend her. Don’t wait, go see her.

Pranita has helped me immensely, to recover from my injury, so that i may return to work. She takes the time to show me how to do things correctly and why it’s necessary. Although I no longer need regular appointments, i will continue to visit her, to ensure my exercise program is working to my benefit.

Pernita & Kinjel are very knowledgeable & understanding towards all your concerns, and Corey is one of the best massage therapists.
