I received excellent service from Lillo's as they guided me, someone with minimal accordion knowledge, towards the item I needed. I found out with minimal notice that I would need to fly with an accordion the next day and Lillo's was the only shop in Edmonton that was able to get me a case the same day. They even went above and beyond offering me additional packing materials to ensure I'd be able to get the instrument and its accessories on a plane the next day.
