Pros: - Close to Edmonton so not a far drive. - Outdoor pool and playground were nice. - Indoor washrooms and shower (there were outdoor ones as well) - easily fill trailer up with water upon arrival
Cons: - Campsite itself was a bit dirty with left over garbage from previous camper. - pool and indoor washroom/shower was dirty and wasn’t cleaned throughout our entire say.
For being so close to town it is an awesome option! Downfalls: no water at each site but you can use their fill station, the train can be a bit loud for sleeping kiddos. Perk: nice sites, group site options, pool and park. Staff was kind and fire wood was pretty good quality
This is hands down one of our favourite places to camp. Extremely family friendly, large private lots and a pool! Owners are lovely and accommodating. Great place to make summertime memories!
Thank you Krystyna and family. Your commitment to ensuring your guests enjoy their camping experience is commendable. Registration was simple, campground was well maintained, and the added benefit of the pool was a life saver with the kids with rising temperatures when our a/c unit malfunctioned. We'll most definitely return next summer.
Beautiful campground, nice layout, well kept sites and cool amenities. The owner was so kind and very accommodating. Only had time to go out for one night, but will definitely be coming back for a longer stay!
We had a family event and the staff are awesome. Couldn't have been more helpful. Wish we would have known earlier in the summer. Fantastic place for families. You Rock!
Sites were a tad tight but most of them were pretty decent for privacy. The office is small but has a nice little store in it. There are showers in the office building, one shower in each washroom. $1.00 for 5 min. Water pressure is decent enough in them. Was a decent enough small camp ground. Lots of saskatoon berries to be found if you go at the right time of year!
Amazing campground close to the city but with a ton of amenities. Nice solid playground with home made structures. Great heater pool. Great store with tons of treats. Great place for kids. The owner operator is super accommodati g and helpful. There is no water at each site but does have fill station on site along with dump station. Power at each site.
They had a cancellation so we were able to get in. Had 50 amp power, water on grounds so able to fill fresh tank. Had dump station. New playground equipment. Kids and pets welcome.
Great Place for families with young children. Well kept, good amenities, and friendly. There are very different camp sites and mostly treed in between sites. Group sites available. Apart from the camp ground there is not much to do nearby. The roads are not it really bicycle friendly and there are no places to go for a walk. There is a great provincial park, Blackfoot Park with lots of trails about 15 mins away by car.
DON'T recommend this campground at all. Don't go here if you want to enjoy yourself and actually camp. Might as well whisper at this site and be in bed by 11 PM.
