Best place to get juice and mods. Price is well put in place. I go there every week to get juice and i can honestly say that it is very friendly when i arrive and the girl there knows i like my niranja would definatley keep going there and recommend for new people who vape as well rock on team

I typically shop here for my mods as they have been super knowledgeable in the past. I came into this location one day just to buy some juice. I had been having problems with a mod I recently purchased at a different retailer in Lloyd. I had taken the mod back to the shop I had bought it from and they basically told me to F off. So when I came in I asked Navi if the mod I had was known for issues and he knew right away the problem I was having. Even though I bought the mod at a competitors store, he did all of the leg work for a warranty replacement. He took all the info, got the mod replaced for me within a couple weeks. Navi, you went above and beyond for me. Helping me out, texting me on your off days, giving me eta's and letting me know my new replacement device was in. Considering I bought this device at another store, you had no obligation to help me. You probably could have sold me a new device that day.

Thanks so much for all of your time and effort. You define what true customer service is. I will always return to your shop to buy my mods or juice and have recommended your store to all of my friends! (My new device works great by the way!) <3

My father recently came here looking for a base plate for his vape. They didn't have it in stock at location, but phoned another that recently got a shipment in. They had the other location on southside send up the product and he was able to get it in no time at all. Definitely a place worth looking at for great customer satisfaction!

Saved my stupid self from myself. Dead batteries and no charging cable but they have fully charged batteries. If you're looking for super sexy Mods, they have some of the nicest I've seen. Really nice shop, huge selection and was greeted and helped as soon as I came in! Love it!

Needed a new mod today and the girl was super patient with me. I have no idea what is what and am thankful for her help
I am not a huge fan of there instore vapejuice line but they have great alternatives.

Was dealing with another "Sherwood park vapes" store for my Nord vape and found out that I was using the wrong coil for my juice the whole time. The people at LifestyleE cig are very knowledgeable and know exactly what they are talking about I highly recommend them if your in the area.

They have data print outs of what’s in the vape juice. Meanwhile other companies truly don’t care about your health. I always see people coming and going when I stop in. The staff makes it a point to remember you as well. Just am overall great experience.

It’s nice to see a really clean store front and bathroom area. It shows that the staff love to make sure the shoppers experience is the best it can be. I have quit smoking for 3-4years thanks to this place. Thanks for my health back lifestyle

Went in on Saturday 29/12/18 to buy some juice. Decided to go for one of their Christmas "Grab Bags", figured 150ml of juice for 20 dollars was a good deal so why not. I've been going to the shop for a couple years now and have had great service, but this time I left feeling disappointed. In making these grab bags, LEC separated the 3mg and 6mg juice, allowing people to buy a bag with one or the other depending on what nicotine strength they normally go for. My bag had a 3mg, 6mg and 1.5mg, and upon going back into the store to ask if I could switch out the 6 for a 3, the clerk just said "nope, all sales are final". So now I'm left with a bottle I'll never use, because someone messed up packaging the bag I bought. I figured they'd treat me a little better being a regular but I suppose that wasnt the case. It was LEC's screw up, not mine. Little disappointed to say the least. There's a lot of awesome, service oriented vape shops in the GEA that I could shop at instead in the future, and I just might.

Edit: I had purchased the 3mg grab bag. The whole point of these things is to be excited about the different juice you get, and not having to worry about whether or not the nicotine fits your desired strength. The 6mg I'll never use, and the 1.5 will be a last resort type of juice. So this 20 dollar deal turned out to be not so much of a deal at all.

Edit #2: Sofia from LEC went out of her way to personally contact me to rectify the issue. Customer service is always about providing a solution to the issue, and she accomplished that. Big props to her for reaching out.

Service is always prompt, courteous, and helpful. Employees are passionate and engaged. Other companies should send their employees here to witness exceptional service. Products are top quality and consistent. I recommend their house brand over anything. Why would I risk going anywhere else again?

Visited this shop for the first time today and was very happy. The 2 gentleman working had quite a few customers and were effectively helping everyone out in a timely matter with the upmost knowledge and friendly service. I had just visited a different shop in Edmonton who left me feeling stupid and unwelcome for not knowing a lot about vaping or the mod I wanted to set up. The guys at lifestyle did not make me feel stupid for bringing in an older mod a friend had given me, they helped me find a battery and suggested some juice flavors and let me sample them. The guys at lifestyle were more then happy to give me advice, tell me the proper ways to set it up, fill it and change coils. Very happy with my experience and products purchased, we will be back! Thanks a lot!
