I ordered a spicy BBQ pizza but got a pepperoni aloha jalapeno pizza instead. I wanna cry.

Bought two pizza both were not fully cooked Indian lady was very rude when I came back and bought sauce when I didn’t tip her

I'm not sure if there is a different cook tonight, but WOW! Our two pizzas were the best we've ever eaten from this location!

I think since the management changes I can see the difference in quality and service. The Hawaiian pizza was mind blowing and breads were nicely / freshly made.

I have been turned away twice now at 10pm, employees state that they are closed, even with the open sign on. They say only doordash or skip. Seems like a terrible business model to turn away customers repeatedly.

I ordered through Uber eat app promotion ‘buy one get one free’ but it wasn’t working for me. Uber couldn’t do anything for me but store manager helped me to get me those promotion deal that I made mistake to ordered 2 to get one free.
I really appreciated her customer service mind and my day happier.

Had a good experience here. So many ways to just get your order either call ahead or online ordering. Staff is friendly and always ready help. My kids love this location for their cookies and stickers. We have done a few party orders as well and they were all made on time fresh and packed well. The gentlemen on cash also helped on put it in my car. So many little efforts at such joints go unnoticed. Appreciate it

So torn here.this isn't a 1* for quality or taste but instead some sneaky customer service ‍️

This lady took my order while another lady (maybe a trainee?) watched. That's fair.

They were exchanging funny glances and all I had ordered was their Crazy Bread which was ready to go. Nothing more. Just Crazy Bread.

I had a $5 bill (cause it's normally $4.19 or something). The total was over $5.00. I made a comment that their prices must have increased since last time. They didn't say anything.

I therefore had to pay with my credit card. Since I only walked in with what would have been sufficient cash.

They handed me my crazy bread and then a moment later some pizza sauce in a clear container. I kind of was surprised and motioned what that was different.

The lady responded "that's why it cost more"

I said "oh, but I didn't order sauce"

She said "I thought you wanted it"

I said "well, I only asked for the crazy bread and nothing more but thanks" (I mean, what more was I supposed to say. I already felt odd with these two smirking ladies. I just wanted O-U-T.out!)

Anyways just thought I'd share. Food is good but these two ladies need some training on customer service and how to take an order.

This is the best pizza place in the neighborhood. We have been regulars for a while but notice the new team has good customer service and are ready to help if something comes up. We had a miscommunication with our order and it was quickly corrected. This is our Friday night pizza place. Keep it up
