If you are in discomfort and looking for assistance, this is not the clinic to go to. Referred by DR and after 30 days with no contact, called to find out it’s a 6-12 month wait to even get to see someone. Stay away. Reception is also not the nicest to work with.

I'm super happy with how good I feel after seeing Jordan for physiotherapy. I no longer feel like an old lady with a bad hip. She is awesome! Everyone there has been super nice and great to deal with as well.

Terrible, had to cancel a treatment that started and go to another company where the treatment has been great. All this because the receptionist was not prepared to listen to the fact that I had multiple ways to settle an account and had just misplaced my Credit Card. Sadly after reporting it missing I actually found it. In the meantime I was harassed and called multiple times and e-mails to collect the fees for two visits which should have been covered by AHS and or Blue Cross Group Plan.

Had a great first experience with acupuncture under the diligent guidance of Pranavi Thampi.
I initially booked an appointment for a massage and Pranavi suggested the combo of massage + acupuncture.
She was very thorough with all my questions and concerns and walked me through the entire process before proceeding. At every moment she made sure I was comfortable, relaxed, and stress free. The whole experience was great and I will be going back for more sessions!

Many compliments to Lifemark Repsol for not just treating me superbly upon an admission for extensive treatment of a work-related shoulder injury, but for treating me as an individual. Particular kudos to Miranda Agoye, my physiotherapist, who found and adjusted the right treatment plan to treat a complicated injury in a complicated joint, and whose care has been both extraordinarily professional while being personal - she's absolutely wonderful, and I can't recommend her (and Lifemark) more highly.
Add 5 January, 2023: I received a work-related injury to my lower back, and returned to LifeMark for treatment by Megan Patterson. Again, the facility is clean, professional, and well-equipped while the staff are second to none. Megan thoroughly assessed the injury, and treatment varied from muscle relaxation/stretching, active rehabilitation, needling and other techniques, and recovery of both range of motion as well as strength has been wonderful. Megan is attentive, focused, and has shown comprehensive knowledge regarding both the injury and the best methods to recover - LifeMark and their staff never disappoint!

I've attended this Lifemark numerous times for a few injuries (MVA, snowboarding) and the care I've received is attentive, patient and tailored to maximize recovery. Jordan Finnie and Emma Aucoin have been my therapists so far and I cannot hesitate to recommend them enough.

They have swimming pool and other athletic sports activity and have food kiosks inside. But I went to meet my surgeon for my health needs.

Hi. Pranavi has helped me tremendously with my damaged right shoulder; this has been combined with my physiotherapy sessions as well. Pranavi has helped me gain more mobility and deal with less pain. She has always been very concerned with my comfort on the table and then with the pressure that she has been applying. She kept me informed on what she had planned for the current session and then with the future ones. It felt great that she had a plan to deal with it and that gave me great confidence that there was a long term goal with the treatment. Thank you!

I have been seeing Pranavi Thampi for massage and acupuncture treatments. I have a meniscus knee tear injured. She has helped me to relief the knee pain and more through acupuncture. The massage has been helping my shoulder and neck pain. I highly recommend going with Pranavi.

I went in with a recurring issue with my knee from hiking. I felt a bit silly going in long after the pain had subsided, so I thought there wasn’t much they could do for me.

Kim boettger was extremely sweet and thorough. Very knowledgeable and clearly enjoys her profession and gave me really helpful exercises to help me heal my knee and also recommendations on how to strengthen my hips to prevent further issues. Would definitely recommend her as a physiotherapist! I learned a lot and was really happy with this location.

Saw Pranavi regarding my upper back pain and tight calves from playing hockey multiple times a week. Pranavi took the time to ask me questions and when I was experiencing the worst pain.throughout my treatment she went over stretching and what else I can do at home to help my pain. Pranavi is highly recommend and I will defiantly be seeing her again!

