I have had to visit more than six different Chiro and physio places due to my scoliosis, and Fab at this place is still the first and only specialist who was able to minimize my pain AND make my back look normal. I can't emphasize enough how amazing he is at what he does, how much patience he has, and how considerate he is. I'm in Ontario now for school, but every time I go back to Calgary I still make sure to book an appointment with him.

Absolutely fantastic Physio clinic. Cathy Duncan was very thorough and attentive. She provided explanations for every new exercise and test performed. We worked through a methodical progression to assist recovery post-surgery and we achieved our goal on time, returning to normal activities 3 months post-op. This was due to her care and coaching, and some hard homework. Great facility right inside the beautiful Rocky Ridge Shane Homes YMCA.

I've been going here for physio, massage, and acupuncture for 3 months now. The staff are the friendliest, most bubbly people I've ever met in a medical professional center. The moment you walk in, reception knows your name and greets you with smiles (behind masks). Appointments are always on time and very professional. Great place for all-in-one treatment.

I’m an avid golfer and for the first time I developed some pain in my left hip through my knee. I was limping and unable to sleep more than 2 or 3 hours at a time as I am a side sleeper and the pain would become unbearable on either side after a while. I went to Lifemark at Rocky Ridge and started treatment. My Physio Therapist was Cathy Duncan. Cathy created a program to focus on my IT Band on my left leg. She performed hands on strong physical treatments and gave me programs to take home and work on that area. After 4 or 5 treatments my leg is like new and the associated pain is gone. I truly cannot thank Cathy and the staff at Lifemark enough for the professional service and care I received.

I wish it was more than 5 stars for this wonderful team. They all go above and beyond. From reception to professionals that treat you with ultimate care. I had such great care provided to me by Cathy, who is a very talented and professional physiotherapist. She really helped me a lot during the last 4 months as she worked tirelessly to assist me with maintaining mobility and reducing my pain. Everyone there is so kind and welcoming, and I totally recommend them to anyone seeking help with injuries, whether they be work related or not. Thanks to everyone there - what a wonderful team!

Had an all around great experience here earlier this year. Reception was welcoming and efficient and the PT I saw was great. Jennifer explained things well and answered all questions. Always felt good during and after the appointment. This will be my first choice when I need physio again.

I was involved in a MVA back in April of 2018 and when the ER doctor first examined me I was told I would be lucky to walk again as i had broken my back. 9 months went by and my broken bones had healed but my muscle were shot and i could walk with the aid of a cane or walker.

This is when i went to Lifemark in rocky ridge and was paired up with Jennifer O'Reilly. Jennifer was great at motivating me she new i had done completive sports in the past so I was ok with being challenged. Things were stating to get better I could go to the grocery store and push the cart, we were making progress. Then covid hit and we got locked down. Have no fear Jennifer would send me emails and check in on me and make sure I was following the plan. From the time lock down ended until this past month Jennifer worked with me. Every visit she would start with the movement check to see what we need to Physically, what really impress me is she was always asking questions about me.she was checking up on how my my state of mid make sure i was staying positive and not giving up. I'm happy to say I'm doing great working out 3 days a week and using a rowing machine 5 days a week. So much for not walking!

Jennifer THANK YOU! My life is better for not just me but family's for you being in it. I would not have had the success I'm now enjoying in my like with out your caring, dedication and professionalism.

I want to thank Fabricio for helping me get back on track regarding my sore knee and hand. I have an underlying arthritic condition which flared due to overuse in those two locations. Fabricio was able to reduce the pain and inflammation through multiple
therapies including ultrasound, interferential current, and acupuncture. The staff are very friendly and have strict infection control protocols in place.

Sean Buckley gave me an excellent massage today. He focused his work on the areas of my body that I told him were sore. After the massage I felt relaxed and had decreased muscle soreness

Hi my names Colton (my daughter is using my account for something so she changed my name on here) anyways I was here after my van got rear ended, and then when I was feeling better I slipped and fell at work which caused my back pain and whiplash to come back, but Kathy had helped a lot in reducing that pain! And the receptionist Carrie (i think that’s how you spell her name) made me feel welcome, always checking on me when I’d come in for my appointments. If I was going to be late due to weather or forgetting what times I was supposed to be in I’d call her and she made sure I was either able to come in as soon as possible or reschedule it to another day. So I’m really thankful for this place. I’d 110% recommend this place if you need physio.

