You called me insinuating that I ordered a pizza when you didn't. You called the wrong number, acknowledged that you did and never apologized. Then hung up. Make sure your contact info is accurate before calling random people and inconveniencing them.

Great customer service and great atmosphere. Specially khushpreet and her smile awesome. She provided us great customer service.

I was generous and gave 1 star, mostly because other Little Caesar locations are quite good. The 7070 80 Ave NE location is absolutely terrible. I ordered online and when I went to pick up the food, I asked if I could substitute the sauce for another sauce as my daughter can’t eat jalapeños. The clerk said she would charge me. I said fine, but that other locations don’t charge to substitute sauces. She insisted they charge and I said fine. She went on to mispronounce my name and I corrected her; she told me I was wrong and that her pronunciation was correct. It was the weirdest thing. I told her to hurry because I was never coming back to that location. And then she refused to give me my food. Honestly, it was the worst service I’ve ever had. Stay far away from this location. Very far away.

Wow …. Walked in and said hi what do you have for hot and ready…. Staffs answer… we don’t have any… ok so I order and wait… in that time 2 people walk in order hot and ready and it’s handed right over…. Seriously most ignorant staff I’ve encountered before.

Worst service ever order a pizza they gave me wrong pizza went in to get changed tell me this is same price I ask for refund they can take it back I will go some where else they fight me on it I took the pizza and will be placing review for this site with a very strong suggestion to go some where else this is unacceptable

Someone please teach them how to talk to a customer properly.let ppl think when they are ordering instead of putting them on the spot as if the world is ending!

I didn't like the pizzas of this store. They were raw. There is no place to upload pics, else I would have uploaded here. Those were literally raw. I ordered on 7Jan 2023 at 8.10pm and picked up around 9pm. Since that was dinner time and we had no time to go back with the meal, we had no option, but to recook and eat it. Next day I called them again to get order number, since I didn't get the receipt last day, I was denied the order number also. I would better go to Temple location as my previous experiences with them were much better.
My order was 2 medium pizzas (3 meat and Hula Hawaii), crazy bread combo and 2 Ltr Mountain Dew.