So blessed to be assisted by my Occupational therapist Mr. Fraser Cashion. He had an home assessment to me recently that He’s a huge help to me and assessed fair enough to all my needs. He’s very Professional, respectful, detailed. He’s helpful to me even after he’s work done to me I can easily emailed and ask about my injury. Hes a great asset to the company. I highly recommend a therapeutic massage at Lifemark. My therapist, Cristina McDonagh, helped me work through several issues I was having with my back and hamstrings. She coordinated with my physiotherapist to learn about my pain and helped me identify additional tightness that was contributing to the problems and provided me strategies to address it.

I am going back for a second massage with Cristina McDonagh. She helped me identify areas of tightness and provided an excellent massage that hit those points of discomfort from the office work lifestyle. I recommend her!

Iv seen Cristina for a couple massages. She is friendly and professional providing excellent service. Very thorough and applies the right amount of pressure to each muscle. Totally recommend her!

I recently had a massage appointment with Cristina and was very impressed (no pun intended:) Cristina quickly understood my requirements and was responsive and thorough during the session. I will certainly be making regular return visits as part of my health routine.

They make you wait, both at the physio area and the doctor. You feel your time is not important. And the doctor insists you have to use the lifemark physio therapist, which is impersonal and has one physio for about 6 to 10 people at one time. O

Received an incredible physio program after a snowboarding accident involving my knee. They really take the time to make sure you get support and see progress in the recovery process. Can’t say enough good things about this team.

When I first went to Lifemark I was in pretty bad shape with Vertigo. Carmen, my vertigo therapist did an actual vertigo examination to see if it was vertigo and what’s was causing my vertigo. When she told me I had an inner ear infection, and it had cleared up, it left me with vertigo. She started treating me right away, and after the 1st treatment and the exercises she gave me, I was already starting to feel better. I believe I saw Carmen 5 times and I’m feeling like myself again. I am still doing the exercises, and I believe in a week or so I will be completely back to normal. Carmen was so good at explaining to me and my sister everything that was going on and she made it so we understood her. I never knew there was such a thing as a vertigo specialist until I was at the hospital. I have already recommended someone I know from the gym, Anytime Fitness, and she has already seen Carmen a couple of times, and she said she wished she had known me 9 months ago, as she has been suffering with vertigo for all those months and not knowing about Carmen or a vertigo specialist. My advice to my doctor the next time I see him is not to give a person medication for vertigo, but to first have them see a vertigo specialist so the patient can get treated immediately. Medication doesn’t fix the problem, the right diagnostic does. I just want to say a BIG thank you to Carmen. You saved my life. Gail Stacey

I saw Eric Moon for knee injury after dog ran into me at dog park. I was walking with much difficulty but after only two treatments (3 weeks after injury) I was able to resume regular running routine (albeit slow). The exercises Eric prescribed were amazing -not easy to do but they definitely fixed my knee. Thank you Eric.

I've been going here for 4.5 months since I got ACLR and meniscus repair surgery and have been seeing Eric Moon. The facility is great and everybody I've interacted with is very nice and courteous. Eric is an incredible physiotherapist who is very knowledgeable and supportive. He doesn't hesitate to answer any questions and is always willing to spend extra time with a patient if they need it. Eric has also been through an ACLR surgery himself so he really does understand the rehab process inside and out. I'm ecstatic with the results of my knee so far and am looking forward to making even more progress in the coming months. If you have ACLR surgery in Calgary or the surrounding area, Eric's the guy to see!

I have been going to Repsol for Physiotherapy. I have been seeing Eric Moon and he has rehabbed both my knees for partial knee replacements. I don’t know how to describe Eric and not sure that I will get it right. Eric has been an important part of my life. He is an AMAZING physio. He is caring, supportive and pushes the recovery which is amazing. He is friendly and so humble that I feel like I am going to see a friend not a physio for treatment. My husband and Eric hit it off right away and the rousing began over Edmonton or Calgary hockey. It was very entertaining for me and certainly took my focus off the pain I was in. I beyond recommend Eric for physio amd because of how he treated me, my whole family goes to him for any new issues.

Eric I Hope you read this as you truly are amazing at what you do and your passion, dedication and commitment to treating your patients doesn’t go unnoticed. Thanks for all the good chats.