I just completed treatments for neck, back, shoulder and left knee injuries at Lifemark, Rockyridge in Calgary, Alberta. Aside from getting the appropriate treatment to help me progress to recovery, I also received excellent feedback on the reasons for the cause and pain I was encountering from Cathy Duncan, my physiotherapist, who was very pleasant and professional. In addition, it was very nice to get a warm welcome from the ladies at the front who were completing the intake activity on each and every visit. I would highly recommend being treated at Lifemark, Rockyridge!

Fabricio is an excellent physiotherapist. He is very thorough and takes the time to answer my questions in detail. Very happy with my treatment. The clinic is very clean with strict safety protocols. Appointments are always on time. I highly recommend this clinic.

The whole experience was amazing. Right from front counter to the therapist. Cathy really knows her stuff and has a fantastic way of explaining the intricate workings of muscles. This is the best sports med clinic I have ever been a patient at, including Sarah, who I am so lucky to have as my Physiotherapist. The inter-professional collaboration between the various health disciplines at the clinic has been essential in healing me from two recent consecutive injuries. If it wasn't for their communication, I would probably still be spinning my wheels looking for solutions and suffering. Just had my tennis elbow "fixed" here. Cathy is a pleasure to deal with, very professional and friendly. Highly recommend going in early before things get harder to fix.

The front reception to PT who looked after me while I was at the clinic were all friendly, helpful and professional. I will most certainly return to this PT if I ever experience the kind of back pain I had coming in this time. And without delay, as it most certainly helped me get back to my baseline quickly. I came to Lifemark in extreme pain. They were so helpful and kind. Jennifer went above and beyond to give me physio that fit into my lifestyle and still helped. Even when I couldn't really explain what was going on, she helped me with pain management and exercises. They were very flexible in scheduling and the atmosphere is very kind and welcoming. Safety protocols are good and I felt very safe during Covid 19. Jennifer has allowed me to go back to the activities I love and had definitely improved my quality of life.

I was guided here by the powers that be after my almost fatal car collision recently. Most would relate to the mental, spiritual and physical aptitude required to completely heal from such an experience. Everyone here was amazing to provide not just a service but go beyond understanding that empathy, patience and integrity supersede all. First visit and won’t be the last! Beautiful new clinic and super friendly staff. My physiotherapist Jennifer explained everything she was testing and why so I could understand it, her exam was so thorough! I will be recommending to family and friends:)

My wife and I dealt with two Physiotherapists Cathy and Wes, and to make this short, these were the two most unprofessional health workers we have ever dealt with in Calgary. There were times they double booked so that we had to wait or worse still, share our time with other patients but we were willing to forgive those and not make a fuss about it. When COVID hit, we had to put our treatments on hold and then when the province started to open up, I got a call from Wes to come back and continue the treatment. I told him I had asked my doctor for x-rays so I would have to come in after the x-rays. Imagine my surprise when I received an email from Wes that I had been discharged because of a lack of communication! I have text messages that I sent back and forth with Wes informing him about the x-rays and seeing a specialist! And that's not even all. My wife received a similar message from Cathy who then, without my wife's permission or consent, emailed our family doctor for her medical records! You discharge a patient and then go behind her back to ask for her medical records which has nothing to do with you. Even our family doctor thought it was strange and called us to talk to us about it and that's how we found out. When my wife emailed Cathy to ask the reason for the request, her response was that she had asked them to disregard the request. Why she requested it, no answer. I made a complaint to Lifemark main office but it seems they have no problem with what happened because it's been about 3 months and I have heard nothing from them. When I think of this location, two words come to mind - unprofessional and unethical. Mark and avoid, in my books.

My therapist Jennifer O'Reilly is a star! I have never felt that comfortable and connected to a therapist. She is knowledgeable, professional and relatable. Her persona and easy approach led me to trust her opinion and diagnosis. To put the icing on the cake, my treatment was successful and Jennifer provided me information, exercises and guides towards a life long maintenance of my knees.

Lifemark Rockyridge has very friendly staff and always available to help. The facility is great and always kept neat and clean. Cathy (physio) helped me a lot with my knee injury and at every visit took the time to analyze and treat the knee, and recommending great exercises to treat and eliminate the injury.

I am a 54 year old man who played college football. I have a lot of problems resulting from those years in the sport. I have seen many physiotherapists and i have never encountered someone like Jennifer. She has to be the best and most knowledgable therapist I have ever seen. Moreover, she takes the time to understand and then explain the problem. I will keep coming back to see her and will make sure to recommend her to friends and family.

I tore a ligament back in 2017. I would of not have recovered as quickly without the help of rehabilitation of Lifemark.

