Alice Li was my kinesiologist and she was amazing! She is very knowledgeable, has great manners and created a very welcoming and friendly space. She answered all my questions and I was always happy to see her. I would recommend her to anyone!

I completed a four month Post Covid-19 rehabilitation and recovery program with Lifemark, including Occupational Health Therapy (with Gagan), Psychology (with Mckenzie), Kinesiology (with Taylor) and Physio Therapy (Steffi). The entire team was absolutely wonderful. I was not just another case. They made me feel like an actual human, made me feel heard. My feedback was taken into consideration working through the program by adjusting the therapy plan according to my body’s response. I really appreciate the flexibility, honesty and professionalism of the entire team.

Val and Gagan were fantastic to work with. They were great listeners and excellent at tailoring my recovery experience to help me get back on my feet fast. I really appreciate everything they did for me! I feel like my regular self again and I love it!

I did the 6 weeks program, Soloman and neo were working with me through the program, they did awsom job,
The facility its clean and the personal were very proffessional.

Thanks you to Albert, Tanya and Krista. They were very knowledgeable and helped me with my shoulder. Still needs some strengthening but with the exercises to take home with me I know it will help.

Waiting 30+ minutes and was only person in waiting room. Receptionists where less than enthusiastic to serve me.

Very friendly medical professionals. One of the few times I have been pleased that I was referred somewhere besides my usual GP.

Throughout my rehabilitation Lifemark has been awesome! From the therapy phase at North hill through to retraining with Manel at Sunridge etc it has been top notch. It was a long road and I am thankful Lifemark was there along the way!

I've been calling for 4 hours. Anybody picked up the phone. I went to the clinic calling with my phone on my hand, and didnt ring in there I asked what happend. The girl behind the desk treat me like a dog. And they told me they always pick up the phone.
4 hours calling I went there and look at you after complaint they picked up the phone.
2 persons behind the desk 4 hours watching their own selfphones.
I cant believe it, and they tell me is my fault.
I have no words. But somwbody there is getting a salary for have a couple coffes in the morning.
Just don't come here there are more clinics.
Still I just can't believe this.

Lifemark at Sunpark plaza Is one of the best physio places to go to my last 8 months have been awesome experience After my back fusion I just seem to get better and better every day thanks to Rachelle kichton

Been to four different Lifemark clinics over the past nine years and now that I have found a REAL physiotherapy clinic I would strongly recommend not going to this place that works solely for the insurance companies and not in the best interest of patient health. I was left alone on a bed that was five feet high and fell off and tore my knee up while I was only a few weeks out from spinal surgery. They took no accountability for leaving me needing surgery for my knee and therefore, can’t work, and receive no compensation for it. It would cost $2500 for a retainer to file a lawsuit and my chances of losing are too high because the insurance companies will equip them with the best legal defence money can buy. Thanks Lifemark, after nine years of patronage I now see how a good brand becomes corrupted.

I have a very big reason to say what I am saying.for life mark sunrige physiotherapy I was totally believed that I am already disabled and useless, but one guy changed my prispctive towards my  healthy, 100% fully recovered return to work which I enjoy every day. Adem has amazing magic touch & tought, what he Say's is true, what he shows works. Interestingly he put him self in to my shoe  by saying "our pain,   our injury, our difficulty.extra so I feel that both of us are injured and only difference is he is experienced patient while I am newly injured.
Any one who has any kind of injury try to see Adem then you will be freed from any types of pronouced disability.
Adem, keep it up a lot of lives are in need of your help.

Ultimate SCAMMERS had a 9 minute session with Psych doctor and being charged 190.00 for a full session. Do your best to avoid this place at all costs, they refuse to direct bill extended benefits and charge an hour for less than a 10 minute session CRIMINALS

I've had a overall fantastic experience at this establishment, despite the fact they couldn't fix my back issue, the hospitality I recieved from here was outstanding. 1st I went to CBI and for those of you pondering if that's the right place for treatment ITS NOT, DONT GO the way CBI treats you, is border line abusive, save the heartache and second guessing yourself.lifemark, I was treated like a human being, nobody rolled their eyes at me and I never felt punished for having a back injury or treated any different like I experienced at BOTH CBI'S in the NE.
I highly recommend lifemark to everyone who needs them.

I highly recommend life mark Sunridge location to anyone who is currently looking for physiotherapy. My physiotherapist is Santosh Singh. He is very helpful, friendly, and supportive. Andrea is also very knowledgeable and helpful.

The front receptionists Robyn and Genesis are also very friendly and are always welcoming and positive. All the staff is great.

Kennedy is dedicated to helping people, very knowledgeable, and passionate about her work. Anyone who works with her will have a great experience!

