I believe Lipstick grossly overcharges its customers. I signed a six month contract paying 250dollars a month expected great things. I’ve had only two facials and want out of my contract but am expected to pay more to get out of the contract because these were apparently discount rates. No facial is worth that much money.

I had a Glow facial with a jelly mask add on. It was so relaxing. My face felt amazing and it was so smooth. The massage was wonderful. I was so relaxed. Loved the environment and everyone was so friendly. Thank you Lindsay!

So happy with my results so far! Kim is fantastic and very professional. Absolutely worth the price. I definitely recommend.

I am a member and get a treatment every month with Kortney! I honestly count down the days from one appointment to the next! Thank you Lipstick Empire (especially Kortney) for everything!

Have been twice and saw both Kim & Jody they weee both very sweet & knowledgeable. I never know if I’m picking the right service for my skin but they are all full of education to make sure they are doing the right thing for you. Highly recommend.

Going to Lipstick Empire has been an amazing experience. I started seeing Jody and signed up for the Glo Membership 5 months prior to my wedding in June 2022. Jody is very personable and is great at recommending treatments based on skin goals! And thanks to her I had glowing skin for the wedding! I’ll continue going to Lipstick Empire for regular maintenance and self care!

WOW! I have been following Lipstick Empire on Instagram for awhile and have been dreaming about trying out their services. My partner ended up getting me a gift card for a Glow Facial because he said I needed to treat myself more and I'm so thankful he did! I don't know about all of you but 2020 has been a full on dumpster fire year, but while I was getting my facial from Kim (AMAZING LADY) it felt a little more relaxing and calm. My skin is still glowing and I've gotten so many compliments on it! I'm definitely considering their facial memberships because honestly to feel this good every month is worth it. I also had tons of questions about keeping my skin healthy and things I can do now to take care of it for the future and Kim really armed me with knowledge and was very respectful and insightful!

Lipstick Empire is a self-care haven and my go-to place for indulging my inner diva. I’ve had three treatments so far, my favourite of which was the Glow Facial with Kim. All of the staff are incredibly welcoming, patient and caring. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting their GM Jennifer, who always has time for a quick hallway conversation about skincare. I have a multitude of skin issues, including melasma, that can challenge the average aesthetician, but I’ve been nothing short of impressed with the wealth of beauty and skincare knowledge at Lipstick Empire. Will return again and again.

I have had a couple laser hair removal sessions done here by Katherine. She was amazing, walked me through pre and post care and everything else that goes with it. It was quick and easy, and barely hurt! Can’t wait for my next appointment!

Lipstick Empire is the most welcoming community of service providers I have encountered in a long time. I have been a client since August 2018 and was so happy with my services that I enrolled in their Glow Pro membership this year. As a member, I visit Lipstick Empire for a monthly facial which I consider time and money very well spent from a self-care perspective.

I have booked with both Kathryn and Kim and they are so pleasant to chat with that it makes me really look forward to coming in. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by the world's most helpful receptionist and offered a beverage. The spa itself has a clinical vibe so it is very clean and tastefully decorated.

Outside of my facial membership, they offer other services including botox and filler that is administered by a Nurse Practitioner. I have never received these services before, but Crystal was able to confidently answer all of my questions and really put me at ease about the procedure. On two occasions, I have receive botox (forehead and crows feet) and lip injections (filler brand was restylane kysse) - three months later, I am still thrilled with my results! Crystal was also very friendly, which reinforces the culture of service that Lipstick Empire provides.

The facials I have tried include: Glow Facial, Empire Facial, Diamond Microdermabrasion, Dermavanic and Dermablading. If you're not sure which service to get, I think the Glow Facial is a really great place to start as they analyze your skincare needs and customize the facial. During that time, you can also ask questions about other services that might benefit you and consider service add-ons. I really like the line of products they use, especially the Institut DerMed brand. I just had a glow facial on Wednesday night after I was experiencing some hormonal congestion (break out by my chin) and was blown away the next morning by how the DerMed Toteroll serum that Kathryn recommended cleared things up.

Overall, I am very happy with my services and am proud to be a Lipstick Empire client!

I fell in love with this place the moment I walked in! It’s so pretty and inviting. My esthetician was super friendly and made me feel comfortable and she gave me great tips to help improve my skin. I left my facial feeling relaxed and more knowledgeable! I can’t wait to go back.

Went in for dermablading. The space was wonderful and clean. Friendly staff. However the procedure felt rushed, the lady seemed rushed as she kept dropping things. She also shaved a part of my brow. Left a sour taste on first visit.

I have been to Lipstick Empire for Botox and fillers and had the absolute best experience! Their nurse practitioner - Crystal, was super informative about both and made the process so simple! I am queasy with needles and Crystal and Justine both held my hand and talked me through the process! I would recommend the spa to any of my friends or family! Everyone there is super warm and welcoming and not to mention it is cute af inside and they have a candy jar! I believe in their procedures and honestly think they are the number one laser spa in Edmonton!

Before signing up for the Glow Pro Diamond membership at Lipstick Empire I thought my skin was in “decent” shape.but 3 months later I’ve come to realize I had greatly underrated its potential! Within one treatment my face looked brighter and my pores smaller, two treatments in I discovered that having smoother skin is possible for my oily, blemish prone face and now, after three treatments I am in love with my skin, which is something I’ve never been able to say until now. With specialized treatments for each client, Justine, Jennifer and the rest of the lovely ladies at Lipstick Empire are amazing - they are so welcoming, the spa is beautifully decorated and it’s location is easily accessible. Highly recommend for all your skin care needs.

WOW what an experience! I did the Glow Facial and from the beginning right till the end it was relaxing and overall amazing:) Jen was so professional and answered all my questions plus she recommended products that iI absolutely love and work great with my skin. I will be coming back for sure! Love the staff, location and all around the best experience I've had for a facial. I can't wait to go back!

Kathryn was super friendly and knowledgeable about what products would work best for my skin. She was very warm and inviting. I felt welcomed at the salon. I like how they stick to a few high quality brands so there are options to choose different products for at home, but you are not overwhelmed.
