I experienced exceptional dental care by Hee Joo! She is very professional and thorough. She took the time to explain every step of the process and meticulously cared for my teeth. I even got my complementary whitening session! I highly recommend her for anyone seeking an outstanding hygienist who goes the extra mile for their patients' smiles!

Linda was very gentle and provided valuable dental hygiene information during and after the cleaning. She also informed me about the services and charges ahead of treatment which was much appreciated.
The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. It was a 1st visit for me but won't be the last. Highly recommend.

Love going here for dental cleaning and free whitening, been a few times now. They are not pushy about getting any extras like X-rays but do offer them. The staff is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Office is clean and location and parking are great.

Sally is simply wonderful! She’s very personable and takes time to explain exactly what’s normal, abnormal, and to educate you on how best to protect and care for your teeth and mouth. Great friendly office. Free whitening at the end is a nice bonus. Previously I have had issues with sensitivity due to whitening with a kit sold to me from my orthodontist, but the gel they use here doesn’t seem to bother me.:)

Marjorie is very thorough and is concerned about your level of sensitivity. Communicate your areas of concern and she will definitely look after them. She is a gem. Cheerful and friendly, too. I’ll definitely come back again with my whole family.

I always have a great teeth cleaning experience with Colette. She always made sure that my teeth is look at in every spot possible, and we always have a good conversation. I also get free teeth whitening, free toothbrush, and dental flaws. I also love their molr toothbrush too!

My family and I have been attending Lifetime Smiles for the last 5 years or more with no issues. Recently the owner left on medical leave and my family and I have had nothing but problems. Lately unexplainable charges on their invoices. Reception staff not notifying me of charges prior to charging my credit card and the most scary one being I signed an Authorization to charge my credit card for account balances owing and that somehow gave them permission according to their office manager to charge my 19 years old credit card when he attended their office for his teeth cleaning. My son never signed his own authorization. I will no longer be attending at this clinic.

Marjorie was an amazing hygienist. Front staff are very polite and welcoming. Absolutely amazing from start to finish.

Very knowledgeable, kind, and friendly staff. So much better experience than going to a dentist office. This is the best way to receive dental care. I don’t think I can go back to the old way of seeing the dentist just for regular visit and have the attached dental hygienist clean the teeth. Actually the staff at this clinic can do x-ray, exam as well, with way more detail explanation than any dentist I have seen. Definitely recommending this clinic.

I’ve been getting my dental hygiene appointments here for a few years now and I have nothing but rave reviews. The hygienists are gentle but thorough, they use the latest technology to document and track your records, they charge only the Alberta fee guide so no out of pocket expense, conveniently located by south centre mall.

My time having my teeth cleaned was very good there were times when I really couldn’t understand the hygienist but I’m assuming that was because of all the PPE that they are required to wear.

I would recommend this place and I will return either next year or the year after

Found this place after feeing like I was always being overcharged for cleanings at my regular dentist. Great work, super friendly and price seems to be much more appropriate. This was my second visit and equally as impressed as my first visit. Also direct billing is a bonus

Amazing. Hands down the best cleaning I’ve ever had. And the price! Fantastic. MUCH less than you would pay at a dentist. AND they give you a free whitening with the cleaning!
My hygienist, Kristy, was SO thorough and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She was honestly the best. I’ll book again with her anytime I’m in Calgary!

My family and I have been going to see the great hygienists at Lifetime Smiles for the last 4 years and they have been nothing short of amazing! We did our visits in Claresholm and then followed Dr. Sally to her clinic in Calgary.
One of my children had so much anxiety about seeing the dentist that he would have to be sedated to finish cleanings, up until we switched to Lifetime Smiles.
My children ask when their next dental cleanings are and always leave with a fresh, clean smile on their faces.

Love the staff here. I'm so glad I started going to Lifetime. They have been so great with my children (ages 7 &. 9), that they can't wait to go back! The hygienists are very good at what they do and inform you of any oral issues they see. I'll never go anywhere else for cleanings!

I have been here twice now. Excellent service and office set-up. Very friendly staff. Wonderful business from a patient's perspective. I can't say enough good things about it. They are environmentally friendly, the staff are extremely supportive of one another and it is such a pleasant environment to be in - even amidst a pandemic. I needed a cleaning and I found out they also give a whitening treatment at the end of the session. Which had me convinced. Sally was my hygienist and she was amazing! Super friendly, genuine and so knowledgeable! Probably the best cleaning I've ever had! Highly recommend!

We had a great experience at lifetime smiles. The staff is very courteous and accommodating. The service was great and all the employees are super kind and informative. I'll definitely go back and highly recommend to anyone for their dental hygiene needs. They were also super nice to my 2 year old son which we all know children can sometimes be a handful at that age. I give them 5 stars.

Fair priced, and Very friendly and reassuring. Came for a cleaning for the first time in a couple years due to not having health insurance, they beat the price of my practising dentist, got a free whitening, and made me feel very at ease and comfortable during the cleaning!

Saw the ad on Instagram. Had good reviews from friends. Thought I'd try. No dental plan so coming out of my pocket. Best service and price I've ever had! So glad I went and highly recommend! Free teeth whitening at the end Total cleaning bill $256! I paid that much with my 85% dental insurance in the past.

I went to Lifetime Smiles after seeing an ad for the hygienist services and the option of nitrous. I had a motorcycle accident years ago, so am a pretty nervous patient.the difference was very noticeable.

Seems they are over booking. Showed up early for my appointment to be told that they are 30-mins behind. Please call your clients as I travelled to that end of the city to be early to my appointment. Will not be rescheduling.

Great and affordable clinic to go to. The dental hygienists really took her time to make sure I got a good cleaning and adressed any concerns I had about abou staining, cavities and tartar on my teeth. I have braces and in between my teeth and brackets are where I need the most cleaning which my hygienists did a good job at. They really make you feel comfortable and welcome there, can't wait to have my braces off so I can go for a whitening!

The hygienist was great, she took her time and gave me great advice. The timing was good, booked my appointment for 1230 and was advised I was booked for 2 hour, that’s was all on time, however I asked for pricing when I booked my appointment and was told between $150 and $256 but was charged $406, that’s a large difference specially when the free cleaning couldn’t be done today.

I have been going to Lifetime Smiles and Marnie now for 3 years. Lifetime Smiles is conveniently located, has great hours and is definitely less expensive than using my dentist's hygienist. I have nothing but good to say about Manie. I will con't to go to Lifetime Smiles and will never go back to my dentist's hygienist.

Customer service/patient focus has really gone downhill. I loved supporting this small business and have been for years, but unfortunately was treated rudely today when I arrived 3 minutes past my appointment time (due to snow and traffic) and told my appointment was cancelled, even though there was nobody else in the clinic.
Won’t be referring anyone here again unfortunately.

I've been seeing Sally for a while now and keep going back because.she's great! Would definitely recommend going to see her!
