As soon as I had my first appointment and met Carlos last summer, I knew I was in good hands! No pun intended! Carlos as well as all the staff are very respectful and professional. I’ve been going for regular massage therapy and my body is definitely thanking Carlos’ expertise and massages. Great environment and great staff! I’ve been coming here regularly for a couple of months now, and all I can say is WOW! I started seeing Carlos for massage and Paula for physio after my back seized up, leaving me in intense pain with very very minimal mobility. I noticed immediate results the second I left each appointment with them and together they had me completely back to normal within two weeks.
I’ve continued going every 1-2 weeks for massage with Carlos. He is the only massage therapist I’ve ever had immediate and lasting results with. He is incredibly knowledgeable with what he does and can find every point of pain I have without me even saying anything. We’ve now progressed to every 3-4 weeks and my back & neck have never felt better! I have increased range of movement, giving me the ability to work longer hours and lift heavier in the gym. And an amazing perk is my headaches have completely stopped!

The Lifemark team was amazing provided me with professional physiotherapy that helped me treat my neck and back pain caused by car accident. I perform the learned exercises at home for relaxation and better body mobility. After the manual back massage (Carlos), I felt like I was reborn, I slept better and more quality and took less painkillers.

I broke my wrist in December 2022 that required surgery. I had the pleasure of booking at the Lifemark Beltline Clinic for my Physiotherapy. The frontline staff are wonderful to deal with in finding a time that works for you. Paula Munro that has been working on the wrist is absolutely outstanding. I am continuing to see Paula even after AHS paid sessions are finished as result of her work. If you are looking for a great Physiotherapy clinic in the beltline area please consider.
