The Driver was over 30Minutes late for the pick up subsequently making us late to the event. The driver did not have GPS or rather chose not to use it and I had to direct the driver turn by turn to pick up our guests and to the venue
For our return trip home upon following the directions from the driver to the pick up location, where we arrived less than 10 Minutes after we received them, and he had left for whatever the reason and told us he would not return for another 30+minutes. Forcing us to stand on the street corner in the cold for over 30+minutes. Subsequently delaying our arrival home.
We scheduled and booked return services for this reason to avoid these types of issues. Where if the traffic was bad, we would at least be sitting in a warm vehicle during it, not standing on the street corner freezing.
Finally the interior of the vehicle was quite dirty, and unfortunately we were unable to turn it away because we needed to get to our destination. The Driver told us he was up to 4AM the night before, which also didn't relay confidence in his driving capabilities but may be the reason the vehicle was not cleaned prior to our pick-up.
Recommend find another driver services company, no recourse has been done by the management or owner of the company.

Elie was excellent. I planned a special day for my niece and a few of our friends kids to go to a cupcake store and have a bit of a drive around Whyte ave and Jasper ave. Eli went over and above for us, they will remember this day for a long time. Thank you.