I was referred to see Dr Dougall here and had my appointment the other day. I was happy to find that parking was free, it was easy to access, my appointment went well and it was easy to exit out of here as well.

My visit there was pleasant and quick.
The staff were helpfulI. I was happy with the prognosis I received from the doctor regarding my injury.

I attended this clinic on May 8th and to say the least I was very disappointed. About 4 years ago I was at this clinic and I had Brittany as my physiotherapist and she was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately she doesn't work weekends so I got assigned another physiotherapist named Eric Moon. To start off he made me wait about 45 mins after my scheduled appointment which according to your front desk staff he does a lot. The time spent waiting wasn't so bad as your receptionist is very professional and friendly. To make a long story short Eric didn't do much investigation as to why my knee was sore. He pretty much made the assumption that it was arthritis and that there was not much he could do other then send me home with some exercises and to come see him in a month. I asked him on my way out if there was any therapy we could try as Brittany years ago did electrotherapy and IMS therapy and my knee responded well with exercise as well. His answer was simple "he didn't belive in that kind of thing". So I definitely left with a bit of a sore taste in my mouth but decided to give it a try and do his exercises and come back in a month or so. Just yesterday was the 3 week mark and I was not improving very much so I decided to get a second opinion at a different physio place. Come to find out from my new physio place called Chinook Rehab and an amazing physiotherapist named Faizal that I have a MCL injury. He started actually doing shock wave therapy plus electrotherapy and told me to do different exercises at home and to contact him in a week or so to check in and maybe reschedule if needed. So not only did Eric make me wait, not preform any tests on me, do any therapy, he completely misdiagnosed me. This again is very unfortunate as I really liked Repsol Lifemark physiotherapy but I will never go back because of the way their employee treated me.

I was going to Lifemark Repsol Centre to receive treatment for whiplash. I received massage therapy from Cristina McDonagh. She is an amazing massage therapist. She listened to my concerns and adjusts her treatment to target the areas I needed work on the most. She is very in tune with the body and I left feeling much better. She also gave me stretches and tips for me to do on my own which I appreciate. Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Pranavi for many years now for massage therapy and could not be happier with her services. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and I always feel well taken care of. She will be just as amazing at acupuncture when she completes her schooling and I can’t wait to see what her future holds. Lifemark Health is very lucky to have her!

Fear runs the place and you have to wait outside (in the rain) until 15 minutes before your appointment. If a patient was inside for longer than that, they were at risk apparently. It appears that C19 takes at least 20 minutes to spread. Or so their policy indicates.

I wasn't aware that AHS guidelines limited the number of minutes in a building. All I read is distance, masks, etc.

FYI, doctors were great, staff was friendly, just their individual policy on minutes in a building seemed ridiculous.

Lifemark has been a life saver! After my car accident I felt like I was falling apart. Thanks to the great work of Cristina McDonagh, Kelly Nadin, Brooklyn Stretch, and Carmen Hon, I am on my way to recovery. I am so grateful for their comprehensive approach to my healing including finding and addressing different aspects of my condition. Cristina applied cupping and other techniques.more than just massage. Brooklyn spotted my concussion before it was formally diagnosed. They have all really gone above and beyond!

I was injured at work and previously had a good experience at the Lifemark clinic many years ago.
I found the physiotherapy treatment conducted was very generic and not tailored to my specific needs.
I found my injury was miss diagnosed which caused many other issues.
I would suggest the knee clinic for any lower body extremities injuries.

The physiotherapists who helped me within the past year at Repsol Lifemark were very kind and friendly. One young woman was a big help for shoulder and spine and I am most grateful.

The worst place I've visited in canada if you are a person with experience you'll find out that they're just having fun giving basic service zero due diligence poor services.

