Lily Medical Clinic

From the reviews, looks like this doctor team are not well suited for the profession. Went to the meet and greet and no greet, just form filling. The guy doesn't get the purpose of such an appointment. Now they have left town with no notice to me, but finding out from neighbours. Qualification and oversight on license to practice in Alberta seems inadequate.

Words cannot do justice to the frustration and disappointment I felt as I left this "medical clinic". I will leave it at that.

The worst doctor I have ever come across! She has zero bedside manner. The entire time you are in the room with her, she is reading the computer, or her cellphone. She uses no eye contact. She is very dismissive, argumentative, and unwilling to even physically check you out. Do not go to her! Use a different medical clinic, or doctor. I am seriously thinking of filing a formal complaint.

I would score lower if possible. Charged me $100 for a one page pre-op info sheet, did not listen to all my concerns and seemed totally distracted when we talked with Dr. Funke Daramola. We will look for another Doctor!

Very hard to understand under his mask and when asked to repeat - sorry cant hear. Please repeat He got offended and rude towards my children and I. Very Rude and staff doesnt seem like they want to be there. Wasnt sure if still had my appointment as No one calls to confirm, every other doctor office calls to confirm. And not easy to find.

So far they have cancelled my appointment twice now and have told me they can only get me in at 14: 45, so I now have to book an afternoon off from work and then rebook an appointment. Frustrating to say the least.

Not open at moment of appointment,
When they finally came the couldn’t open the door. Have to wait again. Looked like it was just the first day…. Also not professional attitude….

Very friendly and very professional from the front desk to the doctors. I'm really glad I chose them.