Everything went smoothly with insurance and the staff are educated well beyond their means in sports medicine. I would absolutely recommend.

Fabulous staff! I had two injuries and had the best physiotherapist - Jennifer was so amazing! Spent alot of time with me, answered my many questions, and was so knowledgable! Very clean facility and appointments were right on time!

The clinic is well organized, easy to access and kept very clean (even before Covid). The clinic receptionists are always friendly and welcoming. Cathy is fantastic and so easy to work with - she is a huge patient advocate and just a joy to be around! She listens to the patient and can easily structure her treatment around a patients comfort level.

After being in a car accident i was left with severe back and neck pain, it was hard for me to function. I had difficulty with ordinary tasks and even sitting or standing up, i was referred to this clinic to see Wesley Chau and i can say i am very thankful i was. Wes took me through the beginning stages of stretching and loosening of my back and neck muscles and helped me work my way back to normal function and eventually full strength. He did an amazing job looking into what i needed to recover and highly recommend him and this clinic.

I have been recovering from a car accident, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. The front office staff are the most friendly and caring people I've met in a clinic thus far. Everyone wants you to get better and cheers you on when you've hit those milestones. Catherine has been amazing all through the process and has helped me rehabilitate immensely. I'm not there yet, but I know she can get me where I need to be. I've been doing Virtual care as well, and even though I was skeptical on how it would look, I'm so glad I started. Catherine has been perfect on the virtual care aspect as well. She explains everything throughout and guides you through what needs to happen. I'm super impressed on how well its working. I've recommended this place to many people, and will continue to do so. I appreciate everyone there!

This is just in regard to responsiveness from Lifemark locations in NW Calgary. Somewhat slow response to email from this location, and no response to my email from the other Lifemark location in Crowchild. I have yet to use their services though so cannot comment on that.

I stumbled in with screaming pain in every step, an angry knee at issue. An hour later I walked out without agony (not completely healed, but on the road.). AND all credit to Cathy Duncan, a truly gifted physiotherapist. Two more visits and I danced out! Great people all round.

I came into lifemark with a shattered knee cap and unable to even walk or bend my knee. I was very concerned if I would be able to get functionality and my lifestyle back even close to what it was. I felt very confident almost immediately with the level of professionalism and knowledge the staff displayed. They know their stuff and further more keep things upbeat so it's not just an appointment. They really are a team and were so accommodating to meet my needs as life happens. I was seeing both Danielle and Cathy throughout different stages in my recovery and they would always do their best to work with me and my schedule to make sure we kept things moving forward.
This coupled with being located right next door to a state of the art gym was amazing. There were so many resources right at this center to aid in my recovery.
I am proud to say I gained back full range of motion in my knee and most of the strength. I believe I will gain that all back as well with time and continued effort that they have shown me the way to do so.

When I first showed up to the clinic with a lower leg injury I was in pain, limping and unable to exercise. After 5 visits I am pain free and am able to exercise regularly with no restrictions. Cathy also helped diagnose the root cause of the injury so I have a better chance of avoiding the same injury in the future.

Very pleased with this clinic. I saw Cathy Duncan to treat my tennis elbow and she was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I was able to get appointment times that suited my schedule and she seemed to resolve my issue with minimal visits. I would highly recommend Cathy to anyone with tennis elbow or similar injures.

The front end staff here are amazing. Unfortunately that's where it stops. There were two great therapists here and now they are both gone. Super disappointing.

I had a massage with Sean Buckley this morning and it was the BEST massage I have every had. I was in a great deal of pain and I could hardly walk. Sean explained how 'cupping' works and I was very impressed on Sean's knowledge and expertise with relieving my pain. (I am hesitant in recommending him because he might get too busy with patients and then I won't be able to get an appointment!) But in all seriousness, he is a miracle worker!

I had an injury post IronMan race in June. I was in so much discomfort I couldn’t sit down and I could barely stand or walk. I visited Cathy, a new physio at the clinic. She listened attentively, performed some diagnostic tests (very thorough with muscle groups, tendons and ligaments) and identified the issue almost immediately (not my back! But my quads and hips). She performed some treatments to provide some symptomatic relief (I actually sighed, that’s how effective she was) and prescribed some exercises and stretches for me to do at home. I had four more sessions with her to promote complete healing and prevent further damage. 2 more half IronMans, 20 hours per week of intense training for 5 months, and a full IronMan later and I’m still fixed. Cathy is professional and places you at ease, and she clearly knows her stuff. I highly recommend her. The clinic provides fabulous customer service. They are so friendly!
