I saw Alex Hiatt for pelvic physio. She was such a good listener, knowledgeable and had relevant suggestions to help.
I use her exercises that I was given and feel my issues have improved.

Maria, Neema and Rick and combo that will repair anyone from the top of their head to the bottom of their feet. Their personal attension to your care is top level and then just to add Alexis meets you with a cheerful and friendly smile on the way in and out. What a great place.

Great customer service provided by the front desk staff, especially Alexis. She was very pleasant and helpful when answering my questions and helping me book my appointment.

Mau was very helpful. Was very informative and gave easy to follow guidance on exercise and maintaining my knees from too much jumping, as I get older the body doesn’t quite work and stay loose as well as it used to.

Maria and Shikha have been doing a fantastic job on making my knee rehab an awesome experience. Keep smiling ladies!

I saw Rachelle Kichton last week for dry needling on my hands and forearms and she is amazing! I am a spinner and knitter and my hands get very tight and stiff, after my treatment I am able to resume my knitting and spinning without down time and they feel limber and loose! It is not a pleasant treatment but gets easier each time. Rachelle is no nonsense and gets the job done!

Thank you to Rachelle and her assistants Shikha & Jalpa for providing extremely professional and thorough treatments over the past few months. I have been seeing them prior to my hip replacement surgery and they have all been super friendly and helpful. Rachelle uses a variety of modalities, IMS needling and manual techniques that have been very beneficial to my pain management. Her practicum student Maddison was also extremely friendly during my visits. I would highly recommended this clinic for any Physiotherapy, Massage, &/or Kinesiology treatments. THANKS AGAIN LADIES!

Physiotherapy is something I have never had to think about until my accident last year and after my two surgeries this year. Rachelle was recommended by my surgeon to work with getting my arm back to normal. Rachelle is smart, kind and empathetic to my condition, she is very knowledgeable and has vastly improved the muscles and movement in my arm. She recommended Courtney to help with the muscle pain in my neck and arm, thank goodness because Courtney has been a great help with her massage therapy, she has helped with the pain and movement as well. I want to make a shout out to the support staff who assist with my therapy. Jalpa and Shikha, they are two very kind ladies who are always smiling and ready to help when needed. Thank you ladies you are making my rehabilitation so much easier.

Had Logan take me through my shoulder and knee rehabilitation. Was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and decisive on what was going to reduce my pain and improve my overall quality of life. In just a few short weeks she was able to get me back to competition and pain free.

I recently had the privilege of visiting Mau, and I can confidently say that he is a true gem in his field. Mau's profound knowledge of therapy techniques and his unwavering commitment to staying updated with the latest approaches truly sets him apart.

I was impressed by his genuine care and attention. Mau takes the time to thoroughly understand his clients' concerns and tailors his approach accordingly. His expertise is evident in the way he explains the therapy process and educates his clients about the best possible methods to alleviate their issues.

Norm was fantastic to work with. Took the time to understand my issues and communicated with me throughout the treatment.

Taylor, Ali, Norman and Mau were apart of my treatment team and helped me return to work. They provided me with strategies that I continue to use to help manage my symptoms.

Lifemark is always a delight to go to, with great receptionists and care. Maria is our wonderful physiotherapist who always treats us with such compassion, providing excellent care paths during appointments, as well as helpful take home tasks. Shikha, our physio assistant, is so sweet to talk to while she provides additional therapy at the end of appointments. Everyone here is always so pleasant and accommodating, we would choose them over anyone else!

I've been seeing Erin Tang for over a year now, she is a phenomenal physiotherapist, I would highly recommend her along with Courtney she is an absolute amazing physio massage therapist. Thank you ladies

I am recovering from upper spine surgery and Rick has been so good with giving me direction and listening to what my body needs. The exercises are very appropriate with what I need and I like that I have control over my recovery by doing them at home. Thank you Rick

I had a really bad back injury that made walking incredibly. The team of Nipun and Mau took their time to made sure I healed correctly. And have me guidance towards preventing further injury. The thoroughness and understanding from these gentlemen were great and I would highly recommend them.

She knows very well my condition and what is best treatment for me. Since the pandemic she took my case and I started my treatment with her, noticed that I was getting better and better. I was at this clinic for close to 2 months for a WCB injury and honeslty every aspect of my time there was amazing. Taylor, Gary, and Dana who I was seeing regularly were just amazing. They made it so enjoyable to be in the clinic 4 times a week. I can’t forget some of the other staff who I would see around the clinic who would join in on the banter and make it just that much better to be there. There was never a dull moment while I was there. I don’t think I could have made the progress I did with my injury without them. Overall all the staff there were just so welcoming and wonderful to interact with. I don’t think I had so much fun while in treatment like I did at this clinic. If I have to go though anything like I did this past couple months I will most certainly go back to this clinic. I can say for certain if you want a good laugh while working to get better this is the place to be.

I just want to say thank you again to everyone that was there for making so much more enjoyable during my recovery.

I have been seeing injury treatment Rachelle for months. Highly recommended! Her massages are amazing! Rick is also worked on my foot. The best team I have ever seen. I couldn’t walk due to pain and now, not only I am able to walk again and very happy. The whole team is excellent. Shikha is hard working and there to assist physiotherapist. Definitely Recommend!

I started seeing Rachelle and Courtney a few months ago after having knee surgery. Both have been super helpful and essential to my recovery. I’ve seen Logan for a while now and she has lead me through many assessments and treatments. I’ve had many lingering injuries from years of running that she’s been able to identify and finally help me recover from! She’s a joy to be around and I’m so happy with my results!