Superb physiotherapy service performed during the Covid 19 Pandemic, initially virtually from Eric Moon then 7 visits (both face to face and virtually from Evan Wasylyniuk, the Clinic Director.) The series of exercises offered post knee replacement surgery saved me from potentially requiring further surgery to correct my knee bend. The expertise, the clear concise instructions, the intensity and duration of the exercises guided me to achieve the correct gait, muscle strength and knee bend. Evan was both personal and professional, offering continuous long term support. I now easily walk several kilometres a day due to the care I received from Evan for that I’m truly grateful. I highly recommend their physiotherapy services.

I’ve had several injuries and pains over the past few years and every time the physio treatments I’ve received here has been a lifesaver. Both Carla Smith and Evan Wasylyniuk are fantastic Physiotherapists and have helped me through a lot of tough pain and back to normal or better.

I have been getting treatment here for multiple injuries. Most recently, I have been working with Dylan P on knee pain and wrist injury. The knee pain was easily fixed with the exercises he gave me within 2 months and about 3 visits in person. I have since added those exercises into my regular routine and I have had no issues since.

We have now been meeting every 2 weeks to work on my wrist injury to get me back to working order ASAP.

Lately, I have had to use virtual care only due to COVID and he has provided me with great explanations as to why he gives me each exercise and stretch and is able to adapt to the equipment and materials I have available at home.

Today I went to my first yoga class in months and I had no pain, no pinching and full range of motion in my wrist. I am so happy! Thank you Dylan!:)

Admin staff are super nice and easy to work with. I have yet to have a bad experience with them and I have been going to them for about 2 months for MVA Recovery.
Eric Lee is my Physiotherapist and he has helped a considerable amount. IMS, stretching, and TENS has been the main methods of therapy and he has done a great job at helping with my neck injury.
Kelli has been my primary RMT, her technique is great and she is awesome to chat with during our sessions.
Pranavi has also worked on my injury, she was also great for the time that I saw her, she really helped release the tension in my neck and upper back to get me moving my neck again.

Was in physio for 6 weeks it was great staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable nothing but good things to say. Great experience

Not overly happy with my experience here. You basically are one patient being seen by a physiotherapist who has 4 other patients on the go at the same time. My physio was knowledgeable. But I don’t think she was set up for success to treat me well as she was constantly running between clients. I would go to a smaller physio clinic (which I have) to get more one on one help to really quickly solve an issue. Would not recommend.

I've had an overall rapid exponential recovery in regards to my ACL/meniscus injury from the summer and give large credit to Lifemark's incredible equipment, services, and rehabilitation knowledge! I'd recommend anyone with ACL/knee injuries to go see Erin Gibb, hands down! Erin is highly attentive to your injury, asks a lot of questions to further understand the individuality of the injury, and assesses accordingly to each unique case. She's highly knowledgeable as hell and has offered me an array of different moves and approaches to healing that best fit me and I'm 10-fold grateful for it. If you're looking for someone who is light-hearted, fun, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares and wants the best rehabilitation for you; Erin Gibb!

I have seen both Dylan and Brooklyn many times. Both are incredibly kind, professional and considerate. They use the perfect blend of exercise and hands on work to ensure you leave feeling great and have the tools to self manage your injuries. Would definitely recommend to all my family and friends!

I've had two injuries in the last few years that have required me to go to physio. Both times I went to Repsol Lifemark, and both times I felt truly taken care of.

The reception desk made sure that any coverage I could receive from the government and my insurance was used before I had to pay out of pocket. They also gave me a count down of when my coverage would finish up. There were no surprises here.

Both my physio therapists went above and beyond to address my injuries, the after effects of said injuries, and even the preexisting conditions I may have accumulated in the past that were hindering my recovery.

While I hope to never have to use their services again (knock on wood), Repsol Lifemark will be my number one choice if I sustain another injury.

Brooklyn Halwa was my fantastic physiotherapist. She obtained my xrays, & after discussion with me started a rehab program that worked. Very impressed with her professionalism, knowledge & friendliness - a great experience. I highly recommend Brooklyn.

I've tried many, and this place not only makes you feel welcome - but allows you to heal at the pace you require, with an attentive staff who adjusts and adapts based on your rate of progression.
