This was my first experience at this specific location. There was specific staff members that were very accommodating and Gwen was one of those people. My wife and I could not afford highend frames because our insurance, Just wasn't the greatest but she made a way that our insurance covered every cent of my prescription. She even went the extra mile because we could afford the whole deposit upfront. I walked out of there with brand new glasses and a different outlook and Perspective on how people should Be treated with the utmost respect if that respect is given to the staff first. This wasn't a five star WOW experience but it certainly was Is pretty darn CLOSE. If I could get back any negative or constructive criticism not everybody can afford frames that cost hundreds of dollars. Sometimes any company needs to know that people just can't afford to look trendy and sometimes it wouldn't hurt them to lower their Prices of their frames because we all can't dig deep into our pockets at times. It's the prescription lenses that make you see better not the frames.

After 10+ years with the same clinic I was losing faith in service and care. I had 2 poor situations that caused issues with my day to day. Then I was involved in an MVA with damage to my eyes. After months of treatments, Dr Johma was a breath of fresh air! He cares, took time to educate me, remembered details of our conversations and followed through to the end. Christanne helped me pick out new glasses and they handled all the Insurance paperwork for me as well. I have already referred 3 of my employees and will shout their name from the roof tops. Today my employee had an emergency and they managed to squeeze him in to ensure he was safe.

This is the greatest experience I have ever had checking my eyes in my whole life! Since I started being helped by Jaime, actually finished with the girl named Christianne. Dr. Jomha is a great doctor!

I did enjoy my visit there! All staffs there are amazing. The staff from reception who did my test explained very well how the test goes and what it does. She's very knowledgable. Dr Ibrahim is very professional and compassionate on what he does. I hate wearing glasses but Malak helped me chose the right glass for me, i enjoyed choosing my eyeglass and theres lots of option too! I definitely recommend this place!

The staff and Dr. Jomha were amazing in what they do. They were all pleasant to deal with. Dr. Jomha patiently and thoroughly explained the procedure of my eye treatment. I would definitely recommend this clinic to everyone who needs eye care and treatments.