I highly recommend Lifemark Sunridge to anyone who is currently undergoing physiotherapy. Their staff is well organized, knowledgeable and super friendly. Appointment timing is flexible within your schedule. Not mention Dr. Santosh Sighn and Andrea had been outstanding throughout my treatment.

Kennedy has been nothing short of fantastic. She enjoys helping people and she does it very well. She is very respectful, as well as having a great attitude. She covered all the ground that needed covering.

I have just completed the Advanced computer training course. My instructor was Cina Rust, I also had her for Intermediate as well. She was a great instructor at no given time did I ever feel intimidated to ask questions. I am grateful for all she taught me.

Lifemark has helped me return to work after a grueling surgery. Service is amazing, and the physiotherapists work wonders. They work at the pace you need to get back to work, and they adjust everything to make sure you are being helped effectively. My physiotherapist, Santosh Singh, is the reason I am able to recover fully. 5 stars.

I attended the WCB re-employment services at Lifemark, Sunridge after being injured-on-the-job beginning in August of 2019. I experienced that the program at the facility seriously lacked the expertise required in employment services. The resume writing session was antiquated at the time. The experience was detrimental to my success. Wish I had a better review for you.

I just completed therapy with Santosh. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful in completing forms and paperwork and gave me exercises to do at home.

Kennedy is very caring and kind and I can tell that she enjoys helping people. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her services to anyone. She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. A+

I was talking to the receptionist her name was ROVYN, like a week ago a not so friendly and a not so helpful staff i was calling back regarding my appointment for clarifications and when i said that i think she was the one i was spoke to earlier she was like
“ you have to be specific i talked to hundred people everyday! ”
I said regarding my knee brace appointment then shes was like
“you have to be MOREEEE specific”.
How could the patient will be more specific if you have not even asking any information from them like whats the name so atleast you can help and check it out in your system to what we really need but not a single question that you asked! You were just waiting for me to talk and keep saying i have to be more specific like really? I think its your job to atleast ask the first name and last name of the patient so you can figure out what is she talking about instead of being rude.
So everytime you tell to the patient that we have to be more specific, what information we have to tell you though? ! YOU HAVE TO ASK US!

I accidentally cut my finger at my job, the cut was so deep that i had stitches on my finger. They registered me under Worker's compensation. I went to lifemark for physiotherapy and they did a great job by providing me excellent treatment i really appreciat Mr santosh for doing an amazing job, he suggested me some exercises and now im able to move my finger. Moreover the staff is really very nice and polite. I highly recommend lifemark sunridge for getting perfect treatment.

I got best experience at lifemark sunridge. I took physiotherapy treatment under santosh shing, he helped me alot during that treatment in clinic and online as well. I highly recommend him if you're in need of physiotherapist.

Booked us for a service they don't even offer. Front desk staff not knowledgeable. Wore my own mask in, reception asked me to take it off and use one that she handed me. Asked her if she realized that by taking off my own new mask and putting one on that she was handling would cause more contamination. She said ya. Then handed me the mask. No clue.

I will recommend this clinic to anyone. Santosh is very good at his work. And he looks after his patients needs and takes the time to see what their problem are. I feel golden after I leave his treatments.

Good Place to recover fast. Physiotherapist Ramesh sir is really good at his work. Proper professional work. Gentle nature. His colleagues are good to and front staff was really helpful too. Thanks

i admire Ramesh Tiruttani and his methodical approach. I highly recommend him, he is an amazing physiotherapist. He is non judgemental, delivered honesty and respect, enthusiasm and quality of care. He definity shows pride in his work. Each session, he answered questioned, had a plan for my recovery. He asked questions, gave exercises and reviewed my needs.i was to the point of hopelessness, prior to seeing Ramesh.i was at another physio and went 51/2 months with little results, (i was asked to call wcb for approval -something was not right).

Within a week with RAMESH, he gained my confidence in the physiotherapy treatments.i started to feel numbness lessen each session and more use of arms and hands. I am so thankful i was introduced to Ramesh, his attitude gained my confidence in recovery. The staff at this sunridge lifemark are truly friendly and professional.
I only had to work on recovery he did the rest. THANK YOU, YOU ARE THE BEST.

I went to this office after my automobile accident and it was an overall good experience. I worked with Santosh on my treatment plan and he was friendly and knowledgeable. I would reccomend this clinic to my family and friends.

I came to the Lifemark Physiotherapist clinic limbing and could hardly walk two blocks because of ailing leg and neck, but just within a short while I experienced a great deal of improvement. Although I'm still not out of the woods yet, but if I were to seek another Physiotherapy treatment at Lifemark, I would definitely request to be assigned with Santosh because he is not only a caring but patient and diligent Physiotherapist.
