This is a very good record store! I highly recommend it if you are just getting into vinyl or just wanna check it out. The costumer service is great! Wish it was closer! It also has pretty cheap prices.

Listen Records has been around for many years and I've always had good experiences shopping there. They have a large selection of new vinyl and I've found many records that were not available anywhere else.

Listen Records doesn't have a huge selection of second hand vinyl, but I've definitely found some big surprises and treasures over the years.

Listen Records has a wide selection of record accessories such as inner and outer sleeves. They also have a nice selection of audio equipment.

Overall this is a good store with reasonable prices! It's well worth checking out if you're in the Edmonton area. Or shop online and have your Records delivered.

Chris is very helpful and has a very extensive selection of high quality vinyl that other places simply do not carry. Listen records is a very a great place to grow your musical libraries and knowledge of music you may have never had the chance to be exposed to.

One of the best record stores in the city! If you’re looking for soundtracks and international music, they have a wide selection to choose from! Also tons of used records on sale and you can find some hidden gems in there. Parking on the street in front is free and the staff are super helpful.

Was in town today from SK and perhaps I was spoiled from just coming from Record Collectors Paradise (RCP), but when I asked the staff if they had any Arkells, Van Halen or Clapton (and located 1 Led Zeppelin album) and received a "no" on all three I just made a bee line for the front door! Not sure how their reviews got so high but if you are looking for a good selection of rock and pop this is NOT the place - head to RCP - I assure you that you will NOT be disappointed.

My favourite record store in the city. Super easy browsing with tons of rare digs. Always a good time.

After a different local Rega dealer did not return my calls, I remembered from previously shopping at Listen they sold Rega!

I had some minor issues with a piece of equipment I purchased at Listen and Chris was extremely helpful In helping resolve the issues promptly in a super friendly manner going above and beyond. I highly recommend this as one of the best shops on Edmonton for records and Rega as the customer support and follow up I received from this shop was Excellent. 5/5 based on my experience here.

I had never been here before but dropped in after checking out a few other places and was surprised to find how much better the prices are here, as well as a great selection. The owner was informative too, will be back again!

Moved into the neighborhood recently and have discovered my new favorite record store. They have excellent pricing, selection and customer service. This is the place you want to go if you collect music.

A great record store with a wide selection of music. They also sell Rega turntables and accessories. The owner Kris is a really great guy, always fun to talk to, and always helpful if there are any problems with your purchase. I've bought many many records here over the past decade or so, and even my turntable/cartridge set up as well. This is also the best place to go for Record Store Day - not just for the exclusive releases, but there is usually a weekend-long discount (if you prefer to go on Sundays and avoid the Saturday rush), and clearance bins with some great bargains to be found. Also, if you don't live in Edmonton - they will ship you records for a very low price. A great local business which is well worth your time and money.

Top shop in the city. Selection is among the best, with some choice cuts you won't find elsewhere. Customer service is excellent, and the pivot to online sales is smooth and efficient.

Reached out to the shop, had friendly back-and-forth, and a grail record in-hand all within an hour, on a Saturday no less. Combine that with a friendly chat with the owner during the hand-off, couldn't have had a more pleasant consumer experience, particularly in these difficult times. The owner seems to think that he doesn't need customers coming to his store at this time to look at vinyl. It was a rather rude turn away. Won't be going back or buying from listen online, wouldn't want to buy something and somebody else follows my lead, just like you stated.

We stroll over to Listen pretty regularly since we moved to the neighborhood and always come home with a nice little musical treat. We've ordered a few albums we couldn't find elsewhere, and they also have these gorgeous hand-made wooden record boxes with beautiful joints you can buy (and stain yourself if you please,) that look much better than milk crates. Today we bought a Rega Planar 2 turntable and preamp, and Kris balanced the tone arm for us with his scale, which made it pretty much plug and play. The store has an eclectic selection and friendly staff.

Pretty good selection in terms of more obscure music. Has all your vinyl needs and at great prices for a local store. Cashier was very helpful too.

A friend recommended this place and I will keep going back. Very friendly, easy going, and helpful staff. Kris seems to genuinely care about his customers and their satisfaction in his products. Prices seem pretty reasonable (though I'm no expert). Lots of variety and seems like there's always new and interesting albums coming in. Kris will also order whatever he can for you.

Just moved here and I found my shop already! I can't wait to spend any and all extra money I have in the years to come. Heat heat heat.

My usual spot to pick up records in Edmonton. Ask Kris for a recommendation and he'll pick out a half dozen records for you!

Great little record store. I pop in often. Selection is decent, but if I want anything specific they usually don't have it. If you want all the Sonic Youth records they have those. I wish the metal section was bigger. Overall it's fun to browse and I usually buy something.

New & used records. Good t-shirts. Reissues of obscure African rock music from the 70s. Highly knowledgeable staff.

One of my favorite places to discover new music. I've been introduced to some fantastic bands that I never would have found on my own!

The sales people were really helpful. Was buying a record for a friend and they recommended an album by the artists side project I didn't even know existed. Great experience!

Amazing friendly owner and one of the only REGA Brio dealers in Edmonton.

I needed a good amp to compliment my ELAC towers and Fluance table. Kris was accommodating and open to every question I had. He stayed open late to let me drop in after work and had music queued up that was relevant to my interests.

What's more important, his after purchase customer service has been top notch. My Brio had an issue with its firmware and Kris worked with REGA an me to get it sorted no questions asked.

This is a great local shop and is worth your time and patronage.
